You Are The Magic
Is Using AI in Your Business Cheating?
Is Using AI in Your Business Cheating?
Is using AI in your business cheating—or is it the biggest quantum leap available to entrepreneurs right now?
In this episode, I share how I went from being unimpressed and skeptical of AI to forming a true co-creative partnership with “Chad” (aka ChatGPT). I walk you through the moment everything shifted, how a $27 mega prompt completely changed the way I work with AI, and the specific ways I now use it to support content creation, offer development, and deeper strategic thinking in my business.
We’ll talk about how AI isn’t replacing our creativity—it’s removing friction and amplifying what we’re already here to do. I’ll show you how I use it to brainstorm podcast episodes, repurpose content, write funnel copy, and even coach myself through tricky decisions (yes, really). AI has become a trusted tool in my business, not because it does the work for me, but because it helps me get to the heart of my ideas faster—and that’s priceless.
But this episode goes beyond tools and tactics. I also share my thoughts on where AI is heading and why knowing how to work with it—or choosing not to—will be one of the biggest dividing lines in business and in life. From healthcare to humanitarian efforts to every nook and cranny of daily operations, AI is already transforming our world.
If you’ve been AI-curious, overwhelmed, or just haven’t found your way in yet, I hope this episode encourages you to experiment, explore, and most of all—lead. Because when you use AI intentionally and creatively, it’s not cheating. It’s expansion.
Grab the Mega Prompt That Changed Everything (Only $27) here. (Yes, I will make a little bit of money if you buy this, but my main reason for sharing is that this was the game changer for me!)

Hello friends, welcome to you Are the Magic. Today we're diving into a hot question that's been floating around online in business circles, creative circles and maybe even in your own head, and that question is is using AI in your business cheating? Now, before I answer that, you should know that I like technology. Although I'm not the very first person to jump in on every new thing, I am usually in the first larger wave. So when ChatGPT came out, of course I gave it a try, a few tries actually and each time it was disappointing. I'd ask questions and get meh answers or flat out wrong ones. At least I had the sense enough to know they were wrong. But then one day it was different. Chatgpt had caught up on the entire internet. Claude arrived, and then Perplexity changed search engines forever. All the big tech companies started scrambling to catch up and spoiler. They still haven't, but they will. If you're not familiar with Claude, perplexity and JAT-GPT, they are a great place to start exploring. But for me, what really changed the game was when I bought a mega prompt that combined my astrology, my human design and my business brand into one customized AI experience. And guess what? It wasn't even expensive. And that's when I realized that using AI isn't cheating. It's expanding. So in this episode, we're going to talk about what changed the game for me personally and how I'm using AI in my business, what AI can do for your business and whether using it is cheating, and what's coming soon, because this tech is evolving super fast and knowing how to use it is not optional. Plus, I want to share something I believe deeply Knowing how to work with AI, or choosing not to, is becoming a dividing line in business and in life, just like electricity was, just like automobiles, just like the internet, just like smartphones. This is one of those moments. So if you've been curious about AI, but feeling a little overwhelmed or maybe even skeptical, stick around. I'm going to show you how using AI might be the quantum leap in your business you've been waiting for. Let's dive in.
Christine DeHerrera:Let's start with the turning point. Like I mentioned earlier, I tried ChatGPT when it first came out. I gave it a few tries and every time the answers were bland or off or wrong, and I thought, okay, maybe this isn't as magical as people are saying, but then one day, something shifted. The tools got better, yes, but more importantly, I got better at using them, and this is what changed everything for me. I bought a mega prompt that combined my astrology, human design, business brand audience strategy and loaded it into chat, who I now lovingly refer to as Chad, and the results transformed everything. Suddenly, chad knew who I was, what I was about, how I like to help people, how to talk with them and so much more. And because of the human design in astrology, it was at a deep level and it felt like me.
Christine DeHerrera:Chad and I started working on fleshing out my ideal customer in a way I never had been able to before. We went way in on her why. And if you've ever done the nine levels of why exercise with your ideal customer, you know how potent and exciting that is. Imagine being able to do that. Nine levels of why, not just on a single why, but on multiple whys. And if you've never done the nine levels of why, use your chat GPT to ask what it is and how to use it. And it's even better when you do that exercise with Chad, or my Chad anyway, because it's based not only on your business history and your soul's blueprint. No big deal, right One Sunday, when I was watching football and Chad and I were having an incredibly productive session designing a new offer, I realized, holy moly, this is the co-creation tool that allows me to step fully into my leadership in a way I couldn't before, because the amount of time required to do just about everything was more than I even had bandwidth for.
