Speaker 1:

Hi Phil, it's so nice to see you.

Speaker 2:

You too, happy Monday.

Speaker 1:

Happy Monday. It was a very intense weekend. I'll say for everybody I think so. Yeah, intensity, emotions, feelings, fear. Yeah, turbulence and intensity, emotions, feelings, sphere yeah, turbulence turbulence yeah, that's so funny. Shaky, shaky, there's um, it's a good word turbulence. So when you do I did Pilates the other day and when you do Pilates your body shakes Like it shakes, but the shaking's good, because when you're shaking you know that your muscles are working. Anyway, interesting about turbulence, good word.

Speaker 2:

Yeah yeah. It's the same with Kundalini when you're doing the poses, you know you'll shake involuntarily and again. That's a very good thing because it's the energy is doing its job, something or, you know, bringing things back to where they're supposed to be, or strengthening strengthening something that may be out of place.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so you think about life right and all the turbulence that's coming. And how about if you use that as a metaphor, that somehow it's also strengthening something that needs to be strengthened, or making us grow and healing us in some way?

Speaker 2:

yeah, and it's all about the personal approach, because whatever happens may have very little effect on one person, but yet have a profound effect on the next person.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we don't know, we don't, we don't know. But I will say to you I I think everyone's going through- well, I know everyone's going through this big transition and it's really uncomfortable for everybody, and that the only way we can make ourselves comfortable is to go within ourselves and to be aware of what we're, what outside influences we're putting in, because what, what can we control? Right?

Speaker 2:

and you know much. Stay strong, stay vigilant, stay aware, you know. Still be perceptive and still engage with your heart.

Speaker 1:

Don't shut down oh, yeah, for sure I'll say do not. That is like the worst thing we could do is to to shut down and numb. When I say mean, I go within, I mean, which is good, thank you for saying that. It's more yeah, what am I feeling? Like? What are these feelings that are coming up in me? How do I allow? Like okay, I was actually having this conversation with someone today. And how about if, under every emotion that we have, really what it is is fear, like there's really two emotions, there's love or fear, and that behind all the other emotions would be fear? Yeah, and what are we scared of? Like, what are we really scared of?

Speaker 2:

And just being aware of that can be definitely a great way not to become victim of that feeling, not to react to it, which is why you should go within and really be aware of your feelings and address them and process them, speak about them instead of, like I say, shutting down and not being disconnected from pulling on your inner strength, because I think if you really have a really strong foundation, you definitely are more resilient.

Speaker 1:

Oh, I mean for sure. At the end of the day, that's what we need is to have this. It's like the roots of the tree right with. If the roots of the tree are deep and they're sturdy and right watered, right right, it doesn't matter what, you know it. It'd be harder to knock the tree down if the roots are healthy. So the stableness and the I think it's the. Actually, I know that right now, that is probably the most important thing we can do is to make sure our house is okay, and when I say house, I literally mean our body Right. It's like the big bad wolf that blew the house down. Are you going to let your body get blown down by whatever's showing up like, metaphorically speaking?

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

So I like that, I like that. Well, let's look at the charts because I'll say to you, it's what's so interesting. I think, like last week we were talking about just how, yeah, like just be careful of your house, right, like of what your house is. I just think it's so interesting of like how astrology shows up. It'd be interesting to see just like how what we said last week then pertained and how it affected and all week I was like wow, so much of what is what we talked about kind of came up for people and I just kind of saw it.

Speaker 1:

So I will say to you, it's the dark of the moon on Monday. So today is Monday and it's the dark of the moon on monday. So today is monday and it's the dark of the moon. Literally we're gonna have a new moon and it'll be in. It's gonna be a new moon. So it's very on the 25th, so two days from now we'll have a new moon. But let's look at today. So today is monday and we get to talk. Today. It's the moon's day, it seems, as all the planets have left Gemini. Look at that. All the planets have left Gemini. And now, oh, look at this. I learned this yesterday. Hold on, let's see if I can do this. Okay, moon's in Gemini and all the planets planets, look at this have moved to Cancer and now we still have the feelings in Gemini, but everything's moving into Cancer, interesting enough. So Gemini, moon and we're having a nice conversation and we're going to talk and share our informations and messages with people. It's a good day for that is that the?

Speaker 1:

top of the chart yeah, well, it's like.

Speaker 1:

So it is interesting. Right is based on okay, so based on the day today is this, or it's the middle of the day, and so the sun's on the top of the chart right now, and then, as the sun goes down, right, it will move. This way We'll have it in different houses, but it is interesting because we tend to talk when the sun is in the ninth house, which is so great because we're sharing our information with people and we're broadcasting. So it's perfect time to be broadcasting out in the world, at least on the East coast, and sharing our information. But, yeah, it's.

