EP3: Resources and Support (Voices of Lithuania)
Today we will have an important discussion on mental health resources and support systems. We’ll explore challenges such as stigma, accessibility, and the role of digital resources in mental health, particularly among youth.
Our special guest is Indrė, a psychologist working with youth and their families; her experience includes hosting workshops and seminars on various psychology topics for students across different age groups, offering emotional support, and conducting group activities for youth with special needs and gifted children. She also provides consultations for youth and their parents at the Children Day Care Centre.
Thanks to her insight we discovered local resources, addressing stigma and taboo about mental health, and barriers faced by youths in receiving support and how to improve access to it, especially in rural areas
