Hey everybody. Hey everyone. Hi friends. Yeah. That's an introduction, fellas. It is. Fellers and gal. And gal. And gal. So welcome to Game Verse Pub. We're here today for this very special episode. And it's special because we have a stealth episode. Stealth episode. It's too loud. It was too loud. And the the whole thing is where PJ comes on here and he he's gonna talk to us about three stealth games he really, really likes and recommends to people, to us, to anybody. So it's uh stealth games to play with Platinum J. Awesome. That nickname, I swear yeah, yeah. No, that's pretty cool. It's pretty cool. Uh what are you like? I don't know if you're there or not. Pizza Ninja. Pizza Ninja. Watch your pie. Watch your pie. Nice. Nice. I love pizza pie. And and for us, we're all kind of dressed in black. A little stealthy. Yeah, blend into the night. Cool. Um, okay. Before we oh wait, we'll introduce each other. Oh. Olive. Hi. Olive. It's me. It's her. It's her. Yeah, and today uh we released your player profile episode. We did. So when you're watching this, please go watch the player profile episode. It's all this player profile. Nice. Yeah, it was a good episode. It was a pretty good episode, yeah. It was pretty good. It was good. I got trick, everyone. Yeah, you actually did really good. Good questions. Have you slept since the last uh trick question? Well, no. Okay. And I still want to know. I still want to know which one is actually your favorite. Don't have one. Okay, whatever. That's a lie. Um, we got Shaney Baby. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Pizza Ninja. Last time we won't see me usually see me today. Yeah. Last time we saw you in a pod, you were Arthur Morgan. Oh, gosh. Yeah. The real Arthur Morgan. Yeah, killed him off. Oh he died of a TB, though. I still got some remnants of the cold. Yeah, okay, okay. Yeah. No, glad to be here. Cool. Yeah. Well, glad to have you, buddy. And we got Platinum J, Justin, that's here. And uh, like I said, about to uh educate us. Yeah, teacher, teacher Justin. Cool. No, I'd rather Platinum J. I like it too. Cool, yeah, much better. Uh, guys, what's the most important thing in the world? Hydration. Yeah, yeah. You have to speed boys. Yeah. Hydration. Distracted by the costume as well. We can't even see him. What costume? What costume? I want to act surprised every time. Exactly. But yes, hydration. Cool. So uh I hired somebody to come sneak in some beers to us. Oh. But all he said is that we have to have our hands in front of our eyes, and then suddenly we'll open them and beer will be will have appeared. Interesting. Okay. How long? And he's so quick that he's invisible to the naked eye. Oh. Yeah. Interesting. So if we could just just literally like yeah, and please do not move. Okay, can we open our eyes now? Yeah, let's just open, let's see. Whoa. Holy smokes. That was how did that happen? I know this is in French, but it's called L'infiltry. Infiltrate. Oh my god. That's crazy. That's so in line with this episode. Whoever thought of this is a genius. Genius? No, he's not here. No, he's not here. Um pretty nice. Yeah. So this is from Unibru. It is an IPA infiltrate. So it's a uh Belgian style IPA. I love Unibru too. They're so good. Yeah. Yeah. They're really good. They they they do some good stuff. And uh yeah, I thought it was uh, well, he must have thought or she, whoever I hired to come do this. You don't even know who you hired. No, no, it was off uh um it was off Craigslist. Does that still exist? Oh Craigslist? I don't think so. All right, so yeah, so um Olive, I know you're you're you're nursing a bad headache, so you don't need to uh crack this beer right now. We'll save it for you for another time. So, boys, let's get let's get oh a cracking a crack. Nice. So we hired him off the dark web. Since you're better at this, apparently, based on all the last episodes. Yeah, what's the dark web, Olive? Um, where you buy people's. You buy dark things. Okay. Oh, I did a bad pour because it's my wrong hand. I've lost my touch, guys. Oh my god. No way, you guys are all like the same too. The night is ruined. Oh Jesus, guys. It was my wrong hand. We're getting some mustaches, guys. So bold and astringent. It combines the spicy Belgian signature to the aromatic intensity and bitterness of IPAs with pine and citrus flavors and a residence dry finish. Smells really good. Yeah, I can't do that right now. I just don't want my to get worse. It refers to the legend of the spy knight who infiltrated the British and whose gold ring remains hidden to this day. I feel like you should read more books out loud. Yeah, like audiobooks like the audiobook voice guy. What else happened? Yeah, literally. Tell me more stories. Let's try it out. Let's try it out. Okay. Hey, wait, wait, wait. Try it out before we do proper things. Guys and gal. Thank you for being here. Thank you for showing up. I appreciate every single one of you. Cheers. Cheers. Cheers. Okay. Oh, yeah. Once it hits your lips, it's just so good. It's refreshing. Once it hits your lips. Seconds. Really good. Good, I'm glad. Yeah, I can taste the pine. Yeah. Is it like you just chewed on one? No, it's not that. I get what you mean. It's just a slight pine taste, yeah. I've been having a lot of pine tea these days. Oh pine tea. Pine tea. Right? Pine tea, right after some pizza. Exactly. Pine tea and pizza. Who else? Who else? Yeah, just to kind of go down to go down. Good, you know. Good. Pine tea. Um, yeah, I taste definitely. I taste the beer. Yeah, that's a pine. That's what you're drinking. Yeah, yeah. It's IPA. It's IPA. That's IPA. But there is that Belgian touch. I can identify it's easy to identify when there's the wheat. Um, so I hope there's wheat in there. Also just sounded like this really uneducated beer drinker. I know nothing about beer, so it's barley, oats, and wheat. Oh, not just a what's the call? A hat rack. Not just a hat rack, my friends. Yeah. Okay. So Platinum J, this is a stealth episode, and I know you were very excited about it. I was very excited about it. Yeah. Because I'm used to heading into games with the intention of being stealthy and then get like really impatient and go guns blazing for the rest of it. So I so I realized there were a lot of games where it you can choose what you want to be, but they're not stealth games. They're just games that have a stealth component if you want to. Yeah. What I want to know, what what we'll find out, is the games that you'll mention, I want to see if they'll be like made for stealth, right? Like anytime we hear Metal Gear Solid or Splinter Cell or stuff stuff like that, that's stealthy games. That's the whole goal. So I'm really excited to know what you're gonna uh share with us today. And uh you may get started, sir. Awesome. Okay, I'm really excited. The top three, I guess you can say games or series uh in general. Um the third one on the list, I guess, would be uh Hitman World of Assassination. Okay, okay, and uh that one came out in 2023, and it's a trilogy pack of three Hitman games uh in one. So I thought that was a good deal to just get all three. Um so your first um suggestion is a three-game pack? Yes. Oh, cool. So a three for so we're gonna get six games. That's efficient. Yeah, yeah, there you go. Nice. So the the Hitman games, uh, and like those are the I feel they're the better ones because just better graphics, better uh everything. So I just those are the ones. Because it's more recent, yeah. And just it looks more uh authentic and realistic. Um and those games in general, I just love the freedom of it. You can literally do whatever you want whenever you want, and each experience, it's always gonna be a different experience. It's a bit slow for certain people, like certain people don't want to take too much time, this and that. So like not made for someone who's like guns ablaze in. No, definitely not. It would have to hitman, like you can do it, you can do it, actually. Just take snipers, do this, whatever. But if you want to get all your achievements and stuff like that, the the contracts that you have to take out certain people uh stuff, it it's recommended to do it as stealthy as