Speaker 1:

But I will say to you, phil, you know how are you like when we're when the dark of the moon is. I could stop sharing the screen if you could see. But the dark, when the dark of the moon is, we're releasing our feelings, and so extra feelings are coming up and emotions are coming up, and especially now, like with our mind. What's our mind telling us versus, as you said, our heart? So what, what are emotions that you want to like? I want to let go of my own insecurities, like, for instance, like what I don't want to be insecure about anymore, doubting myself, or I want to let go of guilt of shame.

Speaker 2:

And you know, rather than I'm speaking for me now, rather than I'm speaking for me now, rather than Suppress them or Pretend they're not there or tell myself they're not important which I do a lot, you know really sit with that. Sit with it and let those feelings come up and process them and not be so afraid of them, because you know, we never hold on to a feeling with the same intensity. You know, it wells up, it's like water, you know. It comes in and it goes out, you know, and it just it.

Speaker 2:

There's, there's a fluidity to emotion. So when you're really in the thick of it and you're really at a high pitch emotionally, it's, it's, it seems like you know you're trapped in it, but it always passes, you know so. So you can't, I can't, just always, you know, my default position can't be just repress it, just don't deal with it, just pretend it'll go away, because it never actually does so maybe in the dark or the moon where you know things are quiet and dark, which means you're kind of exploring the unconscious more or you're more attuned to it.

Speaker 2:

Let it, let, let those things present themselves. Let those things present themselves and many times when they do, and I get over that initial fear, it's really not as bad as I anticipate and then I'm always glad when I get to the other side of that. You know, if I'm, you know if I have hurt feelings, I can, you know, I can address them and marinate in them, let's say, without letting it paralyze me, so just to understand that it will wash over me and the emotional body is doing its work. If the tears come or there's lack of energy and you're forced to just feel it, it never lasts forever, it moves on. But I think there's a, there's a catharsis right, there's a release when you have a good cry.

Speaker 1:

Oh, I always say I have this gift of making people cry. No-transcript. So fascinating. You said that sometimes you don't like, let yourself have the feelings and I'll say to you it's maybe the feelings are the messages Like we could look at the Gemini moon today, right, for instance, monday and maybe the feelings are the messages of what you don't want. So you have to listen to the messages because your heart's calling you and saying it's okay and it's.

Speaker 1:

I guess it's scary to actually I think of scorpio energy in some ways and it's scary to actually look underneath to understand what, um, what the feelings are, but you have to have to let them up there's definitely messages and feelings, the, and these are messages that we cannot access logically, but they're there, you know, and I I always go back to the whole the, the, you know the, the uh dichotomy between captain kirk and mr spock.

Speaker 2:

Right they, mr spock was pure intellect and he just didn't understand the emotions and but, and but. Kirk was an emotional character. He was, you know he was. He was passionate, you know, he was angry. He was angry when he, you know, was sad. He was sad and this spot could never understand these things. I thought that was the one of the most interesting aspects of that show, actually, because, because it really illuminates this internal struggle in everyone.

Speaker 1:

I think Well, I think that's what. So we talk about this a lot, but how do we understand ourselves? And we understand ourselves through watching other people, and TV and shows have a brilliant way of depicting the human condition and seeing that we're not so separate from one another. Right, and even just that he didn't feel the emotions I did not watch the show, but it's interesting because the show comes up a lot for around me but even just that he didn't understand, then I guess he would have to explain to him the emotions.

Speaker 2:

so then, right, so then that's even cathartic yeah, it was always, always again, really, really it, it. One of the most interesting parts of that show was that ongoing thing between spock and kirk and the rest of the, the human crew members, because he does have a good point, spock can say, well, that doesn't make sense intellectually and Kirk will respond yes, it doesn't make sense intellectually. But there are deeper things going on than just what's going on intellectually.

Speaker 1:

Well, that's the whole thing. That's why it's called an emotion right, and I do evolutionary astrology. So I believe that we're all very wounded, right that we came here to get to our north node, but we've come with a lot of wounds, so those wounds will show up. So, intellectually, we don't even understand why we feel this way. And then, right Like you, ever get really upset and you're like, and usually there's like a memory from our childhood or something that brings us back to it. But I'll say to you, I think it's so much farther back, it's it's so much farther back, it's from lifetimes. It's like you come in and you have these memories in your body, which again goes back to this new moon. It we have ancestors too, it's our. Not only do we come in with our wounds. If our parents haven't held their wounds, we, we bring their wounds into us.

Speaker 2:

So, whatever, they don't heal, so that there's no intellectualness about that no, there isn't that right yeah, definitely, definitely operating on a plane, different than just merely intellectual, absolutely yeah, and someone would think we were crazy.

Speaker 1:

But like, in a way, you ever see, like we repeat our parents' stories, if we're, if our parents, you know, is it? And I always think is it is it nurture or is it nature? But I think, even so, then if you're adopted, I remember I mean we knew a person that was adopted and I remember she was from this is before I kind of understood it all, and she was from this is before I kind of understood it all, and she was an adopted girl from Russia. I, when I grew up with one person from that way and I remember thinking, culturally it's different, it's a different culture. They have different energy within them and there's a strength about Russian energy. It's beautiful actually, but they're meant to be strong, they're like they had to be strong.

