Join us this evening as Marcia Southwick, member of the National Association to Stop Guardianship Abuse (NASGA) speaks about the recent summit she was invited to attend regarding the epidemic of abusive professional, predatory guardians who target, abduct and rob blind the intended elderly victim.
The focus of the meeting was how to repair the damage done by predators gaming the system and the collusion of hearing examiners and other players in this corrupted system. Removing an individuals legal capacity should never happen, but under these corrupt tribunals called "probate", its an every day routine to declare a living, breathing human being as "dead in the law".
There were several instances of unwanted texting to summit leaders from individuals who were not invited to this summit for obvious reasons.
