The Unmuted CEO
🎙️ You've been building your business in silence long enough, sis.
Welcome to The Unmuted CEO Podcast—where mom entrepreneurs stop second-guessing, start showing up, and finally get seen for the powerhouse they already are.
I'm Tammy Maynard—mom of six (yes, twins included!), visibility coach, and the woman who turned years of feeling invisible into a thriving business. And sis, if you've ever stared at that "Go Live" button for 20 minutes, rewritten the same caption seven times, or wondered if you'll EVER feel confident enough to show your face online—I see you. Because I've been you.
Here's what you'll find inside every episode:
Real talk about building visibility on YOUR terms—no hustle culture, no "rise and grind" BS, just strategies that work WITH your life, not against it.
Behind-the-scenes of what it actually takes to show up consistently when you're juggling kids, a business, and trying to remember if you ate lunch.
Mindset shifts that turn "I'm not ready" into "watch me work."
Practical systems for batch content creation, time management, and staying visible without burning out.
Guest conversations with women who've walked this path and come out the other side—thriving, not just surviving.
This isn't another podcast telling you to do more. This is permission to show up as you are, build confidence one post at a time, and finally turn that quiet potential into the seen, paid impact you've been dreaming about.
Whether you're a brand new entrepreneur or you've been lurking in the shadows for years, it's time to get unmuted. Your voice matters. Your business matters. And sis—you were made to be seen.
New episodes drop every Monday—because your next level of confidence can't wait.

The Business Glow-Up Nobody Talks About
Tired of scrolling past overnight wins while your progress feels slow, messy, and invisible? We open the curtain on what a real business glow-up looks like when you’re building a brand between school runs, laundry piles, and a calling that won’t quit. This is a grounded, faith-forward roadmap for women who refuse to trade integrity for applause and want practical steps to keep going when the metrics don’t match the effort.
We break down three stages that repeat in every sustainable journey: the unseen work where roots grow in private, the awkward middle where identity is in motion and tiny results start to show, and the quiet breakthrough that arrives without fireworks yet changes everything. You’ll hear how a launch that flopped became the soil for a sharper message, a truer audience, and a stronger voice. We ask the questions that reset your compass—whose pace am I following, whose applause am I craving, and who am I really serving—so you can swap a pretty timeline for faithful practice.
You’ll also get five practical moves to make your messy middle matter right now: journal your journey to capture decisions and lessons, share behind-the-scenes truth to build real community, find a keep-going squad that prays and cheers, screenshot one glow-up goal to keep it visible and accountable, and rest like a strategy so your creativity can breathe. Along the way, we offer a simple vision exercise to picture your before, middle, and after—not viral, but consistent, confident, and aligned with your assignment.
If you’re a mompreneur or purpose-led creator seeking confidence, visibility, and a blueprint that honors both life and work, this conversation will steady your steps and strengthen your voice. Subscribe, share with a friend who needs the reminder, and leave a quick review—then tell us: which stage are you in and what’s one goal you’re claiming this year?

All right, sis. Let's keep it all the way real and go deeper into what the behind the scenes of a true business flow up actually looks like. Especially for us Montpreneurs juggling motherhood, laundry mountains, and audacious dreams that sometimes feel bigger than our energy. Welcome back to the Unmuted CEO Podcast. I'm Tammy, your confidence and visibility coach, mama of six, lover of bold coffee and even bolder dreams. And today, we're getting all the way real about what it really looks like to glow up in your business. If you've ever scrolled and seen someone announce, I made six figures in six weeks, or I lunched and sold out my program in a day. And your first thought was, am I the only one struggling? What's wrong with me? Sis, you are not alone. Let's normalize this right now. Success is not a microwave meal. It's a slow cooked, faith-filled, messy masterpiece. And yet, the pain is real. The pain of working in silence while everyone else seems to get applause. The pain of showing up over and over with no one noticing. Or worse, people watching but never cheering. The pain of questioning yourself every single day, asking, am I doing enough? Am I enough? The pain of feeling invisible, even as you pour your heart into your work and your family. Sis, if you've felt any of this, pause right here and know you are seen right now by someone who's lived it too. Let's talk about my glow up in real life. Not just the cute graphics. There was a year I called my invisible hustle era. No cute packages, no big audience, no viral moments, just grit and grace on repeat. I'd sneak in voice notes between wiping noses, jot down on napkins while sitting at a basketball practice, or sometimes record content with a baby asleep on my chest. There was nothing glamorous about it. No behind the scenes team, no morning routine that looked like Pinterest, just survival