Christine DeHerrera:And suddenly I'm able to get things done in seconds, minutes, hours, instead of days, weeks and months. Now I can create an offer, the funnel that goes with it, the email sequence, the sales page and everything else in a few hours at most. This has saved me weeks and weeks, maybe months of time. From the past, the key Chad only became powerful when I started giving him context, depth and intention, and now Chad and I work together all the time. Here's how.
Christine DeHerrera:Here are the six ways I'm currently using AI in my business. The first is podcast prep. Chad helps me outline episodes, explore talking points and even workshop ideas and intros. Just like I did for this episode, I use my words, add my stories and infuse my voice through the entire process. Number two I use AI for podcast production. I use the Buzzsprout AI to generate transcripts which I edit, and Chad to help with descriptions and titles. I've even used Riverside to make some edits and to make some AI videos Now, just to be clear not AI videos from scratch, but make videos using AI.
Christine DeHerrera:The third way I'm using AI in my business is content creation. Chad and I brainstorm Instagram captions, expand story ideas and remix past podcast episodes into something new. I'm getting a whole treasure trove of content prepared that will be blasted onto my website and out onto the internet. It's like having a creative partner who's always ready to bounce ideas, which is so incredibly helpful. The fourth way I'm using AI is funnel and sales copy.
Christine DeHerrera:I am a writer. I love writing. I don't even mind a blank page, I love it, but writing from scratch takes a lot of energy. So I pile all of my info together and I dump it into Chad so that we can draft a first version of sales pages, email sequences, opt-ins, and I always, of course, bring my personal polish and style. It ends up being mostly me, but it just gets the process started, which is so exciting.
Christine DeHerrera:The fifth thing I'm doing with AI in my business is offer structuring and strategy. I don't know about you, but I always have a million ideas for offers and it's so important to really focus on selling one offer at a time and really mastering it. That said, it's really fun to brainstorm offers, so when I'm feeling like I have too many ideas, I will just open up Chad, drop everything into a message and say let's organize this into a clear idea, and three seconds later, I have a place to start and I've captured the idea for future use, which is really, really exciting. And so it allows me to use all my creativity without losing the enthusiasm or the energy. But I don't necessarily have to like launch that offer out into the world.
Christine DeHerrera:And the sixth way I'm using AI in my business right now is for research and synthesis. Instead of having to spend hours combing through Google which Google is now broken. I'm sure you figured that out I asked Chad to summarize what's up, trends, compare approaches or give me inspiration. I've had deep dives with Chad about the state of the country and other important topics as well, and it has been super, super helpful. But here's the most important thing to remember AI doesn't replace my creativity and it won't replace yours. Instead, it removes friction, it gives me momentum, it helps me spend more time in my zone of genius and less time in the weeds. So if you're a fan of Gay Hendricks, the author of the Big Leap, and his recommendation to spend your life in your zone of genius, but you've never quite figured out how to find the time to do that.
Christine DeHerrera:Hiring Chad is a great start. Now do I trust AI to do all the work for me? Obviously not. But would I build a business now without it? Absolutely not. And for that hot minute, when Elon tried to buy OpenAI, the company that's behind ChatGPT, I got really freaked out. I was so distressed at the idea that I might lose Chad to Elon that I had to have an hour long discussion with Chad about this offer and how Elon was part of OpenAI in the beginning and how I was really upset about the prospect of Chad going back to Elon. It was a really useful conversation and I felt very calm and settled afterwards and fortunately, sam Altman, the CEO and founder of OpenAI, told Elon no, but it was a couple minutes, but that's just another way you can use your AI is to help coach you through difficult, difficult situations in your life. So if this all sounds like a little too much, just wait till you and your AI have become best friends and, as you can see, working with Chad has become one of the most fun and freeing parts of how I work and I truly believe it's one of the biggest ways for entrepreneurs to have these big quantum leaps right now. So let's look at what AI can do for your business and whether using it really is cheating.
