Hello, fam, welcome back to DIY Salvation. Was Satan ever the king of hell? If you grew up watching cartoons or reading supernatural novels or you just you know, generally absorb how people talk you probably pictured Satan sitting on the throne of flames, reeling over demons and torturing souls. But this picture is a myth. The truth is that satan is not the king of hell. The bible paints a very different reality. First and foremost, the bible paints the reality that satan's original domain was heaven, not hell, and when we talk about heaven, we're talking about the heaven that's just above the planet earth. So satan was a star stationed in the universe as we know it and stationed in our galaxy, in the milky way galaxy. From all indications, that's what the Bible points at that our earth, our planet earth, is connected with the realm that Lucifer once governed. As a star, as an angel, he was a glorious angelic being in heaven.

Ezekiel, chapter 28, from verse 12 to 15, describes his beauty and perfection. I'm sure you've read it before. Isaiah, chapter 14, from verse 12 to 14, starts to talk about his pride and perfection. I'm sure you've read it before. Isaiah, chapter 14, from verse 12 to 14, starts to talk about his pride and his rebellion. And because of that pride and the rebellion he was cast down. It was not just the pride the pride and the rebellion led him to commit several murders that eventually led to a war in heaven, and so he was cut down. That means he supernovaed as a star, he was a star and he supernovaed. And when a star collapses in space and supernovas, it's a violent explosion that is so bright that it looks like lightning, depending on where you're looking at it from. That collapse bends the fabric of reality, leaving behind black holes. You know different. One black hole is one black holes. You know different. One black hole if it's one giant star, you know, but the black holes would consume everything around them. That means if that star, you know, had planets connected to him, had planets that were orbiting him, they were. All those civilizations were all consumed in that black hole. So but this consumed in that black hole. So but this? This scientific picture helps us to understand the language of the scriptures.

When jesus said in luke, chapter 10, verse 18. He said I beheld satan fall like lightning from heaven. Do you understand? He supernovaed.

Revelations, chapter 12, verse 9. The great dragon was hurled down, hurled that ancient serpent called the devil or satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth and his angels with him. So notice the word angels with him. Those were the civilizations. So there were other stars, that that also you know. Supernova, that alongside him.

Now, in revelation, chapter 12, verse 9, when you read that it says Satan was hurled down to the earth and his angels with him, if you have not been listening to DIY Salvation right Cosmic Edition, you'll be thinking that Satan was hurled down to our planet earth. So people are always angry Like why did God even send Satan, you know? Like, didn't God find somewhere else where they could just destroy Satan and threw him in? Why throw him down to our planet Earth? No, that's not what happened. I've told you that the Earth is a universe and the universe we're talking about is our immediate universe. That we see is what the Bible calls the Earth, the whole world. So when you see the whole world in the Bible, oftentimes it's not just talking about this planet Earth, it's talking about the whole world. That means the civilizations in other star systems as well.

So when he says he was hurled to the earth and his angels with him, it meant down to the ground where the stretching of the fabric of reality, he was hurled down. And it's that stretching of the fabric of reality that creates the underworld as we know it today, because stars would generally warp reality in their rebellion. Do you get? And this is how come we have realms like Hades, which we call hell right now, or the abyss, or the pits in the underworld? So that's the first point to note, which is that Satan's original domain was heaven, not hell. So if he was not, he was supposed to be in heaven. Ideally, he truly was a prince. Do you understand? He was a great being of honor. He had people who were, you know, following him, people who gave him honor and respect, people that he gave leadership to, while he was a respected archangel. But in his rebellion remember what Jesus said he was cut down to the ground. You already know the story. If you have read it before, you have to try to combine the story together in your mind. The story if you have read it before, you have to try to combine the story together in your mind. If Jesus, if Satan was cut down, that means that would have been a defeat, and if someone is defeated, that means he's been. He was thrown in jail. The second point to note is that hell was prepared as his prison, not his throne. You have to take note to this. Matthew, chapter 25, verse 41, depart from me. You cursed into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.

We people in this realm, three-dimensional beings, you know, in this particular realm that we live in, on earth, man, mankind we were not even designed to be on the universe, the earth universe. We're not even meant to be in this mirror dimension. We're here because we are undergoing testing, so, ideally, this is not even our place. We're all stars, but we will not even shine in this earth universe and we don't even belong in the heaven universe. That's not even our place. Also, we belong with God. We belong in the realm of God, but right now we don't have a place. So, anywhere God is, that's where we are, that's where we would be Right. Hell was designed for us, for the devil and his angels. Black holes were caused by stars falling into the fabric of reality and when they do, they are trapped there. Their spirits are trapped there until the time of their judgments. So it wasn't designed for me and you, unfortunately, because Satan, you know, ruled and changed the system of you know of things here for some time. Unfortunately, that's where most humans were held until Jesus came to deliver them or deliver us.

