But I feel like it’s the same way in life. Whether it’s a dream we’re chasing, or a goal we’ve set, we all have marks that we want to hit. Those marks guide us to where we need to be. That’s how I ended up creating People, a film I’m incredibly proud of, not just because of how it turned out but because of what it represented: me taking control of my own path.
But I didn’t do it alone. In this episode of Hitting Your Mark, I’m talking about the power of building a team, setting real deadlines (not just letting ideas sit in your notes app), and committing to making things happen—no excuses. Because as much as we like to think we’ll "get to it eventually," the truth is, if you don’t put a date on it, it’ll never happen.