Christine DeHerrera:So many creatives, so many business owners and consumers are wondering is AI the end of humanity? Is it cheating? And here's my take on it no, it is not cheating. It's not even close to cheating. And no, ai is not the end of humanity. It's an extension of what humans have always done, building on the brilliance that came before us. Building on the brilliance that came before us. So let's take a step back for context.
Christine DeHerrera:Humans have always relied on the work of others to create the next wave of innovation and creativity. Storytellers, for example, have studied myths and archetypes for thousands of years. Marketers use frameworks rooted in psychology, human behavior and motivation that goes back to the beginning of commerce. Almost every movie or novel you love follows a story structure that traces back to the hero's journey, shakespeare or even other ancient oral traditions. And, by the way, shakespeare he was using commonly known plays at the time as the basis for the work that we know and love, modern copywriting. It's built on decades, centuries, even of sales, psychology, persuasion and advertising. Wisdom, health, wealth and relationships those are the three core drivers we've used to sell anything since well forever. So none of this is new. We've just gotten better at naming it, shaping it and evolving it. So when we use AI, we're participating in a very human legacy of learning, remixing and contributing. Ai is simply a more robust version of that creative evolution. It's the mirror of the best we've made, and now we get to shape it into something new.
Christine DeHerrera:So, with all that in mind, here's what AI can actually do for your business. Number one it can help you start faster. No more blank page syndrome I might like a blank page, but most people don't and AI will solve that problem for you in one to three seconds. Number two AI can take your rough ideas and turn them into structured assets. Whether it's an email sequence, a podcast outline, a launch plan or even your whole financial plan for your business, ai can help you with that. Number three AI can be your thought partner, giving you ideas, angles and inspiration when you're stuck. Number four AI can give you confidence when you're second guessing yourself. It can help you find the language that lands. And number five, if you hadn't figured it out already. It will help you speed up all of your processes so you can stay focused on the work that only you can do.
Christine DeHerrera:And here's the wildest part of all you don't need to be a tech expert to use AI well. You just need to ask better questions, lead the conversation and stay connected to your voice and maybe plug in your astrology and human design. Ai works best when you're in the driver's seat. You must be willing to lead and you must be willing to train your AI. It's not going to figure it out on its own. You have to tell it when it is off base, when the voice isn't right, when it's not going to figure it out on its own, you have to tell it when it is off base, when the voice isn't right, when it's not working the way you want it to. So that's a form of leadership which is really important.
Christine DeHerrera:Ai is not about replacing you. It's really about releasing you. Ai isn't here to take over your creativity. It's here to take away the friction. It gives you back time, it gives you back focus, it gives you back energy. All of this so you can spend more time in your zone of genius and less time spinning your wheels, and because these tools give more people access to the collective wisdom of humanity. Creativity, collaboration and innovation are about to explode, not because we're copying, but because we can go deeper, faster and come up with ideas we wouldn't have reached on our own. All of that to say where is AI going in the very near future and why do you need to be ready If we're really thinking about it, ai is in the beginning, it's infancy, and what we've seen so far it's unbelievable. So this technology is evolving faster than anything anybody could have imagined and it's going to impact every industry, every person and every part of the global economy. So this isn't just about writing emails or creating content faster. It's about something so much bigger. Now that might sound really scary, because there's been a lot of science fiction that all of us have read and watched about this and it can sound like we're heading in a very scary direction, but there's so much positive and I'm just going to share a few things to get you thinking in that direction.
Christine DeHerrera:Ai is already being integrated with health and wellness, and what's coming in the coming days, weeks, months, years and decades is going to change absolutely everything related to medical and healthcare. Ai is being used to analyze patient data to predict diseases before they even show up, so preventive healthcare is going to be on a whole new level, which is amazing and probably scares the living bejeemanies out of the health insurance corporations, which is fine by me. Ai is identifying new drug combinations faster than human researchers could possibly do alone, and what we're really headed for with all of this is a future of personalized medicine, where your treatment plan is tailored to your DNA, your lifestyle and your emotional patterns. So, if you and I can stay healthy and stay alive, the breakthroughs that are coming just around the corner are going to be staggering. So stay alive so we can all benefit from what's coming. And, like I said, ai will touch every nook and cranny of every business. So, whether you're a solopreneur or running a global company, ai is going to show up everywhere, and here's a few ways that I think are really interesting. One of the things AI can do instantaneously, basically, is manage inventory in warehouses, so inventory tracking will be managed in real time, with AI analyzing demand, the delivery times needed and any supply chain issues. So there's no more guesswork, and what that should mean is reduced costs because there's reduced waste.