possible. And if you do it without um being caught, this and that, you'll get you get more points and stuff like that. Um and I just love like because there was a couple scenarios where I had to take out someone and the and I was waiting upstairs in the room. I like sneaked into the house from like you know, the second floor, all that. I came in, and then I was waiting upstairs, you know, just waiting. The the person was downstairs, you know, making dinner, talking with their friends, this and that. And it was like 2 a.m., right? Like middle of the night, and I'm just like dinner at 2 a.m. Who is still up at 2 a.m.? 2 a.m. The story is full of hoes. So so I forget maybe like the time wise, but it was just like it was a uh specific time, they were just eating, they were doing their, you know, just having their life, right? Just doing everything. You were just up there waiting to spill them. Waiting, and like the fact that I knew that I was like the character doesn't know that I'm there the whole time, and I could think of like I could just go down, do this, poison their food, I can do this. Uh do you have that liberty of doing oh killing them in a whole bunch of ways? Oh, yeah. As long as you don't poison their like water and then you stir with your finger and then like your finger is the terrible hitman that you'll be then rookie move. Rookie move by such a rookie mistake. Yeah, um, yeah, so yeah, there's noisers like, oh, you're going through the garage. Oh, there's a screwdriver. Take the screwdriver. You want to mess up with the person's brakes. And when he takes the car, then you know, accident happens. Uh you want to electrocute them like in the bathtub or wait, like one of them was waiting in the shower, and I was just like there behind uh the tub waiting while they were showering. Was she was she hot? She had all the polygons in the right place in the place that happened. So polygons, eh? Larry Croft, am I right? Oh yeah, yeah. So she they were in the shower, and I just like I just had a I went to their safe and I took their Catana from their safe. And then I just like went into their shower and you know them through the shower. Through the back of the head? Yeah, in the shower. And then the blood just You know what? That's a good cleanup. Yeah, the shower is on through the the same. Not the glass, but uh the curtain. The shower curtain. So then you can wrap it in the curtain. Yeah, yeah. There you go. Easy cleanup. When you clean up with easy cleanup, and then you just bury the body three feet under because it decomposes faster. Oh. There you go. Fun facts. I'm scared. Remind me to stay on your good side there. Why is it that we have to say this every episode when she's there? Um It's just fun facts for Hitman, you know? Yeah, some other thing that I end up saying at every episode is to either one of you is you might have had uh issues from your childhood that you need to discuss with people with professionals. It's therapy for us. Okay, yeah. Video games. I I have a question for you. Yes. So the trilogy or the truth trilogy pack, yeah. Which Hitman games does it include? Hitman one, two, and three? Okay. Trilogy. But it's just three. There is there is the original ones like one and two, I think, and like Blood Money, and like there's other ones like that, but those are separate ones. They're like the uh not a remake, but it's the you know, a reinvented uh story, like reimagined thing, right? So a whole new world. Yeah but there's close your eyes. That was my line. All right, you stick to your jasmine lines and we did close our eyes. Yeah. I'll just be the carpet from now on. I'll be the carpet. Okay, sorry. Yeah, no, it's a trilogy. One of three. So what you're saying about these games is there whether it's a one, two, or three, it's the type of game these games are, is what you're selling. Yeah, and then there's like I think there's like five to like ten missions each game, something like that. So there's not a lot of missions, but uh replayability and the uh freedom that you have with each game, I think that's that's what I like the most. Because like, okay, I did that last time, but I'm gonna try this this time to see if it works, right? Okay, so you have different ways you can kill them more than two times. Yeah, more than two ways, I should say. Yeah, because sometimes I don't even want to finish the mission. I just restarted and to see, I'm like, okay, this time I'm not gonna be able to do it. No, I was like, I didn't say I'm the weirdest. You're suffering enough, kind of thing, right? Judgments. All right. And it oh, it's so cool. Or like you take out one family member that's in uh uh one floor, and then the other one doesn't know because you use the garot, right, or something, and then it changes the script basically, like of what's gonna happen, right? Did you find yeah, so the story remains the same in the end because your your goal is still to uh take them out. So wait, when you're eliminating a one person in the family, you have to eliminate the whole family? Not necessarily, it depends on the contract. It's if you want to, okay, I got to right if if you have a witness, you can't leave any witnesses. Well, no, that's you uh right, but if you have like three feet under, no witness bathtub. Got it. Three feet under just decompose faster. If you put them six feet under, it takes longer to decompose because three feet under all the oxygen stuff, anyways. Continue. Interesting. The more you know, I don't feel anymore. She knows where I live. It's just fun facts with olives. Yeah. That should be a pod two fun facts with olives. Yeah, we should make quits for fun facts with olives. Yeah. They're fun. Okay, yeah. So that's yeah, I got questions too here. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Go ahead, go ahead. Yeah, yeah. So the so you've got levels, right? And then that's just like uh let's say a house in a neighborhood, and that's what your your world is, you're for that one. Mission-ish. Yeah. And then the next one, it might be a different location. You're free to explore pretty much any anywhere. Open world. Yeah. It's like you're open to explore that map, no, no, right? And just see how things play out. All right. How how much time is it you've got uh depending uh unless it's like mission specific where you need to do it before let's say, yeah, they leave, like let's say, oh, this person has a meeting here at this time. You have to do it before the meeting ends. If not, you know, you might miss your chance or whatever. So they might have like mission-specific stuff like that. Then what happens if you miss? Then you just mission fail, then you you know stuff like that. And you have to restart, and that's it, yeah. Okay. Um, but you find different ways to test, right? Because certain areas you're like, oh, I need to go here, but I don't have the security clearance to go there. So you have to take out someone that has it. So you have their badge and then you go in here, or you uh kill a um a contractor, then you dress like in construction suit or a pizza outfit, and then you sneak it. He knows he's talking about. Well, it's actually true. There's actually mascots, like uh there's like an event where you can have a mascot, you kill a mascot, take his suit, and you're just walking in. Oh wow, you're just questioning the mascot. No, it's no, that's a high five, and it's perfect. I will always question the mascot. Yeah, it creeps me out. There's one mission too that like it's like a F1 uh scene where you know, like, and and then you can go to the top uh of a roof, snipe the person you're supposed to kill, or mess up the brakes of the F1 and then they crash kind of thing, and then you see it on a mini TV. So you're there with the whole crowd, you know, just drinking or whatever, just flicking, and you're seeing it happening. Nobody knows that you're the one who created that chaos. So stuff like that is kind of cool. And which one is that? Uh well, it's it's all uh so the that one, I think it's the second or third one. Okay, but I'm not I don't remember all the missions uh which one it is. But uh so those one, two, three and the version of 2023, since