SPEAKER_00Hello everyone, welcome to the warfare of prophecy. In the last episode, we started looking at the a combination of 1 Timothy chapter 1 from verse 18 to 19 and also 2nd Peter chapter 1 verse 19, and we began to glean through the scriptures to give us a combined message. And so we said that number one, the two verses of scriptures show us that life is likened to a voyage in the dark. And then we said, number two, because life is likened to a voyage in the dark, you need the prophetic word to first align you with God's plan and purpose for your life. And we call this initial alignment. And under that, we talked about the fact that God is the only one who knows his plans and purposes for your life. It is the manufacturer that will be able to tell us the use of a manufactured product. Alright. And then we also said that when you catch a glimpse of God's plan for your life, you need to trust him. And then we also said that afterwards, you need to watch for his divine guidance and that you will hear a voice behind you saying, This is the way, walk in it. Alright. So those two points that we've looked at, life is likened unto a voyage, and you need the prophetic word to give you initial alignment. So number three, the prophetic word is not in reference to the logos. The logos is the entire word of God. You know, the Bible. I mean, it's not just only the Bible, like it's a diet that is just for you alone. Is a prescription that is for you alone. Somebody else cannot take that prescription. I've had prayers with my kids, you know, and would have fellowship together, and God will speak to my children separately. Do you understand? Well, after we pray, we usually have times of listening. And God will speak to them specifically, giving them specific instructions as to what they are supposed to do or attain. Do you get? And they will share it with me, but it is still their responsibility to carry out the instructions that God had given to them specifically. It's a diet. It's a diet. I've seen scriptures that my daughter will tell me that this is what Lord gave to me, right? It'll be funny for me to take her scriptures and start to meditate on it. It's not my diet. Do you understand? It's for her and it's good for her. Do you get? So it's it's a dynamic and a the the word of God with prophetic word comes to you in a dynamic and a personal way. Now, number four, the Rhema word now is what we're talking about. And we said it serves as a light in the dark, is a guiding light. Just the same way a lamp will illuminate a dark path for you. The Rhema word will give you clarity, it will give you direction, it will give you illumination on your journey of faith so that you're not journeying blindly. When we talk about faith sometimes, you know, when I was younger, or as a young Christian, I used to feel like faith having faith was a burden. I felt like having faith was a burden because why can't God just give us everything that we want? Why do we have to believe God for it? It looked as if it was just a game that God was playing with us, you know, to strengthen us and all of us. It's none of God's fault. Since none of his fault. Do you understand? It's none of his fault. But you see, when you have pictures, that's the reason why God gives you pictures and gives you the remote to help you to create pictures in your mind. Once you can see those pictures, it will help you in your journey of faith. Your faith can latch on to something because you are seeing something. Do you get you're seeing something, so your faith can latch onto it. It's very important. Second Peter chapter 1, verse 19. We have also a more sure word of prophecy, whereunto you do well that you take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place until the day dawns and the day star arises in your heart. So this emphasizes what we've talked about before that the prophetic word is what? Reliable. It is reliable, and not just that, it has illuminating nature. All right, the rhema word will guide you until the full manifestation of God's glory. The Rhema word is your guiding light, it will lead you in the path of righteousness, it will lead you in the path of righteousness is justice, it will lead you in the path of truth, it will lead you in the path of divine purpose, it will provide clarity and direction so that you navigate navigate the challenges and the uncertainties of life and it will bring you closer to God's will and God's plan. Alright. The next point that we have to note is that you bear the responsibility to utilize the Rhema word or the prophetic word. The prophetic rhema word, it is your responsibility to use it. It is your responsibility to use it. I can buy you a brand new phone. If you don't need it, you have another phone that you're using and you put it on your table, that phone will never come on. Do you understand? It is your responsibility to use it. If I give you a brand new sword, which is what the Bible calls the Rhema word, is the sword of the spirit. Okay, so we say the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. It's not the entire Bible that is the sword of the spirit, it's the Rhema word that is the sword of the spirit. Do you get? So I give you a sword and you do not use it. You have a shining sword that is so powerful, and yet demons are disturbing you, they are stressing you, they are making you feel depressed, you can't see anything, you are down, you are depressed, you oh my gosh. You have to use the Rema word, use it anyhow. I found out that even