Michelle shows us the business model of cutting corners, promises made to patients that will never be kept and how the bottom line was more crucial than taking care of the patients. Her compassion resonates in her book as she details stories about her patients and how they were betrayed by the very system they trusted.
What if your life depends on knowledge you learn from not accepting what you are told but do your own research? It does. We are all at risk of being the next victim of hospice while they use manipulation and deceit to convince family members they are here to help.