it's a trilogy pack, it's still it's not a remake or uh it's still old style, right? Yes, is there newer styles Hitman? I think that's the latest one. Okay, I think this is the uh the the modern version of of Hitman. Uh but it's not a modern game, it's just a trilogy pack. Yeah, but it's it's modern, like I said, like 2000, let's say I maybe 2000. Yeah, something like that. Like, so it's like maybe five to ten years, ten years old kind of thing. It's not it's not like the ones in the early 2000s that are in the pack. Right. Okay, yeah. Those ones the graphics are hitman that died. No, but they did release it on the uh PS Plus in the last like two, three years, I think. Yeah, really? Yeah, so I have the collection. Oh, you do, eh? No way. So guys, if I missed that. I've only played a bit of it here and there. Um, but at the time I just wasn't looking for that style of game. I've had a hard time with stealth games personally, but like the stealth components to games are the the best for me. Right. But yeah, the like in in most games, I I just I don't like the the big shootout. I I'd rather sneak around like in Red Dead. That that was my way to do that. Yeah, yeah. You just like stab them and you like let them slowly down. So good, but like just the life leave their eyes, you're like, Yeah, I did that. Didn't even have to shoot that way. Did they deserve it? Probably the game says that they did, right? I'll make weird friends. Okay, so yeah. This is for my future employer watching me do these things. I don't know these people. Because I think you mentioned something about like Hitman wasn't necessarily your favorite per se at some point. And absolutely I remember I was a teenager and I played one and it didn't vibe with me specifically, but I had just I I remember having rented it. So I played like for a weekend and like on and off, and I just probably want to go play outside. So so like I don't have a right now. I'm a different, completely different person, and and now with everything you just said, I have trouble going back to play. If I play a retro game, it can't be a red, it has to be a real retro game where like not when these types of games we're playing now were at its their beginning. So that we just played Red Dead 2. Yeah, I think you're playing Red Dead 1 now, like and for me, like I have a hard time playing Red Dead 1. Well, I I didn't try yet, maybe it'd be fine, but because like the graphics and all that stuff. It's so weird, yeah. Yeah, it is, yeah. Um, it's just because I'm so used to Red Dead 2. So I was playing Red Dead 1. I was like, What is this? But I I still love it. Like I was I'm gonna still play it. Okay, okay. Yeah, yeah. Like you can play Fallout 3 kind of thing. If there's a yeah, but Fallout 3 is still very close to what it is right now. Oh, it is okay. Yeah, yeah, like because I just played Fallout in New Vegas. Right. Holds up, man. Yeah, yeah, it's so so any stealth in there in Fallout? I don't use I don't use the stealth much. He's not a stealthy man. No, you can though. Except for the lockpicking stuff, like for sure. I could, yeah, but that's not the component I used to the well, the um the way I I choose to play the games. Yeah, I tried it, like I said, that's one of the games where I tried to go stealth at the beginning, but then ended up boosting my stats in the guns. Yeah, yeah, I love shooting. Good guns. See how I didn't say I love shooting people? Maybe the impact of like and then like hit the head, and then you see like the blood or whatever. Like it's so good. Yeah, jar ahead. Yeah, nice. Um, okay, so you already have that trilogy pack. Yeah, yeah. I won him over already. You won him over already. I played Hitman 2 back in the day, and um I found it difficult. Like I'm a total noob, I find. Yeah, and it takes me a while to catch on to some like in this game, just to figure out the puzzle, right? Like what's what's gonna happen, how how is this gonna unfold, and and the just the different there's different ways you can get to the objective, right? And if you don't have patience for like let's say trial and error, yeah, it may not be a game for you. Yeah, because you have to test it out and try things. That's exactly it's a trial and error game. And there's no consequence if you die, you just start over and can they kill you? It's not the classic Mario, you die three times, you you start over the whole game. Yeah. Oh man. But yeah, you can definitely die in there. Yeah. If the security guards have to infiltrate somewhere with like a big thing. So the person in the shower could have had their own katana and be like, da, gotcha. Wouldn't you? I think it's as soon as you're caught, it's over. It's the ones like that that have guns. Like it's because sometimes if the peop the people you're trying to like, the contract killings, the people may not be armed. They just have bodyguards who could kill you, but they're defenseless, you know. Okay. Yeah. They're they're in the room. Oh no, don't shoot me. You're just there, you're like, sorry, sorry. I have all the control. Yeah. You can just kick them off a roof, you can do whatever. Okay, okay. Yeah. Would you play? I'd have to see honestly what it looks like. Um because I'm very like big on like the visual. And if the visual like intrigues me, then I would play. Bless you. Then I would play for sure. I'll send you a clip uh uh tonight there for the trilogy. But it sounds it does sound interesting, it is not something I would try. Okay. Uh two out of three. I really like it. I really like it. I I I I wish I I've been on with the PlayStation Plus, I don't have that trilogy pack, so that annoys me. Yeah. Uh because like knowing that there it was free, like I'd have trouble buying it. But if it comes on sale for a good price, like that trilogy, under 10 bucks. Yeah. Yeah, because uh what I really like about it is that, like you said, there's the replayability. You can kill someone that which is your job to do, you can do it in many different ways. You can decide to like catch on over with whatever everything you just said. But that's what I think is fun. Yeah, that but I want to see that in a modern game, yeah, right? I want to see I wanna I wanna see that in a last of us style gro style graphics game where when I'm walking in a house, I feel like I'm actually there. Yeah, like because the graphics, like the sh the but this trilogy, the graphics are like that. Oh what? Yeah, yeah. This trilogy, the graphics are that good. So they did remake something. Well, it's not a remake of the the original. No, no, but they remaster it. Not even like it's like a um, you know, like every time there's like the Batman series, there's a new one, a new trilogy that comes out and stuff like that, but by a different um maker? Maker. I didn't know they could do that. But yeah, that's what they did with uh Hitman. Like it does not follow from the original. It's not like a remake or uh okay. Well, I'm cu I'm super curious. So I think I think for me, you won me over with this. I'll send you the same clip and you'll probably uh see it. Yeah, you won you won me with this uh for a ten for ten dollars. Yeah, sweet. I'm putting it at ten dollars over ten dollars for a good price, I would, yeah. Yeah, I'm committing for that. And uh I have the fancy PS Plus, so maybe it'll come on. Oh I think so. Yeah, they come on sale pretty often, I think. Cool, yeah. Cool, good job. Yeah, thank you, JQ. 103. Last time you did one of these was uh for the uh yeah, for the for the horror games. You um you thought you had failed because nobody wanted to play Kronos. It's true. I I I did though, but but you thought it was a fail, but that's not what this is all about, right? Like, of course, there'll be things that so even if we didn't all agree or or or feel that we wanted to play, like that doesn't mean you failed by selling it. It's just it's a personal preference of if you like this game, right? The only part that I I wish I had was when it's set in apocalyptic Poland, and I'm like, is it in space? Yeah, it's in space. There's gravity boots, and then I was like, now I'm gonna so hit man story-wise, it's just you have contracts