While a bit of good news surfaced here recently, with the conviction of a Montgomery County, Pennsylvania lawyer who availed himself of thousands of dollars of his disabled wards money, we still have many more stories to cover.

His mother desperately wants to see Jeffrey as he does her.....but apparently it is far more pleasurable for the "guardian" to keep them separated. The sick pleasures some people enjoy!!
