Pastor Scott Payne is joining Jeff today. He is the Executive Pastor of Ministries of Liberty Live Church in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Scott, his wife Robin and daughters Emily and Kerri, joined the Liberty staff in 2008. Scott has been instrumental in expanding the reach of the church through guiding the launch of and overseeing Liberty’s campuses. He is passionate about providing strategic leadership and developing the staff to accomplish Liberty’s mission and vision. Scott is candid about some struggles and weaknesses that have served to develop him as a leader.
