Therese's mother was laid to rest on the 17th of this month.
Quality Aged Care is the same as Hospice here in the US. There is little quality and even less care. Both systems are predicated upon expedient end of life measures. Just as here in the US and several other countries globally, the elderly are being systematically kidnapped, isolated, robbed and then left to die in some miserable warehouse called a "nursing home". Torture based bonding with the predators is common. The isolation from family, friends and even religious affiliations has a profoundly detrimental effect on an elderly individual and when family and friends are not allowed to visit the predator moves in.
