WHERE IS THE HEAT? It’s freezing conditions in Oklahoma and people are staying off the roads because of the ice conditions. What about where your loved ones are. We know it’s not solely in Oklahoma but it seems to lead the pack of mistreated offenders.
Well, imagine there’s ice conditions RIGHT NOW inside many “correctional” facilities are inhumane. Some without heat- no water and without extra blankets. Think about it. It is INHUMANE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
