Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Randolin Show. And today I'm bringing you a conversation that goes deeper than business, deeper than success, and this is about transformation. I'm sitting here with Gary Acevedo. Is that how I pronounced it correctly? Someone who has spent over four decades awesome helping people unlock their potential, breaking through limitations, and truly step into the creation, the person they were created to be. I apologize. He worked with entrepreneurs, business corporations, Olympic athletes, and leaders of the highest level. But what makes Gary so different is how we led success with interalignment, healing, and purpose. So if you've ever felt like there's another level inside of you, this conversation is going to hit. So, Gary, I am so excited. I feel like we were on the phone call for the pre-recording for a while. And I was like, I just want to learn more and more. And it just went time went by so fast. So thank you for being here. So I'd like to kind of ask you. So for those listening, who is Gary? Like, who are you? If you want to go into that, what did you like? Where did this all stem from? This this big purpose and this four decades of coaching is a lot. Yeah. When you say that, what did he do, or how did he make such a huge impact on your life? Wow. Okay, so you're nineteen years old, and you had this breakthrough, and your whole life, it's safe to say, completely transitioned and shifted. So, did you coach him? Wow. Okay. Okay, go ahead. Keep on talking. I'm definitely learning a lot more already in these what we've been recording for four minutes. And I'm sure there are so many more, it's safe to say it works, right? But what I'm really curious about, though, you said you're 19. Like, how did you meet your mentor? How did it even like, was he just like a guy on the internet? You said he was in their subdivision. Like, how did you connect with him and trust him and find him? Do you think it was God? Do you think it just putting you in that place? Do you like how did that even okay? Okay, so what I'm gonna ask you is something that maybe people are thinking, like how I'm thinking, because I'm a very big person. If I see something and I believe in it, I like I jump into it fullheartedly. But I think that it's very safe to say that most people are not like that. So I guess what I'm asking is like, what's like the type of advice that you would give someone who hears stories, but they're like self-limiting? Like, I think it sounds great, but I don't know. Like it's so foreign and rare to me. How does someone just like let go of all that insecurity or whatever's in them, you know? That is so powerful. Wow. How long are these retreats for? I normally wouldn't even, I was like, we'll talk about the retreats at the end, but I'm now I'm very intrigued. Like, how long are these? That one that you said, I know you've got other ones coming up with the awakening, the one that you do. Okay. Wow, okay. Okay. Oh my goodness, yeah. Yes. I say that all the time. I remain in my bubble. That's funny you said that. It is so true. That is crazy. I literally like I have the chills listening to this because what you said, like that inner child, I talk about something like that, but not necessarily. This is more powerful than what you said. I always say, like, people have the inner child. When they're a child, they're so excited, they're ready to be a baseball player, but the world is sitting there every single day, whether it be the parents subconsciously trying to protect them, being like, oh, honey, let's have a smaller dream. Let's do it smaller. And these kids are so vulnerable, they start thinking, I can't do it. The world that how do we now you throw in there, unfortunately, social media and these false AIs and everything that everyone's dealing with it? And it's so easy to be trapped and to start feeling small and inadequate, right? So, um, but I just love this. Wow. You have me you have me, so my son is gonna be graduating high school most likely this year. He's graduating a year early, um, and then this year. And I'm thinking to myself, oh my goodness, like, what perfect gift? I don't know if he's listened to this, but what perfect gift than to give him this for this graduating gift? Like mind blown because it is. Oh, a hundred percent. Yes. Just joking. Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. How old is he now? That's amazing. Okay. Wait, did you say you have a thirty-six year old and a fifteen year old? Wow. Okay. I love that. That's such a range. That's so cool. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. How old were you? Can I ask how old were you when you had the little one? Wow, okay. Yeah. It's crazy. I love it. Sorry, that was totally off base. I just totally changed it because I was like, wait, did you say that correctly? And I don't know what the listeners were gonna be like, did he say? Yeah, I love that so much. Um, that's crazy. So, wait, what I really, really, really love about you, it's crazy for everybody, like 20 minutes in, but what you focus on, I'm a firm believer are if like you are who you surround yourself with. So it's so powerful. Like it's so easy to surround yourself around the wrong people and just you just start thinking like them. Or you surround yourself in bigger and better rooms, and just by default from being around them, you start thinking like that. And the thing that I love about you in like other twice things that I'm learning that are really, I'm super excited to continue to get to know you. But like you focus on what's right with people, which is the first time I've actually heard anybody in the entire world say that. So I can only imagine I've never been through your treaty gap, but I'm planning on going 100% and bringing my team, bringing my family. But like, I can just imagine like just being part of a walking into a room and automatically feeling accepted with a whole bunch of people who are craving that acceptance as well. Just about like just that energy and that space, how inspiring and how like he's freeing and life-changing just that alone is.