Speaker 1:

So then that's, even if you came in, you were adopted in the United States and you're from Russia, it's like your body remembers these things, your family, it's just because you're. So I don't know. I think a lot of it's nature and nurture, it's like so, but that there's no intellectual like. If you never, ever met your mom, how would you have their wounds? Well, you do, you do it's not? Oh, I wish it was a little easier.

Speaker 2:

I think the square to the Neptune and the moon. There is really, I think, one of the reasons why we're talking about what we're talking about right now, don't you think?

Speaker 1:

Oh, that's actually so brilliant. It's actually, yeah, it is a sextile, so it's perfect. So it's a, it's neptune. That's so smart. I think we are talking I. That's so brilliant, it is such a brilliant thing. It's like your mind and the emotions and then, if you maybe it's an illusion like, maybe everything, I am bothered, that's so well and that I actually like it better than it's that it's a sextile, because maybe people will, maybe we cannot take it. So I always teach people how do we not, how do we see the emotions and label the emotions Right, like, label the emotion Like I feel sad, oh, I feel sad. And then, instead of having it be where you, I feel sad, and then, instead of having it be where you have to go with, yeah, it's so interesting, that is perfect. I actually think that's what I get. Thank you for noticing that, bill.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's you know we're talking about. What are the things that you came in with, what? What are the things that you came here for? And these are all things that, intellectually, would probably be dismissed by a lot of people, but I think that's because they're not really connecting with what Neptune is about. Can you accept things that are not easily explained? Are you okay with things that are unworldly?

Speaker 2:

Does everything have to be worldly in order for it to be real? I don't think so. I don't think. I don't think we operate in a way that only includes what's real. In fact, we, we, we don't do that at all, because we, what motivates us, are things like our imagination and things that we love, and we all have different imaginations and we all love different things and we love differently. But those are all energies that are not of the world, of the world. They're in the world, but they're not. They're not things that you can grab or count or put a monetary value on, yet they're. All of those things are really what are most important to us in the deepest possible way. Important to us in the deepest possible way. Does that make sense?

Speaker 1:

It does it. It does make sense, it's it does make sense, and I think it's so interesting is just even the word that what we came in with right so, aries, I mean what we came in with right, that was, it was so, so perfect. It's a it does make sense. It, really it does make sense, really it does make sense. So, and so it's, there's no accidents. We're having this conversation about that today. Now we're wait. So did you see that we moved to Tuesday?

Speaker 1:

I see now yes okay, so something about Tuesday. I think it's so interesting about what you said and just how important it is to acknowledge what the feelings are and not try to intellectualize everything. And I guess, acceptance right, there's something about accepting it and not judging ourselves ourselves.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because once you kind of start intellectualizing things, I think you're creating an obstacle, You're putting a block on it. You know if you're just feeling, without having to rationalize or justify it or explain it. Wouldn't it be great to just be like a child and just if you felt like hugging someone, you just did it impulsively, Right.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, I do, I do. I do that Like I trust my gut. It's so interesting because we're missing Chiron, but it's so interesting because I don't know why this chart is not showing certain things. Let's see, let's go back here. I'm going to change it up. Wait, hold on, let's see if I can display the things. Oh, look at this, we're going to do it together. Let's see, I'm not so good at this, but look at this, we're going to just go along with it, since we're switching it up. I'm not great at this, but let's do it anyway. Okay, so it's Tuesday, we're going to animate. I like this. We're just going to see. We're going to go along with it.

Speaker 1:

Not perfectly, hopefully there's nothing on my, because we need Chiron there, because it just made me think about what you're talking about and then how it's sextiling Chiron right now and Eris, but that now the moon on Tuesday, and you keep talking about not intellectualizing it and so just being so aware of what our mind is trying to tell us and to not believe it, like how, how about if we're, we're not? Yeah, I just not intellectualizing your feelings and just letting your feelings be and maybe, if we can, just let them be without judgment. Oh, my God, how we can let them go. We don't have to hold them anymore because it doesn't have to have the story I think of Gemini and the word story and this is a great tool. I swear it's a great tool.

Speaker 1:

If I have a feeling, let's say I'm feeling anxious, I allow myself to feel anxious. I don't have to say I'm anxious because of a situation or a story and I don't have to intellectualize it. I don't have to make myself right, right or wrong. I can just say, okay, I have this feeling of anxiety. Okay, like in my mind will want to, like make it mean something or make it explain it to somebody. But maybe, maybe they're just it's coming up because it's not meant to be brought over to the next, like I mean, tomorrow we're going to, on Wednesday we're going to be able to set our intentions. We're really being asked to ask what it takes to nurture ourselves. Look at this. I mean the day before the new moon. Jupiter and the sun are conjunct emotions we're still on monday, by the way oh, oh interesting because I hold on.

