The letter to President Joe Biden is a critical analysis of the past and present history that has plagued the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights process....the pain and suffering of Black farmers and others. It will touch on the massive amount of research, data, and factual evidence that USDA has had a continued role in the demise of our Black farmers, their loss of land, and their way of life. It will address the sexual abuse of women in the USDA Forest Service.
