When my niece abducted my mother on May 1, 2021 she lied to my mother and the court. She said my mother didn’t want to be with caregivers she wanted to be with family. She works from home but on the 2nd floor from 7 am until 6 pm so my Mom is with a stranger all day at my home. She had the same caregiver for the past 2 years. She lied and said my mon is in a separate wing of my home. She was in grandpad that was my family room. At her house my Mom is on the first floor alone.
She said I was giving my Mom medication that made her have dementia and now she is giving her exactly what I had just started, plus has added one. My sister and niece had my Mom go into court and say she hated our guts while she had a urinary tract infection that made her seem completely out of her mind.
My poor mother doesn’t even remember and they made sure it was put on the record. My Mom has been visiting us for the past 3 months and really wants to stay but we are forced to make her go back because of the courts. They said my Mom wanted her financial freedom but now my sister has filed to be conservator. They have a different story everyday.
