Tonight we are joined by Coz and Rev. Ralph as they host Dr. Whitten.
We will be discussing the recent article written by investigative journalist Angela Couloumbis. Angela uncovered a guardianship story coming out of Montgomery Co Pennsylvania involving attorneys Brian Dietrich and Robert Feliciani. The case has been filed by the Raffa estate. The case has been working its way thru the appeal process since 2012, and landed at the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court whose ruling finally opened the door for the Raffa estate to go after these 2 lawyers as well as a nursing home which the Raffa estate claims that these entities were rackteering. The trial will be held by Jury in Montgomery Co. According to the article there are a total of 11 families who have joined party with the Raffa estate as witness to these allegations. Dr. Whitten worked with Mr. Shennigans this past week to dig up as many cases that Mr. Shennigans has on these 2 attorneys working together. It appears Mr. Shennigans has many many examples. You the audience will be the judge...could these 2 attorneys be working together to profit from a guardianship proceeding? Could the Raffa estate be onto something?
