Tonight Mathilda will update us on the shenanigans in South Australia and her quest for justice and reform in Australia's guardianship arena.
She will introduce the new campaign “Kiara’s Law” and how our vulnerable are being snatched, Australia-wide, by the collusive actions of tribunals and the Adult Safeguarding Unit. The Adult Safeguarding Unit, as Matt believes, is modelled on the 50-60’s Eastern European Stasti police state, operating as a secret chamber of unknown public servants who have been legally allowed to kidnap vulnerable Australians, without any ramifications or access to real justice.
Others from AASGAA plan to talk about recent cases and the new EPOA register/laws that do not stop elder abuse. They believe it is designed to hand over more power to the State and until these matters are heard in proper courts where the rules of evidence, access to justice, and transparency exist, nothing will be achieved.
The State and Territories are just accumulating more and more power. The imbalance of power between the individual and the State in Australia is growing every day.