Speaker 1:

Okay, let's see it again. Let's see if I can did it. Go now to tuesday, tuesday.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay. So look at that on, jupiter and cancer are like, and the moon is moving towards it and we're looking at it and it's our feelings are going to be a lot Like you could think of Jupiter as like a great, like positive experience, but a lot of times it just expands whatever it is, and so if it's expanding your emotions, your feelings, it's asking you to see what you want and what you. It really is very. This is a very important week with nurturing yourself and loving yourself and being aware of your mind, and Tuesday is Mars's day. So I always think it's a very important thing to look at Mars. And so, look at that again.

Speaker 1:

It's like we can't get a break. It's in Virgo, your mind. It's like the thoughts you have, and I will say, look at this, I mean the thoughts you have and I will say, look at this. I mean we could see this. Oh my god. I mean it's square. I mean it's just crazy how much it's in conjunct Pluto. It's asking us to make great changes and is pushing us and making us very uncomfortable. Right, it's sextiling. It's sextiling that jupiter, you better make sure our minds. Okay, I gotta tell you you might feel like you're going crazy. I don't know, and fear is a good way to go crazy right again, fear is, fear is, it's a mental construct.

Speaker 2:

You know it's also an emotion, but I think when you're anticipating things, that's when your mind goes into overdrive. But if you know, it's so basic that when you're dealing with feelings and talking about feelings, especially astrologically, you know the archetype is water, you know, it's just, it's so perfect, right, Because feelings are so much like water. They just, they just flow in, they flow out and you need to let them flow. You, you know, don't block them, don't be afraid of them, don't apologize for them, don't try to figure them out, because everybody has, everyone reacts in a different way, with their feelings, to different things.

Speaker 2:

But the important thing is to realize that those feelings are the deeper part of you and, like you said, there's a message there. There's something that you can learn intuitively rather than intellectually. So there's things that you have to learn intuitively, you know, and you just know them by feeling them. You just know, feeling them, you just know. So you're bypassing all of that anxiety, all that mental chatter, all the no, I can't, maybe I shouldn't. What if this, what if that? You just, you just sort you short circuit all that stuff.

Speaker 1:

You just override it and go right to what the feeling is and then feel it Well, and I mean, look at this, right, so you feel it. But then, what's also really interesting, I mean you're at a square to Saturn and Neptune and I'll say to you I thought it was so interesting. You said the worry, so all we're supposed to be doing is doing the hard work of staying absolutely present in our body. It's so important to right here, right now. What's the issue? Don't what's going to be in a year, what's going to be in a week, not what here, what happened yesterday, yesterday's over? I mean presence because the wave will come, the wave will go out, right, and I mean it's interesting because clouds I think of clouds are all water and they pass.

Speaker 1:

You're not trying to control the clouds, you're not trying to. And then what? I think this is a great metaphor for clouds. Okay, you ever sit there and watch the clouds and then try to see what they look like, and then I would look and you would look, and we would have totally two different views of what it is, based on our own perspective, and so even the feelings. It's like we could label the cloud to look like a bird, but now it doesn't need to mean anything. Well, even though I do think, oh, if it's a bird, what's the message? But if it's a message of I am angry, well, what am I angry at? And if you numb the feeling, I'm not going to actually be able to change the situation. I think that's what we're really being asked to to not numb and you go back here. Right, it's really.

Speaker 1:

The nodes are really important. Right now. We are all uncomfortable. The lower side of us is critical of ourselves, critical of other people. The higher side. The higher side is how about if we're so much alike and so similar and we're one with one another, and that if you're feeling sad, maybe I'm feeling sad and maybe we're all just a little bit lonely and a little bit having a hard time and we're all just trying to do the best we can. Really, it's I'm going to move to Wednesday, but let's see. So I actually am going to try to change it. I think that it's like around 8amm. I didn't I didn't look it up, but the new moon was, which I should have done. Did it change for you or no?

Speaker 1:

yes, it did let's see if I do. 8 am okay. Did it change for you now?

Speaker 2:

yes, it did okay did Okay.

Speaker 1:

So you see the sun here, the sun and the moon and the 12th house.

Speaker 2:

Yep.

Speaker 1:

I always think this is interesting. You know, I've been thinking about Phil. So every morning the sun rises, right, so it's a little earlier than that, but that's just say that's the new moon, but let's say the sun rises. Every morning, the sun goes up and it rises. It's always going in the 12th house. It's always asking us to start in silence.

Speaker 1:

If you follow the patterns of the sky and you woke up in the morning and you meditated and you found your peace and your connection to God, oh my God, I mean. So think about that. We wake up in the morning and we found that we're loved and held and cared for and that we're nurtured. I mean this is kind of this year. I mean we can't even make this stuff up anymore, right? I mean you're talking about Wednesday's Mercury's day. Make this stuff up anymore, right? I mean you're talking about wednesday's mercury's day, all these things in cancer. Our feelings are telling us something. We better listen. Yep, we better listen, and I just think you think about Pluto, because Pluto it's I mean it must be it's quincunx, I mean you're talking about, we're talking about, we're being asked to transform and change all these planets in these beginning signs squaring Saturn, neptune what's true, what's not true? What do you believe? I? How about everything, everything, I?

