Guardianship as it exists, meets all the criteria that comprises racketeering. It is in essence, government sanctioned kidnapping, isolation, estate theft and exploitation of the individual for profit.
We have to do more than just speak out, or meet up. Our senators and representatives have no intention of slowing or stopping this system as is evidenced by the lack luster bills titled to make you think they have substance. Instead hidden in the language are further assaults and loss of rights. Not one bill that has surfaced calls for criminalizing the acts of the predator guardians, or in any way works to impede the system as is.
