This conference will now be recorded. I want to read a portion from Second Corinthians chapter two. The first six verses. Concerning the ministry that Jesus has given to those he called. I'm beginning verse one. And I'm reading from the New King James Version of Scripture.

Scripture Reading And Ministry Call

Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, not handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth, commending ourselves every man's conscience in the sight of God. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the God of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord and ourselves, your bond servants, as Jesus, for Jesus' sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Beloved, as new covenant saints, all of us are living under the new covenant. It's a blessing that has been given to us. We don't live under the covenant of law, but the covenant of grace, the new covenant. We are new covenant servants. We proclaim the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ. That's why we are called as believers in Christ to live a certain kind of life. That's why God through Christ has given you and me

the Holy Spirit. It's the Holy Spirit who lives in us. It is Christ. In us the hope of glory. We realize this by faith. And when we live like that, we live in the midst of a dark world with this new covenant of light. We proclaim the light of the gospel, of the glory of Christ, while holding forth this magnificent message. You hear the word magnificent message. We earnestly pray that God will prepare darkness, a light out of darkness. God will prepare darkened hearts to embrace the redeeming light of His grace. Each person who responds will experience a miracle more distinct than when light first shine in the darkness of creation. On the first day of creation, the earth was in darkness. In the

beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep, according to Genesis 1, verses 1 through 2. The Lord spoke light into existence in the darkness. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light. What a majestic miracle. And Jesus came to this world. Light was penetrating darkness. The people who sat in darkness saw a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death, light has dawned, according to Matthew 4, verse 16. When the light of the gospel of grace is proclaimed, it is shining upon spiritually darkened hearts. Although they knew God, they did not glorify him

as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened, according to Romans chapter 1 and verse 21. When darkened hearts respond to that light, they are given new life. I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. This is what happened to those who follow Christ, the God of creation, who spoke forth physical light into physical darkness, has spoken forth spiritual light into our spiritual darkness. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness who has shone in our hearts. Praise God, the light that was shining through the gospel. This good news of God's grace painted a portrait of the Lord Jesus Christ. In that portrait of words, we saw the glory of God and his great salvation. We saw by faith. I say it again, we saw by faith the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Now we are called to proclaim this gospel of grace that others also may come out of darkness into his splendid light. You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, his own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of him, praise God, who has called you out of darkness into

his marvelous light. According to the scriptures in 1 Peter 2 and verse 9, we praise God for this homily this day. God bless each one who have tuned in. Those who is unable to tune in, we hope that this glorious gospel will reach the hearts of those who are listening and those who are not with us today. We hope this glorious gospel will reach their hearts. In Jesus' name, we keep praising your name and we thank you for bringing us out of darkness into your gracious light. Grant us grace to proclaim your excellencies. Shine your

light into the hearts. I hope to reach. As we preach the gospel, grant all who listen, they might understand and receive this miracle of the new birth. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Now, unto him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before his presence with exceeding joy. That only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion, and power. Now and forever, let us all say Amen.
