TS Radio : Guardianship nightmare...Update from Greece
Coz ane Marti will host Joanne Bouglalis who will be joining us from Greece to update on the guardianship that was arbitrarily imposed on her mother, Kathy. Joanne and her mother fled to Greece to escape from a large fiduciary corporation that had targeted her for exploitation. Forced into a nursing home against her wishes, Kathy was deteriorating quickly. Finally they managed their escape, but the guardian has been relentless in pursuing the proceeds of the estate.
While continuing to bill the estate for services they claim were rendered, and collecting thousands a month in medical expenses, the guardian continues to file into the court records that Kathy is missing: whereabouts unknown. The guardian has been notified by Social Security that Kathy is alive and well, and where she is residing, as well as the cvourts involved. The Greek embassy has also notifed the guardian of the same.
While all this continues and is a widely known case involving this particular guardian, the Minnesota legislature has been busy presenting bills that would codify into law the ability of the guardians to break into wills and trusts, remove beneficiaries, and to replace them with someone of their choosing, even if its themselves. Also, the ability for guardians to arbitrarily isolate the victim in another state if they choose to. It is widely known that this particular fiduciary corporation is firmly entrenched with elected officials from both sides of the isle, and it is this corporation who actually writes these bills that our elected officials sign on to.
