The Monster of Genova

On the evening of April 22nd, 1999, a young boy would be selling lottery tickets on the streets of Columbia when he would be approached by a man claiming to be a police officer. What the boy didn’t know while talking to him was that this so-called police officer was responsible for hundreds of missing children.
