TS Radio Network: Guardianship "Until Death do we part, Beverly Shaw"
Friday January 26, 2024 7pm central time.
Tonight we welcome Beverly Shaw. She has been married 44 years and has POA paperwork for her Husband. She is currently living in her car in New York with her pets.
Her and her Husband lived in Missouri but were traveling thru Indiana. She took her Husband to the hospital in Indiana for IV fluids after he got dehydrated in Augusts 110 degree weather.
The Major hospital gave him an infection by not cleaning the area and she had to bring him back.
They wanted to sedate him, but Beverly said no, he cant handel sedation, he does not wake up, took 4 days last time and they werent sure if hed ever wake up.
Well they sedated him anyway, and 8 hours later cant get a response even with smelling salt and pain stimulu.
The doctor looks at the nurse says oops he is really not waking up what do i do now.
Tonight we hear how guardianship is used as a way to cover up a mistake, and break up a 44 year marriage.