Speaker 1:

believe is meant to be questioned and how about if we're okay, but we'll say on the positive side. So what the new moon is for Wednesday is I'm going to speak my words into existence of what I want. And if I actually asked for what I wanted and stopped talking about what I don't want and I trusted my heart that I could have anything and anything I want, so if I have a desire in my body, my heart's calling for something. Let's say I want to be loved more, appreciated more. Let's say that's something that I desire. That desire is actually because I can have it. My soul is saying you can have it. And how can I get more of what I want? And so I'm going to plant my seeds, I'm going to ask for what I want and look at that in my what my heart wants ask for what I want and look at that and my what my heart wants, definitely what your heart wants.

Speaker 2:

So, if you're, if you're going to sit on that question and think about it, feel about it as much as you're thinking about it, you know, open up your heart. Open up your heart, leave yourself exposed and open to see what really comes in and what sticks. So, again, what you want can be a lot of things, but if you think about or wish for what you want, it really is about a wish, because I think wishes are tied to feelings. You know what does your heart really want and listen to it. And if you want to know what your heart wants, you have to open it up and give it a little space to space to talk to you, you know. So that's what I mean by saying don't block it out, don't suppress it, don't tell yourself you're too busy, don't say not right now, this is a bad time for me to have a feeling. No, you don't do the opposite.

Speaker 1:

Just and opening your heart is having the feelings like. I love that metaphor of if I open my heart and have this feelings, it is, it is magical, right, it's this, it's a wish. I like that. It's a wish, a wish is very sagittarius, which is very jupiter, and jupiter is all your wishes could come true if you open your heart and you feel what you want and what you don't want. And it's sextiling Mars.

Speaker 1:

So this is actually really interesting, because Mars and Virgo is asking you what can you make better? It's supporting us to improve something. If I want to make it better, and so we have, we're, we're really there's a lot of opportunity here to make, to improve things, but you have to be willing to see it and feel it to improve it. I think this is a very intentional in Virgo's words too it teaching, it's learning, it's education. Right, it's like. But what, what, what word? What you know? Have you ever, like, used no cards to ask for what you want? Like, you take a no card and you write what you want, but I do that every month, I mean every month. I write a new like well, not every month, but I pretty every month. I write a new like well, not every month, but I pretty much every month I write of what I want, what do I want, what do I not want, and I, but I will say to you may all your wishes come true.

Speaker 2:

Interesting that you mentioned the Neptune Saturn conjunction because since that's in play, you can, you know, once you dream it and feel it and wish for it, you've got those two planets. You know, saturn building or actually manifesting your wish, because Saturn is the structure and the manifestation, the making physical of the neptunian wish or dream well, yeah, and but, and and.

Speaker 1:

Saturn is discipline, hard work, dedication. You're not going to you. I can't say, oh, I want to, you know, be in the Olympics and then not train. To be in the Olympics, I have to train. So if I want something, am I willing to do the work and I think that's where the square is really important, because I have all these wishes and all these things I want but am I willing to put in the time, which is a very Saturn word, and the effort? And yeah, and I also think that's interesting because Neptune is right there too, and that is about believing. But any like okay, anything great, bill, like anything great takes effort and work. It's just the way it is.

Speaker 1:

It's like I don't know who anyone's told you that you're gonna have it easy, because usually the great things in life and they're both, they're, they're both in ari, so it's interesting get in the olympics then, aries you know, in you know neptune and saturn conjunct in aries is your coach, your cosmic coach that can get you there yes, and it's so funny that you talked about this we'll move to thursday because that will stay, but how do I erase this? So now I learned to Thursday, because that will stay. How do I erase this? Now I learned to antidote, but now I don't know how to erase this stuff. Do we know how to erase it?

Speaker 2:

You can hit Command-Z and it will undo. What is it? Look at this Just hit Command-Z and it will undo those things.

Speaker 1:

Wait, command. Look at this, See, we're not perfect, we're just learning about computer stuff. I don't see it.

Speaker 2:

Command c are you alt c?

Speaker 1:

try alt c wait, maybe, if I undo it.

Speaker 2:

There you go, it's undoing, just keep hitting that yep okay, look at that.

Speaker 1:

So now we're going to thursday, but it's so interesting you said the olympics because we'll say to you yeah, it's, every athlete, all the athletes, have very strong marses or aries and so many athletes, I find, have so many aries placements or moon in aries or south node in aries, and they're just such natural athletes and it's, and what? And honestly, I think this is so interesting because if you look here and you go, like this on Jupiter's day, we're squaring it, but Neptune and Saturn in Aries and Saturn in Aries, an athlete that's really really, really good is out of their head. They're so present, they're so mindful, they're not getting swept by their emotions. It's like a golfer right, you shoot the golf, you know you hit the ball and you know whatever that hit was, you have to get past it. So I do think that's a great analogy.

