We think so, and this case doesn’t even take into account the fact that the instructions to the jury regarding the accidental death of a man were seemingly sparse on the key points the jury was not aware of. Facts that very well could have rendered a different verdict and certainly not a life sentence.
Fast forward, wait til you hear more about this now- model prisoner and mentor to young men in prison playing a key role in preventing them from becoming repeat offenders.