if it's just one, it is powerful like that because it is the word that the Lord gave you. Do you understand? If it's a word that God gave you on prosperity, for example, it will still work over demons that are disturbing you, over maybe clarity in your mind, over any other thing, even over healing, it will work. Everything is connected. Just use it already. Okay, use the Rhema word as a sword of the spirit. You bear the responsibility to actively use the rhema word in your life. God will initiate communication with you through his spoken word. You must receive it, you must understand it, you must apply it to your circumstances. Okay, so for you to be able to use the Rhema word, we're going to break it down now and show you how this responsibility has several key aspects. Number one, you must receive it. You have to be attentive and receptive to the remmer word when it is spoken to you. Imagine you're in a meeting and a little child prophesies to you. If you are not attentive, you will miss it. Again, you may be attentive, you hear the word. You know this is your word because it jumps at you. But then you now consider the nature of the vessel from which the word came to you. Some of you maybe is a pastor that you don't even like, or some of you believe that we female females, women should not be ministers of the gospel, women should not preach or teach a man. So when you now hear me now prophesying to you and giving you the word that you have been craving for for the past four or five years, you look at the verse, you say, No, it can't be with the word of God. Sorry for you. So it requires sensitivity for you to understand and know the prompting of the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit in you will leap for joy. Do you understand? The same way, once you hear the Holy Spirit in that person speaking to you, I'm telling you. So you have to have a willingness to listen, you have to descend God's voice amidst the noise of life. It's see this chasing after experiences, yeah I'm there nothing wrong with it. Chasing after experiences like worship experience, world experience, which other experiences again? Prayer experience. Nothing wrong with it, okay? When you are done with that collective experience, you need to do some homework. Do you understand? If you're done with class, you go home and do your homework. There's a reason why it's called a homework. That homework is the one that sharpens you, not the one that you are all together in a collective. I'm telling you, these ones are very beneficial because the exchange of power, the spiritual power, you know, it can it's it's fast, it can fast-forward a lot of things in your life, but you must go back and do your homework. Are you hearing me? You have to go back, and then you have to learn to listen, discern God's voice. Do you understand? Some of you are so used to hearing God's voice in the collective. It's only when you are in an experience, a meeting for experience, you know. That's when you hear God's voice on your own. If I ask you, when was the last time God spoke to you? You don't know. You only just believe that God is speaking when the man of God is talking. You could see, you are very far from the truth. So you need to go and learn. Jesus said, My sheep hear my voice and they know my voice. They know, they know my voice. If he calls you on the phone, if you if Jesus calls you on the phone, do you know his voice? How can you tell is his voice? If you hear God's voice, how do you know he is the Holy Spirit that is teaching you? How do you know? So it's easy when you hear a voice in your heart telling you to go and commit adultery. It's easy for you to say, no, it is not God because it is plainly written, right? But what about some certain situations in the office? It's situations that have to do with justice. How would you know if you don't know the voice of God? Because the Lord is teaching us every single day what we ought to do in such situations. Let me give you an example. Years ago, I had a maid, I've given this example many times. I had a maid, you know, who was with me. We signed a contract, and by the contract, you know, she was supposed to serve me monthly basis, I pay her on a monthly basis, right? And at the end of the month, I would supposed to give her a certain amount of money, and she was supposed to attend, like be at work every single day that we agreed she was going to be at work apart from her off days, right? Now, if she was to miss any of those days at work, then it meant that I was not supposed to, if she was to, if she did not finish, okay, if she didn't finish her term, like we let's say we start at the first of February now, and we were supposed to end at the end of February, right? And then she doesn't, she starts at the beginning of February and she doesn't end the month. She stops maybe two weeks into it. She's to forfeit all the money that she has worked. Do you get that? Was our agreement, right? And that's the law in the country that I was in, right? But now this lady goes away. She works with me for like 12 days, and after 12 days, I didn't see her. She even had my key. I was so scared because she had the key to the estate gate, she had the key to my flat, you know, and that area, that community is one that was very well known for thefts and all manner of you know, murders and all manner of things. So I was scared. My heart was in my mouth the entire time when I was trying to reach her and I couldn't reach her, her phone was unreachable, and so on and