Her name is  Amethyste Mangangu but you may know her by her stage name Amy LENOIR, Born and raised in the enchanting city of Paris, France, our guest is a talented model with a portfolio that spans prestigious agencies like Mentor Model Agency and GLAM Productions International. But her journey doesn’t stop there. With a rich background in drama that began at the tender age of 12, she has established her brand both in France and England, performing in prestigious institutions. 

From commercials to walking the runway for Marks & Spencer, she has made her mark in the modelling world. You may also may recognise her from her role as Marissa Williams in Channel 4’s ‘My Online Nightmare’ and her contributions to BBC ONE’s ‘The Things I See.’

A new London singer-songwriter who plays emotive and melodic anthems with her explosive indie rock gang. Her debut album was released on 11 February 2025, with a special launch event at the iconic venue The Water Rats in Kings Cross. King’s sound is inspired by PJ Harvey, Tame Impala, First Aid Kit, Patti Smith, Alanis Morrisette, and many more.

Helen King is a new London singer-songwriter who joins me to discuss her debut album, “Look Back No More."

A London-based model who has established herself as a prominent content creator, partnering with top global brands such as Revolution Makeup, Beauty of Joseon, Shein, Yves Saint Laurent, and Casetify. Her fashion and beauty collaborations also include work with Uniqlo, L’Oréal, Nokia, Aperol, and a featured appearance in a BBC Experience advertisement.