So hell is a place of punishment for Satan. It is not a kingdom where he reigns. It is not a kingdom where he reigns, yes, in a prison system. If you go to some prisons, you find out. Even right there in prison there are kingpins. You know there are guys that are still, you know, doing drugs. You know, both in the inside and on the outside, you know they have agents everywhere doing their things. That's what Satan is pretty much doing from hell. But that is where he is. He's in there, he's down there, down there. And if you have ever seen Lucifer or Satan or the devil in real life, you claim that you have met him and he looked like a man. Let me tell you he's astral projecting. Okay, that's not the real. Even if you felt like you could touch him, you could even sleep with him. He's astral projecting. It's a projection, very clear projection. So, but he's down there and he's not a man. He shapeshifts into a man. He's not a man, he is a red dragon with seven heads. So you better know what you are dealing with Now.

The third point is we have to like go back and find out the origin of the lie that Satan is the king of hell. Where did he come from? The answer is simple from Satan himself. He is the king of hell. Where did he come from? The answer is simple from Satan himself. He is the king of slanders. Did you know that he is also the king of sharing false information?

If he wants to slander God, that's what he did, to the point that one third of the stars in the galaxy. Do you understand? If you want to check how many stars are currently in the observable universe, we're talking about billions of stars in the observable universe. Now we don't even know if the observable universe is even up to one third of what the entire universe is. We don't even know how big that observable universe is. We don't even know how big that observable universe is. But what Satan did was so drastic that a third of all the stars in the universe itself fell. So that means that the universe is full of so many black holes, so many. That also shows us that the realm of demons is just so much. Hell is vast, and that tells you that demons, ah, there are plenty. There are so much. So if somebody tells you that there are more demons than there are people on earth, you better believe, because it's true. You can't even compare. It is true. That's the reason why you have to understand your spiritual authority and wield your spiritual authority so that you don't fall a victim to these deceptive beings.

So Satan spreads conflicting stories about his identity. Sometimes he paints himself as powerful, and we know he was always slandering God, all in a bid to confuse humanity. If you notice what people say, both in Nigeria and other countries, you know just random person saying exactly the same thing. You'd be wondering did you all have a meeting somewhere? Yes, because there's just one person who is spreading the same slander. The stories are all coming from one person. You hear things, they start to complain and say, oh, if God is so good, why are children dying all over the world? Why are people dying of famine and poverty? All those things are not caused by God. They are caused by Satan, and yet he's the one who is spreading the lies. And then he spread the lies and talking about himself as someone who is repentant, or painting himself as the lord of the underworld.

The bible gives satan very different titles. Ephesians, chapter 2, verse 2 calls him the prince of the power of the air. This is not a complete compliment or to show that he's he's a king or something. No, it doesn't mean that satan controls the air itself, it doesn't mean that he's the one in charge of the air, you know, but rather he's the leader of the evil spirits that operates in the air. There are those that operate in the water, there are those that also operate in the air.

I've told you before that if, as long as there is a firmament, whether water or cloud, there will be a mirror realm. And as long as there's a mirror realm, it's quite possible that there are spirits living there. The mirror realm is filled with demonic forces or demonic entities or evil spirits for our planet earth, because there are just so many and they have no place to go to and Satan rules over them as their prince. This also means that Satan is responsible for so much of the evil, for all the evil that is happening in the world today, because just this information alone lets you know that the judgment of Satan in the lake of fire will be far more severe. His own torment will burn hotter than all the rest. 2nd Corinthians, chapter 4, verse 4, calls him the God of this world. You see what I mean.

So when you now start to say that the evil in the world is caused by God, that's easy, very, very far from the truth, because it's satan who rules over the present system. With the present world system, he, when he took ownership of the world from from adam, he toppled everything over. He's the one that is ruling over the present system of corruption and spiritual blindness. That's the reason why governments don't get any better. They get, they only get worse. Many people blame god for the evils in the world today, but the truth is it has nothing to do with God. The world system that God originally designed was overturned by Satan, you know, thanks to Adam, and what we're seeing now is a corrupted order that is marked by the red dragon's influence. So everywhere you look, he's still there. That's the reason why you find a lot of spiritual activities going on within governments. You know they do all of these things, calling strange gods and all of that, but hardly even calling Jesus. So you don't have to blame God, you blame Satan.