so forth. So I just was praying, anyways. One day, one day out of the blue, she comes to the house, and this time around, she comes to say she's not working anymore, and she gives me her keys. Then she says to me, she gives me back my keys. Then she says to me to pay her for the days that she worked, when she knew quite alright, but that by our contract, she did not deserve any of the payment. She was supposed to forfeit it, especially if I had gone to the police to make reports and all of that, she would have been in a very bad position. Okay. Anyways, after she says that, I take my keys from her and I shut the door in her face and she leaves. Do you get? I was leaving because the audacity for her to come after putting me through all of that and then come and ask me for money after breaking, you know, the contract. The audacity. But do you know? As I slept that night, God spoke to me and he said to me very clearly, give Winnie her money. One of the few times I hear God speaking clearly, directly to me. You know, he said, instruction, very clear instruction. There was no joke about it. He said, Give Winnie her money. Count all the days that she has worked and pay her to the last penny. Then he said to me, He said, For a laborer is worthy of his wages. Ah, that has to be the voice of God now. Nobody told me. The next day I went, collected money today. Like I calculated the day she has worked to the last penny, to the point that I had coins. Do you understand? According to the instruction, I had coins and I put it in an envelope and I called my neighbor's maid who was supposed to be like her friend, and I gave it to her. I said, give it to Winnie. In such a situation now, you can see that the voice of God, if I didn't know the voice of God, the voice of God played a very vital role in giving me instructions. Now, I thank God that I heard God because it was all bordering upon justice. Do you know? In that same flat, I left that flat. I eventually got another place, a bigger place where I could, I had a the where the church was now. I had a room, an office, I had a bigger space, so I didn't want to pay double rent in both places. So this was just me. So I decided that I was going to move to the church premises. Okay. So I told my landlord that after this month, I'm not going to stay in your house again. You know, he didn't respond. He just completely ignored me. I told him in January I was supposed to move, like in, I think he said I was supposed to give him that six months' notice, which I gave him ample notice. Six months notice I gave him and we waited. When I sent him messages, he ignored my messages. He didn't say a word, he didn't call me, but I just assume, oh well, he knows what I'm talking about, right? So that was it. At the end of six months, I told him, I called him and I said, Okay, it's time for me to move out. I've been giving you information on, you know, so can you would you kindly give me back my deposits to get? So I would like to have my deposit so that I can be able to use the deposit and be able to pay from for another flat. That deposit was quite a lot of money so that I could pay for another flat uh I'll be able to use it. I mean, I can get my deposit back. Do you know that my landlord came back and sent his lawyer? He didn't even talk to me, he just sent his lawyer to me. And the lawyer told me that I should look at the fine prints of the agreement that we had. And in the fine prints, I was supposed to have written, given the landlord notice in writing. Okay. So when I had informed my landlord verbally and via text message, you know, ideally, if it was in my own position, I would have said, okay, oh well, do me a letter then. Not a problem. Do you get? I would have done that. But you see, these nuances of these legal nuances and people capitalize on it. A lot of people will go to hell based on those things. So this guy did like that, called his lawyer on me. They told me, though, I have to forfeit it because I did not give him six months' notice in writing. I said, but I have proof that I gave him notice. I sent him messages. Oh, this man started to talk about this and all of that. You know what I did? I moved everything out of the flat like I had planned, and I moved to the church premises and I put his key in the mailbox and I sent him a text message. I said, I've left your key in the mailbox, I've gone. You don't want to give me my deposit, it's fine. I leave you in the hands of God and I left. Do you know he was not up to a year from that incident? That same man, my landlord, the way he cheated me, his best friend, who was his business partner, cheated him when he heard about how his best friend has swindled him of so much money. He had a heart attack, he slumped and he died. So it was not up to a year. This is I'm telling you, it was not up to a year. So when you now cast your mind back, when God the word comes to you that you have to be, you know, a just person, you have to look at righteousness, the Holy Spirit will talk to you. If you don't master the voice of God, you will put yourself in harm's way. This man, I'm telling you, that's my landlord, was a believer. I'm telling you, he was a believer as a Christian. Do you understand? He told me he was a Christian, you know, very active in church, and he did that to me, knowing fully well, as he saw the way I was trying to put myself together and all that, and he decided to do what he did. And yet the same seeds that he sowed, he reaped it and he his heart could not handle