This informative podcast will engage us all as we learn the realities we might not already know of, of the challenges that are faced by those genuinely pushing for reform.
Our esteemed guest, Kevin Armstrong, will share positive plans in the making, given his most recent attendance at a recent meeting put on by The Department of Corrections that engaged the likes of our newly appointed Governor Stitt and other powerhouses seemingly on the right side of the line.There is no magic wand, but some wheels are in motion.
Kevin comes to us with an extensive background in journalism, as well as advocacy for reform including sentence reduction.
Some of Kevin’s background includes former Director and Founder of “OKJ2 Journalists for Justice, faculty member at ORU, and currently is President of OKCure -and more active participation that lends him the credibility to be front row to the information he is able to share with us.
Together, we will have a candid discussion tonight and open up the phones to callers.