and stuff like that. Where is that set? Uh all over the world. It all depends, like you're actually traveling the whole world and stuff like that. Okay. What I recall when I was a teenager and I played is it was somewhere in Europe. Oh, yeah, it could be like was it is the one of the because I remember the streets I was walking in, like I think even cars were on the other side. Like so it's not in England. Like, I don't know. Yeah, and there's even like that makes sense, somewhere in Russia, then Tunisia, like just everywhere. Yeah, yeah. It's not one game is there, the other game is there, and the other you go different areas within the time. Yeah, no, that's cool. Because you have to take care of people. That's cool. Depending on your target, eh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Depending on the target, yeah, yeah. That's true. Cool. So are we moving on to the number two? Number two. It's a specific game where the original games was not open world, but the most recent ones are, and that just made it so much better. I love open world. Ghosts recon, uh, wildlands, and breakpoint. Cool, dude. Yes. Okay, yes, because when you mentioned these when you mentioned these the other day, uh the Wildlands, yeah, I started looking it up. I'm like, oh man, that looks cool. It looks badass. Yeah, because I I love me a good open world. Yeah, okay. But an open world where it's stealth, like I want one of these games where it's stealth. Like, I really I want to go explore that side of gaming for sure. You should. So, yeah, okay. So please continue selling it. I think you already made the sale for me. So Ghost Recon, obviously, you're like a SWAT team. Did you say two games again? Yeah, uh he's cheating over here. Supposed to be three games, and he's already at five. I try to fit as many as possible. But they're just like because they're they're as good as the other one. So Breakpoint, I think, is the one that came out in 2019, I think. Uh yeah, and then 2017 was Wildlands. But they're both different, but good. So like Breakpoint will improve on combat and certain things like that, and like equipment and stuff like that. While Wildlands, uh, it's essentially in the names, like in the name, the land is just more vast and more nature and stuff like that. Yeah. While Breakpoint is more like not industrial, but like the land is more like what was the word I'm looking for wild. Wild in nature. That's the word that's the word he was looking for. You've got vehicles in the yeah, vehicles that you can use, some with turrets. You can use a turret, you can drive if you want, you can you can do whatever you can use, like hijack a plane at an airport, then or a helicopter, and then drop down on parachute, shoot people while I do that, or land on the roof, snipe people. That sounds fun. Uh uh, can you squat up? Like have like a team? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's online. I don't know. I don't remember if you can play with like other people, like your friends. Okay, but I do know that you you have your SWAT team with you and you can tell them to go, you know, okay. So you don't play with you, but you can't play online with friends. I I'm not sure about that. I'll have to double check, but I know that you have your squad with you. You guide you guide a team. Yeah, you guide a team, yeah. Okay. And the cool thing too is like I think I showed you the clip, right? While you're like hiding in the snow, you're pushing all the snow in front of you and stuff like that. It's too cold. Yeah, thankfully they're they're they're just uh video game characters. That's true. Um, but yeah, or mud, you know, stuff like that, and you camouflage yourself. That's pretty cool. It's so cool, yeah. And the sounds of the targets, too. And you can you have a drone too to go uh because you're essentially like the game is like you're going after like drug cartels and stuff like that. Okay, nice. Co-op co-op. It says co op. Oh, there you go. Sweet. There you go. It says fucking co-op. Yes. He's like, and I bought it. And the recent reviews are very positive. Actually, it looks pretty good. That's the Wildlands one. Okay. Oh, yeah, it looks pretty sick. I would probably play that. It looks pretty. It's so good. And like it's like socials get me. It's a sort of thing. Yeah, anyways, sorry. Yeah. Well, it's on sale right now. It goes down in price, I think most likely cheap there because it's been in a few years now, eh? That it's out? Yeah. Uh 2019, the recent one, and then 2017 the other one. Yeah. Um, it's on PS4. I think yeah. Okay. The most recent one is on PS4? Yeah. Oh, okay. I thought it was newish PS5. No, I'm I I'm not sure if they made like a version port of PS5, but I know that uh the both versions that I have are on PS4. Yeah. Okay. Um, but yeah, and like you have a drone you can go over, then you're like, hey, I'm gonna target this one, this one, this one, this one. I saw it too, I know. There's there's a there's a fly already. Oh no, are we already there? Winter infiltrated. The flies being stealthy. Yeah. Lord of the flies, but that's the friend I hired, guys. Yeah, he's dropping off beer. It all makes sense. It all makes sense. Okay. But yeah, so that one, like, yeah, you're going after drug cartels, drones over. You can say, I'm gonna go here first, I'm gonna go there, and stuff like that. Get the plan. Plan your whole thing. You can go guns blazing, you can go sneaking, take them out one by one. That's how you should be done. Yeah. Drug cartels, yeah. And there's also like a a I think it's in Wildlands, yeah. There's a specific um mission where Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell is in there, kind of thing, and I'm just like, because it's a Tom Clancy ghost recon. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell. So yeah, I just like I want to like uh finish that mission, but it's one of the hardest missions, and there's like almost no checkpoints on that one on purpose, kind of thing, to make it hard. And I cannot finish it. No, I wanted to. You know your platinum J, right? Yeah, I know if you can't finish it, I would literally rage quit. This guy gets it. Platinum S know is it up? Yeah, yeah. I got two platinums. Yeah. Rocket League, and uh I forget the other one. Maybe Uno. And soon Elden Ring. Uno. Yeah, one away. What a way elderring. Who gave you your platinum for that? Uh grandma. I was playing with Liv, yeah. Uh uh three-year-old. Nice, nice. Okay. Platinum S. Platinum S something like that. You got competition by the Yeah, yeah. Ghost recons, like they're when did that start? Like because Rainbow Six came first, right? That's like the original from the Tom Clown. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfinder. Was it Rainbow Six? Because Rainbow Six on 64 was I'm pretty sure Rainbow Six probably started first, but Ghost Recon was early 2000s. Early for sure. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because 2003, I think, had like Ghost Recon 2 or something or something like that. It's bigger maps, like versus Rainbow Six, you had like a small, small map, very small map, like a house, and that's it. Yeah, it's very similar. Like, this is the open world part, is what like I played the all the other Ghost Recons, but this one, like open world, it was just a no-brainer for me. Yeah, it was just yeah, you know, and when I heard that, you said, like, oh, is it open world? And I was like, Yeah, you're like, Oh shit, like I have to play it. So so you you knew I would I would enjoy this by the way. Because we talked about it. I said, like, most likely on purpose. Well, it's to detail in the game verse pub chat. In the game verse pub chat when I threw, hey, who would be interested in being in a stealth episode, right? Yeah, and then uh that's when I think that conversation came up. I think so, yeah. So I so when receiving those messages, I kind of on the side started looking into that game. I'm like, ooh, that could be a lot of things. It's all in the stars, it's meant to be, I'm telling you. There you go. Well, I I think to be honest with you, uh side note from from this, um, I may have said this before. Uh, this whole