The Unmuted CEO
🎙️ You've been building your business in silence long enough, sis.
Welcome to The Unmuted CEO Podcast—where mom entrepreneurs stop second-guessing, start showing up, and finally get seen for the powerhouse they already are.
I'm Tammy Maynard—mom of six (yes, twins included!), visibility coach, and the woman who turned years of feeling invisible into a thriving business. And sis, if you've ever stared at that "Go Live" button for 20 minutes, rewritten the same caption seven times, or wondered if you'll EVER feel confident enough to show your face online—I see you. Because I've been you.
Here's what you'll find inside every episode:
Real talk about building visibility on YOUR terms—no hustle culture, no "rise and grind" BS, just strategies that work WITH your life, not against it.
Behind-the-scenes of what it actually takes to show up consistently when you're juggling kids, a business, and trying to remember if you ate lunch.
Mindset shifts that turn "I'm not ready" into "watch me work."
Practical systems for batch content creation, time management, and staying visible without burning out.
Guest conversations with women who've walked this path and come out the other side—thriving, not just surviving.
This isn't another podcast telling you to do more. This is permission to show up as you are, build confidence one post at a time, and finally turn that quiet potential into the seen, paid impact you've been dreaming about.
Whether you're a brand new entrepreneur or you've been lurking in the shadows for years, it's time to get unmuted. Your voice matters. Your business matters. And sis—you were made to be seen.

Welcome to the Unmuted CEO Podcast. I'm Tammy Maynard, and this is where Montrepreneurs come to turn quiet potential into seeing paid impact. If you've been building in silence, second guessing your voice, or wondering when you'll finally step into the spotlight, you're in the right place. Here there's no fluff, no perfection, just real conversations about visibility, confidence, and building a business that works with your life, not against it. So grab your coffee girl, your tea, or whatever keeps you sane today, and let's dive in. Today, I want to get real vulnerable and real about something every single woman in business faces. Even if she never says it out loud. What do you do when you feel stuck? Not just a little off, not just a slow week. I'm talking about those deep, dry seasons. When it feels like God is silent, business is slow, your energy is low, and nothing you try seems to work. If you've ever wondered, is this season ever going to end? Am I missing something? Did I do something wrong? This episode is just for you. So get cozy, grab your favorite drink, and lean in, sis. This is one of those conversations we all need. Let's take a deep breath. Sis, I want you to know you're not alone. I know what it's like to wake up feeling uninspired. To stare at your vision board and wonder, God, was I wrong about this dream? To keep serving your audience, family, and clients while your own tank is on empty. Let's name it. Maybe sales are low. Maybe your content isn't getting engagement. Maybe you feel spiritually dry, like your prayers are bouncing off the ceiling. Maybe you're comparing your slow season to someone else's highlight reel. And the hardest part, nobody really talks about it. We see the wins, the lunches, the hashtag booked and busy, but not the tears behind the scenes. Since even the most successful women hit stuck seasons. It doesn't mean you're not called. It doesn't mean you've lost your anointing. It definitely does not mean you're failing God. I want to tell you the truth about my own dress seasons. There was a time I was lunching, posting, showing up, praying, and nothing seemed to be moving. Clients were dropping off, ideas fell flat, and I was exhausted, spiritually and emotionally. I started wondering, God, did I make a mistake? Are you even listening? Is this business still your will for me? But here's what I learned looking back. I can see it so vividly now. God wasn't punishing me. He was inviting me into a new depth. He was calling me to rest, not to quit, but to realign. He wanted me to learn what my worth was, not in my output, my following, or my income, but in simply being his daughter. The dry season is where root grows. If everything was easy and always moving, I'd never stop to check. Am I still aligned with my assignment? Is my heart still surrendered? Am I measuring success by fruit or by faithfulness? Let's dig deeper, sis. Why do we go through these stuck or dry seasons? God is growing you in the quiet. Sometimes God withholds a fruit so he can work on your roots. He's deepening your character, stretching your faith, and preparing you for what's next. Your assignment is shifting. Maybe you've outgrown your old vision, but the new one isn't clear yet. God is protecting you from running into something that's not for you. You need real rest. Hustle culture will run you ragged, girl. