Mark Israel Joins the show this evening. A story that involves the neglect, abuse and exploitation of my father, H. Boyd Israel, who died @ 85 years of age on January 20th this year. During the last 3 plus years of his life my family was denied access to him, even in simple conversation. We were uninvited to his funeral. My story involves his neglect, his physical and psychological abuse, his financial exploitation by family and local attorneys in the small community he lived in in South Georgia (Leesburg Ga), a probate court judge and probate system in Lee County, Ga without respect for due process or fair play. Currently I am being sued in both Georgia and Tennessee for 25K+ in attorneys fees for allegedly harassing the conservator of my fathers estate. I was also jailed for contempt of court on October of 2009 for failing to appear at a hearing I was not notified about in Georgia. I have been called a harraser, an abuser, seen my father threatened if I did not "play by the rules", spent 3 mights in jail, spent more than one of my kids college tuitions asking for those in charge of my father's care to honor the oaths they swore to uphold. What was I thinkin'?