podcast community thing we do is really making my gaming enjoyable. Yeah, yeah. Way more than before. Gaming was always enjoyable. This adds a step to it because either there's excitement, there's learning about new things, getting out of my shell for games because I want to bond with my friends, I want to learn new things, I don't get to do it alone. I get to I get to I know I'm gonna be able to talk about it. Yeah, uh so that's all really, really cool. So especially in this, and I I know I really like stealth games, even though in some games I don't have patience for it. But if it's a stealth game, yeah, I would. Because I remember in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, yeah, there was one mission. Okay, I never played online, but in the campaign, there was one mission I would do on repeat. It's the one where you kind of start off, and you can be do co-op too, but so sometimes I did it with PL, the beer guy. Sometimes I was alone where you're kind of in the snow, and that's what it is. You have a sniper and then you're looking, okay. And if you're two, you can't okay. I go take the guy on the left, take the guy on the right, boom, then you know where the next ones are. Then there's three, so it's like you left, right, and then we go to the middle and take care of the last one, first one there, right? And we go through that mission, and I thought like the stealthiness of all this was so cool that I just did that mission on repeat. Yeah, uh there's like a satisfying, like when you do stealthy. There really is. There really is. So uh I'm really hoping after this to know which one I'm gonna want to get first. All of Doug. I think yeah, Wildlands for me is that the bug? An absolute now. I'm sold on Wildlands. Good, yeah, good. What what's your price? What's my price? Uh I'm sold on a sale like on sale. Okay, so let me ask you this. We'll see. If the sale is at um twenty dollars, are you buying it? Probably. I've seen it, I think as low as $10. Okay. Okay, so are you buying it at $30? Uh if you guys are playing. Yeah. So if I say it's $30, I bought it, yeah. You you're down? Yeah. Okay. $30 is a really good price for it. I won't buy it at $30. Because it there's expansions now since the original release rate. $16.99 is my price. $16.99? So precise. There you go. With or before tax. When there's taxes now, when you buy it online. When it shows like it where where I'm gonna see it, yeah, it's uh $16.99. Okay. Like I'm good. It's $17. No candies little baby doll. And breakpoint is good too. It's just a different environment. But if you like that's breakpoint, it's breakpoint is essentially the same thing, it's just it's it's less nature, it's more like not industrials, but like buildings and stuff like that. So the environment is different. So you can hide better almost. Yeah, so it depends what you like, really. Still open world, like yes, yeah, yeah. Both of them are open world, and they're actually making a new ghost recon. Oh. That's coming out apparently in the next couple of years, but it's gonna be open world and first person. Okay. Oh, so yeah. That's it. Yeah, so this is third person. Yes, yeah, uh like the division and all those other games. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Oh, well, I can't I can't play that. It says mild sexual. Oh no, no, no, no, okay. Online co-op the single player and online co-op too. Ooh, captions available. Oh, yeah. Yeah, there we go. No, this means. And that's the one that you can hide in the snow and all that stuff. Wait, no, that's the breakpoint. Okay, I thought it was wild lines. So wild lines, I think you can do it too, but it's just yeah. But that was before like they sucked? Oh, I didn't know. I want sponsorships. They're very greedy. They're very greedy and checking. He said that first. In another episode, go watch it if they know 14. They know very well. They know. I think he probably emailed him a few times. Yeah, we're on the internet streams. I send them a very uh strongly worded letter. Once a month, at least, just so they know. 18 pages, front and back. Front and back. Nice. But yeah, that one's uh really good too. Yeah, lots of mountains too. Yeah, um that looks cool. Yeah, it's so good. The dramatics are looking too fake. Not even real. Stupid. Doesn't look cool. Okay, so yes, for sure, for sure. Uh more on the Wildlands one. Any pizza in Wildlands? Pizza? Yeah. He's hungry, he's hungry, boys. Pizza Ninja, right? Awesome. Well, there's a lot of customers. You can create your own character, so who knows? Okay. Cool, cool outfits. Am I the only you know what in the list of t-shirts we want to make? Yeah, I need one with Shane and his pizza suit. We need to get a pizza. Pizza would be good. Shane with the za there. Oh yeah. Pizza. We wouldn't know where the pizza starts and where it ends. No, no, no. Roll it up. Uh oh my god. Sometimes if it's a thin slice, you can roll it up and dip it. It's all making hand movements like that. Or split in half, mate, like one finger. Yeah, you split the full. It depends. It's if it's floppy. Otherwise, you want to. Where are you getting your pizza for it to be floppy? Pizza should be eaten higher than your face. Look. Pizza should be eaten. Ninja Turtle style. Ninja Turtle style with the cheese. Anchovies or no anchovies? No anchovies. You can leave it. That's a no. That's a no. Podcast over. Every once in a while. Just a good anchovy pizza. No. The other day at uh Genius' uh birthday uh party, there was uh pineapple uh pizza. Yeah, yeah. So that's rude. I know I know this is beside the point, but I really want to make a touch on the pineapple pizza here, okay? Okay. Um people are very, very opinionated about that. Yeah, of course. Just wait for you. Well no, wait for you. So I realized um pineapple pizza is not bad. It's not bad, but it's terrible. No, but but the the thing is, I'll always want another type of pizza. Yeah. But it doesn't people say that it's disgusting, but it's pizza. It's pizza with a little with a little uh uh sweet sweet taste, but it's still pizza. Like it doesn't taste bad. It's just what did you want? Like a pizza or did you want to eat a pineapple? But that's not eat pizza pizza. You're one of those strongly, strongly opinionated persons about it? Yeah. Okay. I'm not the pineapple. I used to love it, but yeah. Now I'm tired of I love eating pineapple cold, like it should be. Yeah. Well, how else do you eat pineapple? Well, they put it on pizza and it's warm. Oh, okay, good. But if you if you barbecue it, it caramelizes and it's there's some but a pineapple pizza party. A pineapple pizza. Not waste our party in our busy lives for a pineapple pizza party, but whatever. Okay, I used to do that all the time, and now it's barbecue chicken pizza all the time. That's good all the time. Again, not my favorite, but it's good. As long as there's olive for good. Yeah, there you go. Go go to topic. Yeah, yeah. Okay. So thank you very much. What about you? Um, probably the wildline ones, you got me, but I don't know, because then you said you could go into the buildings and stuff, and I like hiding in buildings. So I don't know. Like, I would probably play both of them, but I'd also wait for the sale. How much sixteen? No coffee catting. Kind of $16.98. $1, Bob. Like you said, if if uh you guys were like, hey, I just bought it, I'd be like, hey, I'll play with you guys. Yeah, you'd buy it full price. Yeah. You'd buy it for a premium. Full premium. It's $200, but you get to play with Sean and Shane and PJ. Yeah. If I get to play a game with my friends, I'm down. Okay. Yeah. Well, $200, yeah. Nope. Well, the Wild Lands and Breakpoint. I'll sell you a copy for $300. Well, Wildlands and Breakpoint, the deluxe edition, uh, was like $140, whatever it is, right? And I bought them when they were on discount for like I think it was like $9 each, a special. Yeah. And you didn't tell us when they were on sale? Well, I'm supposed to. When it said $16.99, my price just meant $9.99. $8.99. My price is dropping to uh yeah, $8.99. Well, the price should drop automatic just because it's Ubisoft, but that's my I digress. Oh this is not an opinion of GA vs. Pub. This is one person's opinion. He's gonna write another letter to the game. Which is okay. Yeah. If you've got the Ultra like PS Plus account, you get the Ubisoft games for free. Oh, they're actually true. Okay. That's like I think 250 for a year. Oh, okay. I have to check which one. But you can play them with all the Ubisoft games. Okay. Yeah. Because I think Rare does that too with like GoldenEye and like Kazooie and all that stuff. