Michelle shows us the business model of cutting corners, making promises to patients that will never be kept and how the bottom line was more crucial than taking care of the patients and their life. Her compassion resonates in her book and when talking with her as she details stories about her patients and how they were betrayed by the very system they trusted.
We are all at risk of being the next victim of hospice so called compassionate care while they use manipulation and deceit to convince family members they are only here to help and they care.
