Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) or Physician Assisted Suicide (PAS) has been approved in 10 states plus Washington D.C. in the United States as well as many other countries. There is a push to include more states in this count as our country plumets into a depopulation mode at any cost. What happens when the guidelines are so vague that vulnerable people are euthanized without their knowledge or consent? Most hospices are already participating under the guise of compassionate care.
I personally believe everyone should have control over their destiny, but these laws have open the floodgates to legally euthanizing people deemed not viable to society with no consequences.
