Tonights show will mostly focus on the state of Pennsylvania. We are thrilled that Spotlight PA is hosting a panel with some great guests. The panel is allowing us to ask questions in advance and you can register for free. It appears to be a webinar hosted on zoom. This means it will not be an open mic so it is important to submit your questions in advance. This has blossomed from the article investigated by Angela Couloumbis about the Raffa case in Montgomery Co, Pennsylvania where lawyers will face civil trial for alleged racketeering in an alleged abusive guardianship. The article was published in the Philadelphia Inquirer.

We will also be discussing with Rev Ralph his experience as he now is having to represent himself Pro Se. Neither Coz or Rev Ralph are attorneys and we hope to delve into this topic and come up with some great questions to submit to the Spotlight PA panel.
We will also discuss the solutions NASGA has proposed with the Supported Decision Making legislation that would address the concerns of families with no representation as they fight for their loved ones freedoms.