SPEAKER_01

And wow, we're gonna be honest, I don't know. Wow. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_00

Wow. So it's crazy. This is one of the things, like, first of all, to listeners, you've told me I can imagine that being there present is like the way to go. You have to be in the room to experience it fully. However, you did say you do have a Zoom option for some of them, right? If they cannot physically be there. Yeah. And now you're still at home and you're still like distracted by the world around you. You're not surrounded by the community and the people, and just that I can imagine that experience is just completely different, but it is an option. And I can imagine it too as being like an option of someone who's like, I want to learn, but I don't know if I want to fully commit. Yeah, because it's scary, maybe.

unknown

Right?

SPEAKER_00

Because change is scary, I think. Um, so when people come in through your door, through your experiences, like I would think again, I haven't done it yet, but that it's probably infectious. Like I want to do it again and again and again. But what would you recommend? How when someone comes through this and they experience this, how often should they, is it a practice, something they practice? How do they keep that? Does that make sense? How to melt your favorite jerk. Okay, explain that one. Wow. Okay, what about like books, reading material? What do you suggest for someone here who's like, oh my goodness, we're already at a half hour, don't let this end. Like I am here, and the second time now I've talked to you, and I'm like, oh, like I just want to continue this conversation. What do we do? Where do we go to read? Like what what obviously be part of your go? We want to go to, I want to go to one of these experiences, but where else do we get more of Gary? Here, tell this, I I have it. Tell them what the book is again, and we'll write in the comments. Here, let me, I ordered it. Let me find it. Yep, ignite the gift you are, seven master keys to awaken your passion, power, and profits. Yep. Yeah. It is so crazy. So that's where, again, I won't talk into my business, but I went into like infinite banking and I coach people on wealth generation and keeping it because that's the exact same thing. People make money and then they're like they get so excited and it's gone. That's what you hear about like the celebrities and the sports ball play the sports players that they make money but don't know what to do with it because it's all money they you know they came into very quickly, and then they lose it. And then when they lose it, they also lose their self-confidence, their self-esteem. And it's like they're almost at a worse place of where they started because they had it and now nothing but compare, and now their self-esteem is done. It's just like this cycle, it's this cycle. So it's crazy though, it's already over a half hour. And again, this is the second time you've done this to me, Gary, where I want to continue talking, um, which is amazing though. I have your book. I'm gonna start reading it. Okay, let's do this really quick because I do it's powerful. I'm gonna put the links into you know the podcast in here, but tell me really quick, where can people, besides your book, which we're going to, I'm ordering that, they've heard about it. If they want to go to one of your experiences, what website do they go to? Perfect. Yeah, I um definitely am I put those links in. I'm going to be one of your events or two of your events or five of them. I don't know. Lots of them because I already feel just so much better talking to you. So, one thing I do with every podcast, I ask one tip of advice that you would like to give our listeners to end this with a so yeah, I'm gonna we are I'm gonna stop on that, but because of that, I would love to do a second recording with you at some point because I want to go into that. And I I know the listeners don't have another half hour, hour like I do, to listen to you. But thank you so much for being here at the Randolph Show. I again am so honored to have you on here and to truly get to know you, and I'm sure the listeners feel the same. So thank you again. I appreciate it so much.
