Her story is truly remarkable. When Steph was five, she decided she wanted to become an airline pilot. But with training costing over £100,000, her family couldn't afford to pay for it. So, how has she done it? 12 years of commitment and working two and three jobs up to 90 hours a week.
And now, she's dedicated herself to helping people from all walks of life, regardless of their financial situation, to achieve their dream of becoming commercial pilots.
