Florida Senate bill 1010. Supported decision making which died in committee April 30. 2021. The devil is in the details. Supported decision making is a viable and popular alternative to guardianships. And the attorneys, guardians and legislators are working hard to take control of it through new laws that will keep them in control. Watch for new bills to appear in November providing more protection for the state.