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. There's a few uh you get access to uh with the subscription. Damn, says Scorch. Great. Yeah. Well, hey, thank you very much. And now it's time to be MOON! Numeroutra. Well, what one, two, three, four, five, six, and two, three. Yeah, now we're like at the Planum is the top ten though. Yeah, exactly. So the last one, which is not really the last one. Wait, what? Because there's it's like a series, too. Again? Oh my god. You hijacked this segment. But there is one. If you had to play one, it's gonna be the one that I'm mentioning now. Yeah. But it's a series. Yes. Uh Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Oh that's the third one in the game in the series. Uh Splinter Cell 1 came out in 2002. Uh the second one, Pandora Tomorrow, came out in 2004. Chaos Theory 2005. Uh, and there's other ones. 2013's version of Blacklist is actually really good, and people should play it. But Chaos Theory is uh you play as a spy essentially on the NSA. There, um, Sam Fisher, voiced by uh Michael Ironside, the legendary actor who I think played. Total recall, I I believe. Is he a legendary? Yeah. According to PJ. I don't know who he is. Have you ever heard of this guy? Wow, Shane really wanted to be on your site for this because it hurt him to say no. It hurt him. But it's okay. It's not like Tom Cruise or anything like that. Or Keanu Reeves, whatever. There's no pleasing this one. Keanu Reeves is a good one. It's another Leo. Leo's cool. He's good, yeah. He let Rose get on the door by herself. Yeah, well, she's stupid because the door was big enough for both of them. Yeah, but he tried to get on it. I don't want to get into this again. It's too emotional. And it's cold. It's a stealth episode, right? What are we talking about? Not a Titanic. Okay, sorry, go. Yeah, no worries. Focus. So SpongeBob Chaos Theory. Now, there I have the play the versions on the PS2 and the Xbox and all that. But if you had to play one, you have to play it on the Xbox because the graphics are better and less loading. Already is a no for an Xbox. We don't have Xboxes in our house. Is it remade on Steam or on Oh, the PC versions are good too? Um, it's just like are they as good as the Xbox versions? It's just the PS2 version came out like a year after they came out, and then the limited capacity of the PS2, you can just tell sometimes. Still good, but if you want to play it for the best experience, it would be the Xbox or PC. So don't play it. Yeah. Wow. You know how I just heard of? It's like my favorite series. Um really? Yeah. Oh. That's my favorite one. Splinter Cells. Splinter Cell. Yeah, in terms of like stealth, there, obviously. But yeah, my favorite one. Yeah. Sorry about that. Oh, that's why it's number one. The last one you talk about is your number one. That's how it works. Make sense. Got it. Yeah. A bit of support. I want won't play it for sure. Oh. Got about 10-15 minutes to change her idea. So change your mind. You can obviously the goal is to sneak as much. So like I beat the game on ghost mode. So like you don't get caught, no alarms, nothing like that. And then like you can't trip anything because then you lose your okay. You're not at that much. Cameras, this and that, whatever. So you can't get caught. Um, and you have to go in and out basically without getting getting in touch or caught. Um, and you can hide in vents, uh post poles and stuff like that, climb up, stuff like that, go into the colour. Hide in a pole. That's why you're not going to be able to do a vent, and then you like you have your your uh night vision goggles, the famous ones, the uh and then you have like the infrared goggles also and stuff like that. Where do you carry all this? So it's all your goggles. You have your uh little switches here, you're just switching. Is that so that's that's uh yeah, that's when he shaves his head to uh um that came out in 2006. Um Double Agent, and it's it's a little bit different. So that one you have to um befriend like two different organizations. I think like one of them is like the NSA, and the other one I don't know if it's like CI or somebody else, or I forget, but it's like two of them, and you have to like befriend them, and like they can't know that you're working also for the other side stuff like that. But there's a dialogue uh function. Oh yeah, and it and it it's a lot of it is is based on geopolitical events and stuff like that. Like a lot of it is like fake stuff that they're doing for the game, yeah, yeah, but to stop like uh nuclear disaster or something like that, and you're trying to uh infiltrate. You get to save the world? No spoilers, essentially, essentially maybe we'll get the questions, but it doesn't want the answers. If you beat the game, you save the world. Yeah, if you don't, Jesus beats yes to help. He said no spoilers and he can't hold it in, he can't do it. No, because it's true, there's not all games that the ending the ending is is nice and everybody wins. Red Zed Nemo. A cool thing about yeah, Red Dead uh Red Dead. I'll save myself out now. But a cool thing too is you'll get to see every time you finish a mission, you'll see it on the news, like there's a newscast and stuff like that, telling you what's happening and stuff like that, and in the events based on what you did and stuff like that, and it'll show the progress of the story. Oh that's kind of cool too. Yeah, um, and yeah, there's also you can go guns blade. Actually, if you want it, you can start shooting people, but it's not for that. Okay, um, it's actually a lot cooler when you sneak into the dark, and all you see is like your three green lights there for your night vision, and and then there's a guy talking, whatever, and then and then one leaves, then the guy turns, you get him from the back and stuff like that, and you can use them as a shield, you can and then you bring him into the shadows, and then all you see is like those three lights. Cool, and then bring him into the three lights thing, like like if you we see the three lights, and it's only for us. Okay, because wouldn't a guy be like, Why the fuck is there three little green lights over there? Like moving guys, like so many. That's what that's what's always thinking. I was like, when you're explaining it, I'll think it's like a guy seeing three lights with the fire. Yeah, no, no, no. Three fireflies, like just really synchronized. Perfectly straight. Not turning not suspicious at all. Yeah, yeah, no, only it's only for you kind of thing. Oh, okay. Uh, but yeah, you can turn off lights, shoot off lights, and stuff like that to make it darker so you can you know sneak and stuff like that. Um is it is is it very hands-on or is it far away sniper? Is it both? You can do both. Because you have like one gun where you can snipe uh a little bit further. Um and but mainly it's close like hand-to-hand combat kind of thing. Like uh, you can just knock the guy out in one shot, take him, or uh choke him, or uh or sneak, or sneak past the the side anyway. Right? You sneak around, yeah, and that's it. You sneak around and you you just you don't want to get caught. So you can get him in a chokehold. Yeah. Okay. Some people have games that do that to them. If you listen to Olive's uh player profile episode. Yeah. Yeah. Forever. Forever and ever. Never and ever. Yeah, okay. Yeah, Chaos Theory goes on discounts uh often and stuff like that. Yeah. So is it because it's not good? What's the lowest discount that you've seen? I'm kidding. I'm sorry. You know what that's his favorite game? Oh, you know. So stuff. Yeah, what's the lowest on sale that you've seen it? I asked that now before I tell myself. Oh, like 10 bucks or something. Really? Yeah, yeah. Chaos