These tribunals are not Article 3 courts per the US Constitution. These tribunals have been created specifically to take victims out from under the protection of their rights and laws, and put them into what is essentially a Star Chamber setting where a decision was already reached before you ever entered the room. You cannot use the Constitution or a declaration of your rights guaranteed in that document to defend yourself. Remember: that is NOT a bona fide Judge (of the law) sitting there. The person masquerading as a judge is a ministerial clerk or hearing examiner and one contracted to and being paid by the same agencies attacking your family.