Speaker 1:

But look at Thursday, thursday's, jupiter's Day, and we have that square. So we could continue talking about presence. And what does it take to be a great athlete? Let's talk about that, because I do think there's something very. What does it take to be a great athlete? Let's talk about that, because I do think there's something very. What does it take to be great at?

Speaker 2:

anything. Well, I always say the first step is the most challenging. You know the first step walking into that gym for the first time. Or you know signing up for whatever it is and then going for the first time or deciding you're gonna do a physical routine and you talk about it and you think about it, and talk about it, and think about it, and you get feedback and you collect data and but that's not doing it until you really take that first step and do it.

Speaker 1:

You know, because I'll say to you that is what new moons are. It's just take well in action, take the action to improve your life. Mars. I mean think about that, take the action to improve your life, because it I mean think about that, take the action to improve your life, because it's quincunx, mars will be quincunx that Saturn and that Neptune. And if you want to be good at anything, or if you want to be great at anything, you have to. You have to, you have to just take action. Action cures all fear.

Speaker 2:

Exactly, and you know what's that saying. Where you take the, when you're brave enough to take the first action, that's when the universe steps in to support you. Because when you take that step, you're triggering the universe to say, hey, pay attention here, you know, look at what I'm doing.

Speaker 1:

And I really want this because it's it's not just saying it, it's not just the, the imaginary illusion of I. It's like if I want to lose weight I was just giving this, this analogy to somebody If I want to lose weight, I can go to the doctor and the doctor could say, oh, or like the nutritionalist, and they could say, oh, eat this in this and this. But then if I go home and I eat a pint of ice cream, do I really want to lose the weight? And no judgment, by the way, because I'll say that pint of ice cream tastes very good sometimes, right, but is that for my? And then we go back to the roots of my tree and this is my body and this is my home. Is that, is that going to help me? Not be? Is that going to help me? How do I nurture myself? How do I nurture myself? And if things don't feel good, it's a good sign that it's not good for you, and if you, this is okay. So I actually think okay.

Speaker 1:

Cancer is we were talking about this last week when you cut your hair Cancer is mother energy, it's maternal energy, and our mothers usually want the best for us, and so I don't mean it like badly, but I'll say I say it often Would you tell your mother what you're doing? And if you wouldn't tell your mother, that might be the little like thing in your head saying this is maybe not good for me, maybe I shouldn't do this. So, and I know you're a grownup, but there's always that mother, even if she's left the world, that mother is once. I hope your mother wants the best for you, but most mothers do, and I think this is my, my new theory. That is why they're so hard on us. Oh yeah, and you're a really good mother if you're really hard on your child be hard on them, I'll say because it's um be hard.

Speaker 1:

Teach them. David made a comment the other day about teaching people how to fish versus just giving them the fish. Right, there's this. So friday, we're gonna go to friday. Oh, venus's day. Look at this. This is like so it's exhausting to be alive in some ways. Right now, mercury is opposite Pluto Look at that in Leo and a Leo moon to be seen, to be appreciated, to allow yourself the courage to go out and start your exercise program, have the words like based on what your feelings are and saying what you want. Look at that. It's trining. Look at this. This is great. Now this is much better. I think it's trining the moon. Mercury is trining that. So it's giving you an opportunity, opening something up for you to go out in the world and take action and do it. This is very exciting.

Speaker 2:

Yep, and you know again, you can. You can use your intuition here. You know, through Neptune, to allow yourself to envision. Just allow it, don't stop yourself. What can you envision? What can you envision if you didn't put any what-ifs in your way? What if you just did it? Right, right and and then you know you have saturn there helping you find a way to build foundations that will support your goal? You know, there's really, it's it's kind of a big green light saying you know your dreams are real, so make them real.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I think what's interesting about what you just said is that make your dreams real. And then, especially with like on Friday and going into Saturday if we just take one day at a time, right and we look at Friday and Saturday is don't be telling people your dreams and worried about if they believe your dreams, because sometimes you don't need to hear the critic, which is interesting just because we have the Virgo Mars. But I think this with Leo, the Leo energy is this king energy. It's that there's this idea that you know your value and your worth and to not care what other people think, and so if the audience isn't right, find a new audience. And so if people aren't appreciating you, don't make them wrong, just go to people that will kind of lift you up.

Speaker 1:

But I will say to you, if you have a dream, sometimes it's better to keep it to yourself, especially in the beginning of the new moon, because we don't always need people telling us I want you to get your dreams to come true pretty much, and I, and I feel like Phil does too. So I'll say to you when you dream, somehow sometimes it's okay, it's okay. I think the cancer energy is interesting because the higher side also, the cancer is containers of, of keeping things in a container, and it's okay to protect things. So protecting your dreams, they're building in the soil.

Speaker 2:

Nurture them, letting them grow.

Speaker 1:

Water them.