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is nap, journal, or just be still. Pruning always precedes fruitfulness. Sometimes God has to cut away old mindsets, relationships, habits, or even clients and offers that no longer serve you in your next season. Let's make this real and actionable. Step one, go back to the last thing God said. What was the last clear instruction you received from God? Are you still being faithful to it? Or did you get distracted by someone else's lame? Sometimes we get stuck because we're chasing too many things at once. Go back. Anchor yourself in the last word God gave you. Step two, create space to hear again. Take walks, journal your honest prayers, no filters. Turn off the noise. Unfollow accounts that trigger comparison. Fast from content, not just food. Sometimes you need to detox your mind. Make space for God's voice to break through. He still speaks, even if it feels silent. Step three, nourish your spirit. Play worship music, even when you don't feel like it. Read scripture, even if it's just one verse a day. Write a gratitude list of what's working, even in this season. Rest on purpose. Counsel what you can and give yourself grace, have mercy. Step four, take tiny, faithful steps. Post one encouraging story, even if you feel meh. Reach out to one old client or friend. Pray a bold prayer. Something like, God, show me one thing to do today and I'll do it. Sometimes the door to your next season is a tiny act of obedience. Step five, lean into sisterhood. Don't isolate. Share with a trusted friend, mentor, or in our sisterhood group. Ask for prayer. Let people into your process. They can hold up your arms when you're tired. Sis, don't miss this. Sometimes some of your greatest testimonies, downloads, business ideas, and heart healing will happen in the dry season if you allow God to meet you there. You may not see the fruit yet, but roots are being established. You're being protected from things not meant for you. You're learning to love yourself beyond what you do or produce. When the new season comes, and it will, you'll have a foundation that can withstand the blessing. Let's get reflective fist. Take these to your journal or prayer time. Where am I feeling stuck right now? Is God redirecting or asking me to rest? What is one thing I can release to God today? Who can I ask for support in this season? How can I practice gratitude even if it feels for us? These are honest reflections and journal prompts you can use. Since your stuck season isn't your final chapter, you're not forgotten, you're not disqualified, and you're most definitely not behind. You're in the process, and process is holy, girl. Don't rush what God is doing for you. Don't shame yourself for feeling tired, discouraged, or lost. Instead, let this be your root season. The season where you become so anchored in God's love, so at peace with your process that nothing and no one can uproot you when the harvest comes. And if you need a sister to pray with you, DM me girl. Drop your prayer request in our sisterhood group. You don't ever have to journey through this alone. Let us pray. Father God, right now I pray for every single woman listening who is in a dry, stuck, or silent season. You see her, Lord. You see the tears she hasn't shared, the fears she can barely put into words, the hope that feels just out of reach. God, I ask that you come close to her in the quiet. Remind her that you never leave or forsake us, not in the valley, not in the wilderness, not even in the waiting. Lord, if she's tired, please give her rest. Not just physical rest, but deep soul rest. If she's doubting, speak your truth louder than her fears. If she's lost, show her the next right step, even if it's small. God, uproot every lie of failure, shame, and not enough. Plant her feet on the foundation of your love. A love that never runs out, never gives up, and never keeps score. If she needs to let go, help her surrender. If she needs to grieve, hold her close. If she needs courage, fill her with holy boldness. God, I pray for fresh joy in the morning. I pray for peace in the waiting. I pray for provision in the lack. I pray for new community, new clarity, and new vision. Let her know her season is not wasted. Let her know you are working even when she can't see it. And when the time is right, let her blossom in ways she never dreamed. We trust you, Lord. We trust your process, your timing, and your love. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. Since this episode met you in a dry place, know that God is meeting you too. DM me or share in our Facebook group where spoke to you. I'm here for you. And so are our sisters. Remember, the dry seasons don't last, but where God grows in you will. Stay faithful, stay rooted, and stay unmuted. Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.
