Betrayed by hospice Marsha Joiner w/Michele Chuvan Dad Orville another Victim
Host Marsha Joiner has guest Michele Endres Chuvan on to talk about her Dad, Orville who was only 78 when they were tricked into accepting hospice, who were there to help. Orville had run out of money in the private facility so hospice said if they would sign him up, they will give him a new chair and he would continue to stay on his current meds. Lies, manipulations and betrayal, His medications were stopped and traded for Lorazepam (Ativan) and morphine without one word to Orville or his daughter! Orville was only 78 when his life was taken in a cruel manner in Wisconsin in November 2017. Michele came forward and shared her story with me in 2019.
Our hope is that you garner truth from her story as well as others and realized that the hospice you thought was honest, compassionate and here to help, is no longer that hospice in most cases. We all have to protect our loved ones from this cruel, inhumane death. If we don't sound the drums, who will?
