My name is Brad Sharp and below is my story. At my mom’s 70th birthday party in January 2016 is when Mary Justice and my Uncle’s wife Donna started plotting against me. My mom’s brother Jim Garner who has been living off her for over 20 years and Mary Justice from the justice family started a lie that I was wanting to lock my mom up because she has been having memory issues. They told her this a few days after the party. Until she went to La Hacienda in September 2017, she would bring this up every couple of months and that would obviously cause an argument, but we would always talk it out. While I was paying my mom’s bills while she was at La Hacienda, I found over $270,000 in checks paid to the Justice family from 2015-2017.
Dementia has been in her medical records since 2012-2013 per Dr. Barbin and his nurse Peggy Boen. Dr. Barbin ordered her to go to Wesley Woods in Sept 2017 after La Hacienda to have a mental evaluation done but she didn’t go because I stopped it. Mary Justice convinced my mom Wesley Woods was my idea and not Dr. Barbin’s. The Justice’s needed to keep this lie going so they could keep stealing from her. They have all been lying and living off my mom’s money for years. APS and Waco PD have been unable to get her away from the Justice family because Dr. Gary Barbin says now, she is just fine. He knows my mom believes Wesley Woods was my idea and I have been asking him for years, but he still won’t tell her the truth. My mom has disowned my kids and I because of this lie but I won’t stop fighting until she knows the truth.