it. He slumped and he died. I'm not wishing bad on anybody, but I'm telling you that God's justice is not playing with anybody. You you guys don't know it. That's why he's actively working. There are so many things that happen in people's lives that they'll say is devil is not devil, it's justice. Do you understand? It's justice. It's time to collect, you know. So learn to hear the voice of God, understand God's voice. So the second point, we've talked about receiving God's word. Number two is understanding God's word. That once we receive the rhema word, we have to seek understanding through prayer, meditation, and the study of the scriptures. Okay? And you have to allow the Holy Spirit to show you. We also talked about then the third part is that application. The remnant word is not merely for your intellectual comprehension, which is very important. Once the word comes, go and sit down, open the Bible, use King James Version, mark all the um verses and all of that. If you can go back to the original Greek or original Hebrew words, go and find out the etymology behind those words, understand it because it's going to help you to paint a proper picture. You know, all these things is for intellectual comprehension, so it's important, but also at the end of your intellectual comprehension, you must apply it. It's for practical application. So we are called to apply the word, you apply it to your thoughts, you apply it to your attitudes, you apply it to your actions, you apply it to your decisions, you apply it to your life or to all the affairs of your life, so that you'll be able to align your life with God's will and his plan. And number four, obedience. Something I heard a man of God tell me many years ago, and I never forgot it. He said, When the Lord gives you an instruction, do it immediately and exactly. Alright? It requires obedience to the instructions of God. You know, you must step out in faith, you must make changes in your life, you must respond to his promptings in specific ways. And number five, faithfulness. You have to remain faithful to using that remmer word consistently, persistently, trusting that God's word will accomplish what he desires and not return to him void. How long are you to continue being faithful until the day dawns and the day star arises in your heart? So ultimately, your responsibility to use the remmer word is really a vital aspect of your relationship with God, is really a vital aspect of your relationship with God, and it will also demonstrates your commitment to following the leading of the Holy Spirit and cooperating with his plan for your life. Glory to God. So remember that we were looking at you bearing the responsibility to use the prophetic word, and we talked about receiving the prophetic word, understanding it, application of the prophetic word, obedience to the word or the instructions in the word, and also you being faithful. Now, number six thing that we see from the combination of those two scriptures is that the result of effective use of the remnant word is that you will now have a co-perception with God. Okay? When you begin to use the rhema word that God has given to you, the prophetic word that God has given to you, it will deepen your relationship with God, leading you to have a co-perception with Him. Imagine you, a mere man, seeing as God sees. Do you get your seeing as God sees? I'm reminded of that testimony that Reverend Christian Yakulome gave. He said there was a man that came to him for healing, and this man was dying. He was dying, he doesn't know. I think he was he mentioned cancer, he was dying. Of an incurable disease, it was very evident. But by the time he looked with the eyes of God at this man with the x-ray vision and looked at this man, Pastor Christian Yakulome or Reverend Christian Yakulome is a man who has mastered co-persession. He's a man who has mastered the he has the spirit of his the glory has been released in him. So he's a man who has mastered co-persession. For him to make such a statement, he said he looked at him with the eyes of the spirit, with the eyes of God. And he said he could not see any disease in this man, he could not see any sickness in this man, but this man was dying of it. And the Lord told him, and he said, Son, I wish that everyone else could see the same the way that you see. Do you see what I'm talking about? If Reverend Chris, if God could praise Reverend Chris like that, that's what we're talking about. Okay? Because when you master co-perception, you see with the eyes of God. Because the Rhema word is not just merely information or an instruction, it's a direct communication from God to you in a specific situation or context. Let that word not return to God void, let it accomplish what it was sent for. So when you hear that apply the Rhema word in your life, it will open up avenues for intimacy with God, helping you to perceive God's will for your life. You perceive his perspective, you see his presence, you feel his presence more clearly. Because the more you engage with the Rhema word, your thoughts, your actions, your decisions, your heart, your mind, everything will be aligned with God's heart. And you will begin to understand God better. The relationship, imagine when God tells you, son, I wish others could see the way you see. That level of intimacy is quite high now. Don't you think so? It's not one something that we should attain to. Do you understand? So this intimate communion with God, you know, this intimate communion with God that