Each podcast episode explores the challenges young people face in a demanding world and tackles diverse, yet interconnected themes affecting youth wellbeing — from the culture of productivity and societal expectations, to the complexities of loneliness, the struggle to access support, and the impact of identity on mental health.

EP2: Community and Loneliness (Voices of Croatia)
In the second episode the group discussed the importance of having a network and support system. It was discussed what loneliness means to them and how it is different from being alone. We discussed the differences and then shared the opinion on whether you can be happy when you’re alone. They have also discussed are they content with the support system they have and where do they go to gain community. To wrap up the episode, the group discussed what they wished people knew about them to understand them better.