theory. Isabel likes the splinter cell game, so I'm probably gonna have to pick that up. 10 bucks, or would you pay more? Yeah, we uh I'll wait. For her. For her, what would you do? If she wants to play now, I'll you better. You pay full price? She's worth the full price. She is worth full price, it doesn't matter. Absolutely. She is worth full price. That was the answer. That's not the answer. That's not the that's not that's not the answer. But if she asked me how much I paid for it, and then it's like some stupid amount. Oh my god. Chaos Theory right now is $2.49. There you go. All right, on the spot. On the spot? Uh how much would you buy it for? View my cart right here on the spot. There you go. Um, yes, do it. He's getting excited. Be careful. Oh my god. It's a game first pub first. I'll do it to that. Yeah, yeah. I just want to make sure we all see. Yeah. All right. I'm buying one live on the air. For two dollars and what? 86 cents with taxes. Can you feel the dopamine right now? Oh, yeah. I know you feel it. I know you feel it. Oh, you got it. Sweet. That's awesome. Thank you for coming to our podcast. Oh my god. That was amazing. Thank you. That was amazing. Let's go. Two bucks, man. For a game he just sold like this? I think he sold. Yeah. Yeah. You're welcome, Ubisoft. Take your two dollars. $2.86. That's my price. Right off. So yeah. That is so good that game. I mean, that's the one that you picked. It's so good. So for me, $2.86 is a very cheap price to pay for taking the time to go play one of my buddies' favorite games. Oh, yeah. And to be able to share that episode. And if I end up doing it and you end up doing it, right, then uh then we might find another person that does it to do an episode about it. There you go, that's true. So so you is this too expensive to be part of a cool episode? That's on Steam. I'll send you a clip. Is it on Steam? Huh? It's on a PlayStation. No, there's PlayStation, Xbox, and I think PC also. Um I have both versions, Xbox, Digital, and then um my PS uh two uh hard copies. I can't check not on PlayStation. That's right. Yeah. But yeah, you should. I'll send you a clip. Would you buy it? If it's on PlayStation for two eight for $2.86. But I'm still stuck on the stuff. Dude, that's a win! She said yes. She didn't go from no to like yeah. If to play with you guys, I would. But I'm still stuck on the wild lines, I'm not gonna lie. You made that one like sound real fun. Yeah, that one. It's not just stealth, right? There's so much to that game too. Yeah. So you that's true. That one's not open world, Splinter Cell, obviously. It's just you definitely have me sold on the wild lines. So I keep every I can listen to you talk, but I keep thinking of wild. Yeah, no, it's okay. But it's a different way to play every time, too, Splinter Cell. You know, you can you still have the sort of linear path, but you get to pick how you're gonna go about it. Do I take this guy out? Do I not do I take the camera out? Do I turn off the lights? Do I, you know, do I hide the bodies? Because you have to hide the bodies if if not. You really have to hide the bodies. No, I'm saying stop. We know what you're gonna say. I was in the high-five moment. Well, it's too bad. I high fived you. I took it back. I middle fived you. You already know when she gets going. You didn't deserve it. I took it back. Okay. You already know when she gets going. You already know like where the leads leads to you. Yeah, yeah. Um okay. No, I think this is I think this is a good way to Yeah, I think this is great. It's uh Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Hitman. Yeah. You touch, you touch those. Um, I think it's a win if Olive would be willing to pay $2.86 for it to play with us. But that I know I I know that's not as much about the game as it is about the FOMO. Tell me I'm wrong. Yeah. I think it's it would be the FOMO of you wanna you see how excited we were to to actually do an episode about this in the future. I'm still thinking about it, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll try and change your mind tonight. I'll send clips. I mean, I you have to send the good ones. I get sold, I get sold on clips real fast. Okay. Got it. Like I said, Wild Lines is still in the back of my brain right now. It is pretty good. Yeah, it's amazing. Yeah. You can fork like over like 40, 50 hours on those games easy if you wanted to. I just like I'm very sold on like open world, so yeah, yeah, that's fair. But some me too, my favorite RPGs, open world RPGs, right? Yeah, but um they're so fucking time consuming. I just want to play more games. I'm doing this podcast. Yeah, yeah. Your kids are old. Yeah, yeah, you have a kid and an adult, adult, yeah. A kid and an adult, that's true. So you can play more games, yeah, and one day I'll get there. Yeah, but until then, uh, I need to slack on on open worlds a little bit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It does take a lot of time. Like a retro, you know, well, I I was saying the other day, I always have three games on the go. A retro game, an open world, and a wildcard game. Like it can be anything, right? So uh except another, it can't be another retro or another open world, it can be anything else. So this would be my wild card. I like having three games because when I'm down to game, gaming is a mood. Yeah, yeah. So if I'm in a mood to like like we're uh doing a Zelda Ocarina of Time episode in a month, so I'm in that mood like a lot of the times because I want to get through that before the episode. I want to get to the episode and you know, having played that game completely. Um but I also want to add open world. So lately I've been playing No Man's Sky. Oh yeah. Which G is one of G's games he brought into the Indie Games episode that's not out yet, but you'll see when so so G so G brought that, so I'm playing that with my sons because they both started and we were. Yeah, one of your kids told me about it. So but it's a game where you can just get in there, go on planets or something, yeah. It's not an open world like tip RPG, it's just uh very high-tech Minecraft, in my opinion. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's still an open world, it's still a big world that I can just go get lost in, kind of like what I do with Red Dead or Fallout or all that. You want that freedom, yeah. That's where so that's where I go get lost. Um, retros because usually there's a retro game we're playing with friends, and I want to uh write. Um, and then that extra one can be anything, so I might uh it might be I don't know. I don't know. Yeah, I just bought this one. Roller coaster tycoon you showed earlier. Yeah, like I just got it for two something too uh a few months a month ago. So I don't know. Did you ever like I know this is not about roller coaster tycoon, but did you ever like do a roller coaster at a point that you there's no ending, and then you just watch them, they pay for the the entry fee and eventually all the families go off? Yeah, it's just me. Okay, it's like when you put your Sims in the pool with no ladder. Yeah, yeah, stuff like they're stuck. They drowned? Yeah, yeah. Well, you've never seen that? It's kind of Darwin award. If you can't get out of a pool, then you're just like a room with no door and just a fireplace and a bunch of chairs. Oh my god, you guys are cruel. When AI's taking over, you're screwed guys. You're nice to your AI, apparently. Nice to my AI, yeah. Yeah, for when they take over. Yeah. Okay, cool. Awesome. What what got you into stealth games? Like what's the like the original one for you? Uh, Splinter Cell 1. Splinter Cell One It was called something, I think the first one is called Stealth Action Redefined. Okay, that's uh the name of the and it it just it it started like hiding in the shower, uh the shots. That's it, man. That's it, man. Hiding in the shadows, yeah, uh, and just sneaking around and all that. And I thought that was really cool. Yeah, and then like you can infiltrate like the CIA and stuff like that. And I was like, that is so cool. Yeah, so then and I started playing, and then I started playing with my dad, and then because the second game