is characterized by mutual understanding. You understand God. Oh, you know how God looked at David and He said, David is a man after my own heart. Do you see? That's why David was such a great king. Do you understand? Oh, David's he's a man after my own heart. Why would God say such a thing? He has such intimate communion with him. And this is what we see as co-perception. You know what God wants. Like the same way you know your partner or the same way you know your kids, you know what God wants. Some of us just stay in the position of just like babies, you know, babies always just taking from their parents, not wanting to give back. But even a toddler that is three or four years old would even come to the parents and want to even kiss you back. A toddler from three years old, they start to give back, you know, in hugs and in kisses. They see you looking sad. Mommy, mommy, why are you sad? You know, things like that. They come, they already want to start giving back. But how old are you as a Christian? 20 years, 25 years, and you don't even know what your father wants. Once you just come, you are just asking for things, asking for things. No conversation, Lord, what's on your heart today? What are you seeing today, or what are you doing today? Do you involve me? You know how you can tell God, involve me in what you are doing today. I'm interested. Involve me, God. So, this is what we're talking about that an effective use of the Rhema word will make you have co-perception with God. The Rhema word will serve as a conduit for you to experience God's presence and guidance in your life. All right, and it will lead, of course, ultimately to profound co-perception with Him. Now, the next point, number seven, is that when faith and co-perception, remember what Paul said, you have to hold faith and a good conscience. So when faith and a good conscience are used together and they are their master together, they will lead you, dear believer, to a profound spiritual experience where the day star rises in your heart. And what is that is the manifestation of the glory of God and the release of the spirit. Okay, so this is how these elements work together. Faith. Faith means specifically the exercise of your faith through speaking. Okay, you speak a faith-filled, high-energy word of God. That is what we're talking about as faith. Faith is exercised through words, right? So when you're exercising your faith, when you're exercising your faith, you can access the supernatural realm and you receive blessings, you can receive miracles, you can receive breakthroughs from God. However, faith needs spiritual insight, and that spiritual insight is what we call co-perception. It goes beyond the ability for you to perceive and understand spiritual realities through the leading of the Holy Spirit, and it leads you to where you see exactly as God sees. Do you understand? We're not talking about you just having spiritual insight where it's like, you know, just show you pictures here. Your entire mind is renovated. You now see as God sees. That means you have gone beyond head understanding to consciousness. That's what I was trying to explain to you. You have to align by then, eh? Use your thoughts being aligned, or your emotions and your actions being aligned with things above, you know, in the realm of God. It will just it would not be difficult. It would just be you wake up and you're thinking like God. You're no longer thinking like Esther. You're thinking like God now. That's just your mindset. Your outlook in life is just bright all through. No more darkness in your life. All right? Now, when faith and co-perception are combined, mastered, and maintained, you will experience a deep intimacy with God. This is what God wants, and a heightened awareness of his presence and his activity in your life. And this leads to the manifestation of the glory of God, which is a tangible display of his power, his majesty, and his goodness in your life. Do you know what the Bible talks about? The fact that you have the fullness of God in you. You may not experience it, you, but you have the fullness of God. So that means one day it's possible that you will attain to that fullness of God in experience. Because once you begin to experience this, understand that that is what we call the manifestation of God's glory. The release of the spirit accompanies this manifestation of the glory of God. Your spirit man is one with God. Your spirit man is one with God. So your spirit man is released. When your spirit man is released, it means the Holy Spirit is also released to do mighty things. Do you understand? Because at that point now we see you begin to do things, greater heights in spiritual warfare, greater heights in ministry and service, you know, producing spiritual fruits, imparting spiritual gifts, equipping you for effective witnessing and servicing service in the in the world. Glory to God. So ultimately, the synergy between faith and co-perception is going to bring you to a place of spiritual maturity, it's going to bring you to a place of empowerment, it's going to bring you to a place where you become a vessel of God's glory and you become an agent of the kingdom of God on the earth experientially. Because all of this you are already, but just that you will now begin to experience it. And the people, the people around you, the world will see the glory of God upon your life. They will see the good things, the good deeds that is coming from your life, and they will give glory to the Father.