Speaker 2:

Water them, be maternal and loving to your dream, cherish it.

Speaker 1:

Love it like a child, yeah, I think, anytime you're building anything and, first of all, I think everyone has this natural like men and women have this naturally ability to nurture and to love and to care for, and when we're you are, you're a parent of that, whatever that is, so it's yeah, sometimes it's like you want to keep your baby home before you let it out into the world. So we're growing, the moon is growing and it's Saturday, it's Saturn's day. So Saturn's day, saturn's day, and look, I mean this is really interesting. On Saturn's day, mercury, pretty much exact, trying, very interesting, and it's okay. So this is so interesting.

Speaker 1:

I like this example. I like love Virgos. I love Virgo energy. They're so perfect for me. It's just this they're so hard on themselves and I'm like you're perfect, so, but Aries energy. So if you see Aries and there's a blind spot, so I want something, I want something and I'm supposed to make be of service somehow, but there's like a blind spot I can't see, and so just be aware of your mind and where the mind is kind of sabotaging you, cause it might be blind to you that you're sabotaging yourself.

Speaker 2:

Again, I think you know, just be bold and take that one step and don't even put expectations on yourself. You know, just say this is what I'm doing tomorrow. I'm going to do that. I'm going to walk through that door and show up and do it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and it will work out. It will work out. Like you could look at us, right. I mean I laugh. I don't know if anyone's watching us, but we had a purpose. We decided to do something and we were not making it mean anything if people don't watch, right? So it's like at least we had the courage. And I'll say to you that's half the battle is having the courage to start. And so, but also this weekend, I mean let people see you, let people appreciate you. I feel you know, let people see you. It's always so nice when we let people see us. So on Saturday I would I don't know what you see in the store, but I would recommend everybody knowing they're the king of their life or the queen of their life, and letting people appreciate them and kind of stroking them and saying you know, good job. That's the Leo energy. We want to be appreciated, and when we're not appreciated, it can make us angry. So we go back here. If I'm angry, I might be angry about not being appreciated.

Speaker 2:

Right. But the flip side of that you can be doing your thing and have no understanding of how much you might be an inspiration for somebody else, how you might be the role model for somebody else. I think that's opportunities for that to happen in all situations throughout the day, no matter what it is anything you just have no idea. Is a child watching you? I mean, is a child on the street watching you be a good driver? Or is somebody watching you pet a dog the most mundane thing in the world? But you have no idea how much of a positive impact that can be on somebody.

Speaker 2:

You know I don't want to underestimate how many positive outcomes there could be that you will never be aware of simply by engaging in the world. That's all you have to do.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and smiling, like just giving somebody a smile, like who the, at the, anywhere you are right, Just simply not cutting someone off on the road, right? Or how we do everything. I always think that's that's such a great way is, if you would like say, if you want the world to be a certain way, are you behaving that way? Because we're all affecting each other, right, and so we don't know how a smile I always tell you. The story is so crazy.

Speaker 1:

I was on the airplane and on the airplane on the way someplace, and I was giving. I asked the parents if I could give I have all these treats and stuff and I'm like can I give your child? And they said yes, and so the whole time I was like offering whatever I was eating. I was offering it to the kid behind me. So on the way back, when I was coming home, I didn't even think about this. I ended up at the airport, going to the bathroom afterwards and I'm like waving to the kid and the mother's like waving to me like I knew him, and I'm like do I know you?

Speaker 1:

I couldn't fathom that it was the same kid. And she's like we were on the plane with us, so you must have just been on the plane home with us. We missed you so much and I was like I missed you so much too, and it was so nice to see them afterwards and this boy was so perfect. But we did just by being kind and the baby was crying and not judging her and just knowing what it feels like, and I know if someone's crying and someone outside your talks to you, the baby stops crying right away Cause they just it's a new face, they're like hi, anyway. So yeah, we don't know how we touch people's lives, but we are all touching each other's lives and our babies are the best. But isn't that crazy? It was like it was like this circle, and too bad when she wasn't sitting behind me, because I, I really, I like, I think children see things with such clear eyes and with such creativity, so yeah, and they're watching everything.

Speaker 2:

So that reminds me of something that happened to me not too long ago. I was on the curb waiting for the light to change across the street and this mom and her toddler, this little girl, came up to the corner to cross and the light changed and, you know, the little girl was holding her mom's hand and then, as the light changed, the little girl took hold of my hand. So we, you know, we she, so we crossed the street together and, of course, my heart melted immediately, you know.

Speaker 1:

It's love, it's it's we could love somebody that we've never met and she could feel she knows, she knew you were okay. Again, I think this is so interesting she knew you were safe and she listened to her instinct. And you are, I mean I'll say you, you are safe. Interesting that that that's a great story yeah, she was just.