The good news is that, for all the havoc that Satan has cost humanity, god will make him pay. In full revelations, chapter 20, verse 10, tells us that the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone and he will be tormented day and night, forever and ever see. His end is sealed. He already has his eternal judgments, do you understand? That's the reason why he's going crazy, doing all the things that he's doing, trying to drag you down with him. Don't let him.

Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 12, calls him the ruler of the darkness of this world. It is not flattering. It means that every structure of evil, of corruption and wickedness that we see in this present age traces back to Satan. Wherever there is moral darkness, deception, oppression, violence, satan's influence is behind it. So it also shows that he is the one that holds sway over people that's, you know, are spiritually blind, those that have not yet come to the light of christ. But you see, for us his rulership does not apply to us. Colossians, chapter 1, verse 13, says God has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. So while Satan may rule, you know, the systems of darkness or systems of the world, he has no legal right to rule over those who walk in the light. Rather, we have authority over him. Do you see that now? We have authority over him and over all the works of darkness? So it is instead of us to keep complaining how Satan is disturbing us, we need to make sure that we shine the light and chase him out completely.

If a building has been built and nobody goes to live in it, it will not be long. There will be people, you know, who are homeless, who would eventually have access to an uncompleted building and inhabit it. But the day the owner of the house comes and says you know what, okay, I think it's time for me to finish up this building and all of that. All those people will have to go. They don't even need a court order to remove them. You will just remove all of them. Do you understand what I mean now? So you have to take ownership of what belongs to you, which is the world. Whatever dominion Satan is currently wielding or expressing is deception. He does not have any authority, no legal grounds for him to do what he's doing, and you can chase him out.

Now, how does Satan gain control over the Hades of earth? I mean the place of the dead where dead people go to the Bible records that before the cross, satan wielded authority over Hades and death. And that's the reason why I'm calling attention to this particular point, because we find that when Jesus died, you know, he destroyed Satan, who had the power of death, and took the keys of Hades and hell from him. Do you get? Satan once held the power of death? The reason why is because he took the authority of Adam. Adam's authority was so wide so that when he handed that over to Satan, he handed over to Satan everything that was. It was a spirit. Satan was a spirit, it was a man who was supposed to have authority over all of these things. And Adam handed over everything unknowingly to him, his dominion, and then Satan twisted it into a weapon of accusation and death.

So originally Adam was created as ruler and the guardian of the planet Earth, right, so he was entrusted to cultivate and keep Eden. But when he disobeyed God and then he obeyed Satan, he committed high treason, handed over his authority and through his sin death entered into the world and death passed upon all men for all that have sinned. And you see that transfer gave Satan the mandate for him to God. He handed over to Satan and remember, god had told Adam to keep the garden, but when Satan gained access to it, do you know what he did? He inherited the same responsibility and in his pettiness, satan twisted the mandate to keep the garden into accusation against humanity. Do you see, he became the accuser of the brethren. He began to oppress mankind. He used sin as the sin of man as his evidence to prosecute humanity. And any time and he was, he was ready to wield death at them at any given point in time. Imagine satan that would be, you know, making human beings to sin. When they sin, he will be the first person to send death, and then they die quickly and once that happens, they punish them, even in hell, in the underworld again. So Satan was literally having a field day, and this was the reason why God wanted to come and deliver mankind.

The cross changed everything. Satan has always been public enemy number one, anybody who is in a covenant with Satan or with any affiliates of Satan. I feel sorry for you because he is your number one public enemy. I'm telling you, he's your number one enemy. He does not like you a bit and he wants to drag you down with him.

Thank God that the cross changed everything, because through the death of Jesus and through his resurrection, his legal standing collapsed forever and Jesus took the keys of hell and death from him. Glory to God. Thank goodness that what happens in the end is that the devil that deceived them will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, and he shall be tormented day and night, forever and ever, and ever and ever. That is not the destiny of a king, it is a prisoner's sentence. So Satan was never crowned the king of hell. That idea is just mere mythology. It's not scripture. Hell was prepared as his prison, not his throne. Jesus is the one who holds the keys of death and hell, and in the end, satan will be cast into the lake of fire forever. And that means that when you stand in Christ, you stand on the winning side, and satan does not hold the keys to your life. He does not hold the keys to your destiny or your eternity. Only Jesus does.
