Our friend Victoria will be joining the conversation tonight.
We are back!! Due to business and other obligations, we have been away and unable to talk with you. Tonight Coz and I will be discussing heir scams being perpetrated that many people are apparently falling for. Of course they will need your bank account number, a fee for services among other things and any information that you willingly give them to rob you blind.
Also, numerous pieces of legislation are coming out in Minnesota addressing guardianship by professional predators. Not ONE BILL contains any language that would preserve the inalienable rights of the targeted victim. Any restrictions on isolation or forced medication to impair the victim is quickly followed by , "unless otherwise ordered by a probate judge". This effectively renders any efforts to protect individuals from being preyed on, as worthless. As we all know, everything pivots around that hearing examiner. There are absolutely no caps on fees for services and as always, the victim is forced to finance the predator who is coming after them.
Guess who actually wrote these bills? The evil hands of the predatory stakeholders are all over these bills.