Speaker 2:

I mean, she was, she didn't hesitate, it was just like second nature to her. Just she looked up at me and she put out her hand and we just crossed and we said a few things and we giggled and that was that. So of course it made my day, you know, absolutely. But that's, that's the kind of thing where it's just a simple exchange crossing the street. It took no less, no more than 30 seconds, but I I won't forget that for a long time and I hope that she feels, continues to feel, so safe in the world that she will do that, she won't hesitate. You know she won't, she, she won't start to doubt her impulses or and her actions yeah, or be embarrassed.

Speaker 1:

So I think that's so interesting, because mercury and leo is very much an outward thing, without the hesitation of being embarrassed about, about why that would be embarrassing. I mean, I talk, I, I talk to strangers. I mean I, I literally my kids are like I have these deep conversations with strangers pretty much all the time and there's this open heartedness and this is the thing it's. Can we open our heart with people and allow people to be who they are and then let them go? It's like we don't have to collect the people there I think Ramdok talks about it or somebody where it's like we could love each other and we could have these moments of time where we won't forget this beautiful experience. And they go away and they're OK, it's OK, but I know that there's love when that girl loved you. I mean amen to that.

Speaker 2:

Twice a birth, so yeah, definitely.

Speaker 1:

So Sunday we're going back to a very feeling day and it's asking this is like oh yes, I'll just say our mind. I feel like the mind is the story all the time, but Sunday is is cancers, and now it's the moon is in Virgo, hitting Mars. So I'll say, do house tours like improve your house, like pay attention to what you can't stand about your house and do something about it, don't complain.

Speaker 2:

You can tackle it now.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yeah, and it's um, and it's so interesting. I mean it's so interesting to think about just how important it is, what it means to feel safe, and I think we could talk about that a little bit from as sun's day and it's cancer, and then we look at the moon and we can improve our lives. But I mean it's, it's really interesting. I mean, now it's going to sextile, it's we're really being asked to sextile. It's we're really being asked to to make changes and if we don't, we're really gonna. We're gonna hurt, we're gonna hurt and so over, we'll talk next Monday and it'll be, the moon will be moving towards the south node. But if we have a problem with something, it's because it can be improved.

Speaker 1:

We are not stuck. Being stuck or like feeling like you're trapped or fearful is our illusion, it's our own. We're blocking our own ability to be I. I feel like we're. I question my comments just because I'm hoping that I, I really believe that we're all whole and we're all magnificent, and I think we're all meant to know it. And the only way we remember it is by making adjustments when things don't feel well. And that is the Virgo energy's adjustment. It's of service, it's improving.

Speaker 2:

Hold someone's hand, literally like maybe that's it, maybe smiling at somebody or making an effort and helping somebody else and add value. To find a way to add value to whatever.

Speaker 1:

it is Just find a way to.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, make whatever it is flourish you know to flourish to reach its maximum or its full potential. What can you do to just push that along? And whatever it may be, if it means handling a chore at home, whatever cleaning out a closet, washing the car, how do you rather?

Speaker 1:

than washing the car. How do you, how can you make it really sparkle? You know, yeah, and being it goes back, like you don't have to ever meditate when you're washing the car. Wash the car, do it so well, like, whatever you're doing on sunday, well, I'll say to you just right now, whatever you're doing, just do the best you can. But, yeah, make it sparkle, like, appreciate the car. That car is energy, that car feels your energy. I talk, I have, I named my car, mike talked to my car and the car hears me, like, like it's energy. It appreciates what you appreciate, appreciates.

Speaker 2:

And again, you know, when you're bringing intention to something, it immediately changes the quality and the dynamic of whatever that is. So if you look away, it's got a different quality Once you focus on it and look at it. Bring your intention, you're engaged with it and because of that engagement, because of that connection, you've made a change without ever doing anything. You know, you're, you're, it's, almost, you know it's like you're changing the molecular structure? You're not, but you're changing. You're changing its quality because of your engagement with it, your focus with it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and how you're and how you're focusing on it, right? So if you're doing it well, right. If you're going to say I'm going to make this sparkle versus this will never get clean, just, words are really important too, right? It's like our words matter, and I I really mean that especially, you know, as Uranus is going into we could I don't know what's going to happen. I just think that our words really matter and how we speak, and if we speak from what we don't want, we are going to get more of what we don't want, and that's where our attention is going. You have to change your words. It's very, very important right now to be asking for what you want, because if you ask for what you don't want, that will expand.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely, well, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Oh my God, I can't even. But I do know this. I know this. I know that we're the creators of our lives and that every the sky is here to help us, and I really believe that if you even just go back and watch okay, let me just see what Friday said it will help you. It will help you because when you follow the moon and you follow the sun and you follow the planets, your life will work in a much more magnificent way. So I made my life so much better. I understand why I have feelings that I have, and sometimes I can think I'm going crazy and all I have to do is look to the sky and know that I'm held.

Speaker 2:

Yep, you're held Definitely.

Speaker 1:

So I'll see you next week. I will miss you and anyone that's watching, I'm so everyone and anyone that's watching. May your dreams come true and may you put the effort in. So I look forward to seeing everyone next week. Okay, bye.
