S01:E10: Strategic Planning + Leadership

This month, Jeff walks us through a high-level overview of Strategic Planning tools. We start with the traditional Strategic Team Review and Action Tool (STRAT) and how to ask meaningful questions in your survey. The SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) is presented in a different way, and Jeff suggests ways to incorporate a spiritual component. Jeff shows us the Strategic Foresight program, how to combine it with the PESTLE method, and wraps up with the Futures Wheel.

In addition to his architectural and engineering degrees and professional licenses, he has a doctorate from Regent University in Strategic Leadership and currently serves as a professor at Regent University teaching classes in leadership, organizational design, development, and optimization.