mode and stubborn hope. And let's be real about the mental ode. Every decision from should I launch this now to is this caption good enough? To can I handle another no? Felt heavier because the results didn't match the effort. That's a heartbreak nobody posts about. But sis, every behind the scenes season is building something in you, discipline, resilience, creativity, and above all, faith. The world celebrates your results, but God is watching your roots. That hidden work, that's where your real confidence is built. I remember launching an offer that flopped. Nobody signed up. I cried. I questioned myself. Was my message off? Do I really have what it takes? Am I just not meant for this? But that failure became the soil where my next pivot grew. Because it forced me to get honest about what I actually wanted, who I was truly called to serve, and what I believed about my own voice. Since here's the part nobody claps for, but changes everything. Sometimes your breakthrough grows best in the soil of disappointment. Let's break down the three messy stages nobody talks about. Number one, the unseen work. This is where you're showing up, learning, building skills, serving for free, writing captions nobody reads, and creating content that might only get a handful of likes. This stage is humbling and it's necessary. This is where comparison hits hardest. When you see others blow up and you're barely getting started, it's things. But this is also where you decide, am I doing this for applause or am I doing it because it's my assignment? If you're here right now, sis, I promise the roots you're growing in private will one day hold up your public fruit. Number two, the awkward middle. You know, just enough to be dangerous, but not enough to be fully confident. You're rebranding, you're tweaking your offers, you're trying to find your voice while still feeling a little lost. This is the keep going phase. It's the I'm still here, even when you want to hide. Your outgrow old habits confront stories that told you you're too much or not enough, and finally see tiny results that keep you going. The pain here, feeling inconsistent, worrying about judgment, wondering if you're making any impact. But sis, celebrate the awkwards. It means you're in motion. It means you haven't given up. Number three, the quiet breakthrough. This is when you look up and realize you didn't quit. You learn to clap for yourself. People start to reach out and say, I've been watching you. Maybe you get your first I want to hire you, your first brand collab, your first DM from women you've inspired. It's still not loud, but it's real. And don't miss this. The quiet breakthrough is often more powerful than the viral moment because you build it on trust, tenacity, and truth, not on a trend. Since don't let anybody rush you out of your process. You're allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time. You're allowed to outgrow your old content, your old mindset, your old dreams, even if nobody gets it yet. You don't owe the world a pretty timeline. You owe yourself the grit of staying faithful, even when nobody's watching. And if you're struggling with doubt or feeling like it's taking too long, ask yourself, whose pace am I trying to keep up with? Whose applause am I craving? Who am I really doing this for? I want you to take a second right now, wherever you are, close your eyes and picture your before. Not just the surface stuff, but the feelings, the doubts, the who am I to do this? Now picture your middle, the juggling, the pivoting, the messy trials, the days you got back up after wanting to quit. The nights you prayed for a sign to keep going. Now, sis, imagine you're after. Not perfect, not viral, but consistent, confident, and walking in your assignment. You're not showing up for likes. You're showing up for legacy. That is the real glow-up. And it's worth every behind the scenes moment. Here's how to make up your messy middle matter. Number one, journal your journey. I want you to write down your wins and your flaws. Record how you felt after each lunch, each post, each note. In a year, you'll see how far you've come and how much stronger you are. Two, share the real, not just the highlight. If you're scared to post the messy, try this. Start your story or post with behind the scenes and share one thing you're learning in real time. The more real you are, the more real your community becomes. Three, find your keep going squad. Text a friend, DM another Montpreneur, or share in the unmuted and seen community. Say, sis, this week was hard. Can you pray for me? Can you cheer me on? Glow ups are never solo missions. Four, screenshot your glow-up goals. Write down one thing you want to become true in your business this year. Screenshot this episode and share your goal with hashtag unmuted CEO so we can cheer for you. No dream is too small or too unfinished. Every big win started as a scared little goal. And five, this is a strategy, not a fitback. Take a nap. Take the weekend off. Your business will be better for it. So will your mind, your body, and your spirit. Fis, I want you to remember, you are in your glow-up season. Even if it doesn't look like it yet, every behind the scenes moment is building your real lasting transformation. If you don't believe me, try. Thank you so much for spending this time with me today. If this little fire in your soul, don't keep it to yourself. Share it with another woman who needs this word. And let's grow this movement together.