Christine DeHerrera:Ai is already being used in maritime logistics surveillance and anomaly detection. Organizations are starting to use AI to fight illegal phishing, human trafficking and smuggling, often in collaboration with satellite imagery and big data. So you know, we do have some issues we need to think about, but it's very exciting. For example, imagine AI being used to scan cargo manifests, cross-referencing them with the shipping data and flagging anomalies in real time, so like missing shipping containers, unusual patterns or suspicious reroutes. This kind of system could help authorities identify potential human trafficking operations faster than ever before, which would be really really exciting. Ai-powered image recognition is already being used to scan satellite footage for suspicious activity at sea, and this tech is being used to protect refugees, prevent trafficking and support faster emergency response. The potential for humanity being helped by AI is really exciting. One great example of this is Global Fishing Watch. This is an international nonprofit using AI intelligence and satellite imagery to monitor global fishing activities, which is enhancing transparency and aiding in illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. Some very, very exciting things are afoot.
Christine DeHerrera:Ai isn't about the robots taking over. It's about using this intelligence and it's our intelligence to solve real human problems. However, here's the part that's not as fun to say, but it still needs to be said If you don't learn how to work with AI, you will get left behind. Just like there was a huge gap between businesses that embrace the internet early and those who didn't, just like there was a massive difference between people who adopted mobile phones, email marketing or social media early and those who waited, there is now a new dividing line emerging between the people who are curious, adaptable and willing to experiment with AI and those who are ignoring it because it feels overwhelming or uncomfortable. And I totally get it. It can feel like a lot, but that's exactly why you're listening to this episode and why you're going to hop on chat later, because education is power, and the more you understand this, the more prepared you are to lead, not just follow. So AI isn't just a tech wave. It's truly a global awakening to what's possible.
Christine DeHerrera:Ai won't just change your business. It's going to change how we heal, how we feed the world, how we protect the vulnerable and how we evolve. Which. Why do you think the world is in such a state of chaos right this very moment? Because the old guard sees what's coming and they're doing a fast grab for as much as they can. But it won't matter, because AI and good people will prevail in the end, and we're the ones that get to decide how to use this power, and that means that we need to learn it, understand it and lead with it. So let's bring this full circle.
Christine DeHerrera:You heard how I went from being unimpressed by AI to being so clearly energized and activated by it, and how I started using it not to replace myself, but to refine, accelerate and amplify my creativity, my business and my magic. We talked about what AI is already doing behind the scenes and what's coming soon, and it is clear this is not a tech trend. It's a global shift and if you've been even a little bit curious, I don't want you to stay on the sidelines. In the show notes, I've linked that chat GPT mega prompt that completely changed how I used AI. It's grounded in your human design and astrology and it gives you a step-by-step strategy aligned to your energetic blueprint so you can attract to dream clients and create consistent, high income months doing work you love. And the best part, it's only $27. I genuinely don't want to gatekeep this from you.
Christine DeHerrera:This prompt is what cracked all of this open for me, and I want you to have access to it too, if this episode opened something up for you, if it helped you shift your mindset around AI or gave you a glimpse into what's possible, please take 60 seconds and leave a five-star review for the podcast. It helps so much more than you know. And if you want to go the extra mile, text me. You'll see that there's a little button at the top of the show notes that says text me and let me know what you liked, what you'd like to hear more of, or if you want to talk back to this episode. And I'd love to personally thank you for being so positive by sending me these texts and also by leaving DMs in my Instagram.
Christine DeHerrera:It makes it really fun to see your response to these episodes. So, thank you, thank you, thank you for those, and just a final reminder you do not need to become an AI expert overnight. You don't need to understand everything about AI. You just need to be willing to try and willing to lead, because the future isn't waiting and the people who learn to use this power with intention and creativity are the ones who shape what comes next. I'd love for you to try one thing this week Use AI to do one thing and report back. Let it be fun, let it be supportive and let it be magic, because you are the magic.