is actually you can do co-op with your friends, yeah. Um so then me and my dad would try and like do missions together and stuff. So that was kind of cool. Yeah, so yeah, brings back good memories exactly. Yeah, that's cool. I like that. That's fun, yeah. It's pretty cool. So oh, I was trying to see if Hitman World of Assassination was on sale. Imagine I bought two games today, that would have been like, but no, it's $38.99. That's still a good price, but yeah, I get it. It's not $16.99, so there's a few, like I know, that's uh you know the Trinity pack that's for uh World of Assassination, it's a DLC, but anyways, yeah, cool. Splinter Cell Pandora tomorrow is the one that's co-op and stuff like that. Okay, yeah, and they're working on the remake right now, but there's some delays right now with the remake, so I'm kind of pissed off about that. You know, because I'm not getting any younger, right? I want to play a lot of remakes coming out, eh? Yeah, so I really want that remake. Is it is it uh Splinter Cell game that you said the uh in the other podcast? Like uh um He's over there! That was Blacklist, uh the one that came out in 2013, which is my second favorite of the Splinter Cells. Dude, if Blacklist is on sale, you have to get it. You have to. It's a bust. Like I see it's a sale, but 674. Oh, it's not 674. Wait, wait. Extended version of this podcast. Oh my god. Extended version of this podcast. You have three minutes to sell me this game for 674. We'll see if I buy it. He's over that. No, no, no, no, no. So Blacklist is a lot faster. You can still sneak, do all that, but it's smoother, faster. Graphics are a lot, or not a lot better, but they're better. Um, and what you could than the the previous ones, trilogy, yeah. Okay. Um, and you could just do so much more. I I don't want to spoil. Um, but there's like stuff like repelling down things and stuff like that. And it's just like there's too many things for six dollars. He said repel, he wants it, he wants to repel down stuff. Okay, okay. Is it yeah, it's so good. Is it mission-based or linear? Like, how how how does it work? Well, it's it's it's linear, but in the way that it's like you can do different things, different paths, like the other ones. That's chaos theories that you yeah. I see that guy, like you're not invisible. You're not even invisible, but yeah, so that one it is so good. Oh, you sell me, you sell me. This is in the background. Yeah, no, it's it's just like that that clip I sent you of me sneaking around. I remember you even said like you're like, oh, I'd play that game and stuff like that. You said that? You said that. Yeah, yeah. Just pull up the chat, pull up the chat. You didn't say that you actually would buy it, but you said I'd play that game for sure. In a podcast, I said that? Uh on our chat. Oh, on our side. Screenshot that you need to see. I if uh I won't go do that research, but if you want to send me the screenshot, send it to TJ will totally go find it. For six dollars, it's like a no-brainer, to be honest. What's their original price here? Um Ubisoft Toronto. Oh, Ubisoft's Canadian. Yeah, yeah. Okay. I think there's yeah, Ubisoft uh Toronto, there's Montreal. Uh, and then there I think there's one in like $200. $26.99 is the original price. How much? $2699. Is the OG. Yeah, so $20 off. That's good. Okay. I would I would say yes. Just uh you're not gonna regret it. I'm I'm telling you, you're not gonna regret it. If you regret it, he owes you six dollars. And the cool thing is when you shoot people in the head, you can you can uh do either shoot them individually, like yourself, your own aiming, or if you put it on the different difficulty, you have the the I think it's called a kill shot or the kill something. And if you successfully take down uh an enemy by sneaking, you get the the chance to do to lock three enemies, and it'll do like a three quick shot like in the head stuff like that. If you want, you don't have to do it, yeah, but you can add that feature to put it on if that's actually what you wanted, which and then you see the blood like just uh it's so cool, and then he goes like you know, like it's so cool. I think you should get up and show us all the movement. Ah, it looks cool, it's just six bucks is steep. It's it's very steep. Sean! Six dollars, do it! You're not gonna regard it if you don't like it. I'll give you the six dollars back. If you don't like it. Seriously, you're you're it's so good. If you have to pick buying a second one, guys. Two Splinter Cell games, Blacklist and Chaos Theory, are the best ones. For for for for under ten bucks. Under ten bucks. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. This is a purchase of for uh for it's an investment of our friendship. You literally just purchased like ten dollars of games today. Yeah, that's what I did. Damn. Oh can I I don't even need to play it on oh yeah, I do. Okay. I thought it said I could download it to the Mac, but no, it's uh I need to do it get get it on Steam Deck. Oh shit, how do I hope I can play it on the Steam Deck or else I can't play this game? Ooh, is it Steam Deck compatible? Oh man, imagine I just get refunded. Just get refunded. Because it's 360, some 360 games don't. Oh, that's uh also PS. It should be fine. It's on the PlayStation 2, yeah, and I think it's on that PC also. Because I see people online all the time, like the the PC, because they they mod the games online better graphics and stuff like that. So I think they do it on PC as well. Okay, yeah. Wow. Bonus thing, bought a second game, success. Yeah, okay. I can't guarantee I'll buy games every time you come on here and sell some the games. You're gonna buy them for him. Yeah, man. I'm holding Ubisoft like on our own Awards. Seriously, does he get a commission on these two dollar sales? He doesn't mean he doesn't mean all the bad things he says on those 18-page back-to-back letters until the remake comes back, you know, yeah, comes out. Hey, yeah, maybe it's uh it's gonna be the uh Ubisoft redemption uh situation. That'd be cool. Yeah, I hope so. Imagine that. Imagine that. That'd be cool. So cool, yeah. Yeah, okay, cool. Guys, thank you very much. Thank you for powering through. Yes, yeah. Thank you for being here. Wait, are you here? I can't even see you. And uh thank you for everything you brought to us and that you did prepare this great episode for us. Of course. Cheers, everybody. Cheers. Oh man. Are you so happy right now? It made his month. Yeah, that was so much. How long are these games? 170 hours. No, no, no. I was like, what? Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, the first one. Um, I think I No, no, I don't want to know how you how you speed record that a normal person's run. You've got a few levels. I would say blacklist is 10 to 12 hours, I'm assuming. Okay. Um, for like the average person, and then uh chaos theory. So 15. Chaos theory, it all depends how you play. If you're if you already know where to go, it's all being all right. But if you don't, it's gonna take you a long time. Just because you want to try everything out and sneak and not get caught. Chaos theory, I'm probably assuming between like five and eight, maybe. I don't know. Can you loot? You have to loot. You can take like satchels and stuff like that from people and like USBs. Oh, yeah, and you you go on computers to get passcodes to infiltrate certain areas that like I can go here, or I can go the other way by going on the computer and get the information myself. This guy made the sale and is still selling it. The loot component, eh? Yeah, for our loot goblin just in there. Like that. And there's even the retinal scanners. So certain people only have like their retinal screen from from their eyes. So you've got to rip off the eye and show it? No, but you get the body and you put his face there, and you're like, get me like that, you know, put your eyes there and stuff like that. And then opens a door, still cool. Then you dispose his body. That's advertisement for ziplock, didn't it? Yeah, but then you have to be carrying ziplocks in your suit. And that's just awkward. It makes noise if you're trying to see it. Cool. Yeah.
