IT is estimated that 1.3 million individuals are help captive in the guardianship system nationwide. The combined assets estimated to be 500,000,000 billion under this unconstitutional program. These figures are taken from The ACT and can be accessed here.
IF this bill passes it will allow the Secretary of Health and Human Services and associated "stakeholders" more control over guardianships and the popular "supported decision making" plans and leaves the targeted individual being held captive (this is a hostage situation) with absolutely no options to opt out or otherwise escape this human trafficking operation.
