Something is happening. A revolution is underway and you're part of it. Welcome to You Are the Magic. I'm your host, Christine Di Herrera, and season two is going to rip the roof off of your creativity. It's time to catch the cultural and energetic wave that's beneath the surface and name it in a way that only you can. This is the rally cry for the creators, the innovators, and the visionaries who feel that something big is trying to be born through them, even as the world shakes. If it feels like everything is up for assessment and realignment, you're not alone in noticing this major shift. While old systems are cracking, this is the season of creation. Creation with reverence and courage and building huge momentum that will carry you into 2026 and beyond. So ask yourself, are you feeling the call? Have you spent the year shedding old identities in preparation for something brand new? Maybe you're already knee deep in your creation, like many of my clients. Either way, it's time for whatever you're making. And if you need some help stripping away what's no longer necessary, download my free guide, the Business Detox Playbook. The link is in the show notes. Today I'm giving you a two-step process you can use every day to focus your energies on what you're building. Let's dive in. Everything begins with desire. Wanting something is potent, even if you can't quite name it, even if you're just following a feeling or following a hunch. So rest easy. You might not know exactly what you're creating, and that's okay. Most powerful creators often don't, not at first. They follow their intuition, they explore and expand their reference points, they build things. So if you're not entirely clear on the finished form of this new thing you're creating, don't worry. Instead, be in relationship with it. Let yourself feel the tug. Trust that if your idea is forming in the dark, even if you can't name it yet, whatever you are building, it's exactly what you and your people need. You don't need a five-year plan, you don't need perfect clarity, but you do need to pay attention. Follow the energy, stay close to the desire, trust the spark, even if it doesn't make logical sense yet. Creativity doesn't require certainty. It requires intimacy with the unknown. Here are three ways you can reflect to help you draw forth your desire. Number one, look at what's been showing up again and again. Is it that book idea you can't shake? The kind of client you love working with, who's maybe different than the client you've loved working with in the past? Maybe it's the message you keep whispering in Voxer to your own clients. These are breadcrumbs for what you're creating next. Number two, ask yourself, what makes you feel alive now? What conversations are you having that light you up? What topics do you find yourself ranting or crying or not being able to stop talking about? That's your creative ignition. You can even borrow the vision from your future self. Imagine it's December 2026 and you're wildly proud of what you've built. What is it? Name the impulse of what wants to come through and trust it. Creation doesn't start with a business plan, it starts with listening. Which leads us to part two, identifying the one next step. Creation doesn't require a master plan, it requires movement. You don't have to have it all figured out, but you do need to move. One step is all it takes to change your frequency, move the energy, and build momentum and certainty. While creation is often romanced as a lightning strike, it doesn't usually work like that. It's a breadcrumb trail. If you wait until you're certain, you'll wait forever. The idea becomes real when you begin interacting with it. You don't birth something new by thinking harder. You do that by taking one true step. What does the one next step look like? Sometimes it's not bold or flashy. It's often quiet and intimate. Here are a handful of ideas for next steps just to get your juices flowing. Number one, spend 30 minutes gathering inspiration, books, music, photos, articles, mood boards. You get the idea. Number two, journal a dialogue with the idea. Ask it what it wants from you. Number three, DM one of your favorite clients and say, something new is coming. Want a sneak peek? Number four, write the sales page as if you already know, even if you're not ready to launch. Number five, share a behind-the-scenes story with your audience. Let them in on the secret. Number six, name the project aloud to one trusted person. Number seven, create a sacred container for this new gym. It could be a drawer, a folder, or a notebook, or maybe it's a new fresh document. Number eight, take a walk and let your body tell you what's next. Don't underestimate what one act of creative devotion can unlock. This isn't about productivity. It's about relationship. You are showing the idea. I'm here. I'm listening. I'm willing to move with you. That's enough for today. Trust what comes up. Your idea already knows the way. So use these two questions: what do I want? And what's one next step daily to stay in motion, to stay connected to your creative magic. How exciting is this? Something's brewing. I feel it in you and me and in my clients. Last summer a client of mine had an idea begin to germinate: a new group program for a brand new audience. One that it turned out people were so hungry for. This wasn't strategic, it was intuitive. And she ran with it and her new people ate it up. Now something even bigger is coming, a physical product. And she's ready and she trusts herself because she's already built the muscle of following through. Another client has spent her entire lifetime gathering insight, tools, stories, ideas from every corner of her life. And this year, for the first time, she saw the through line. She named her true work and she's begun to weave it all together. This is what I mean when I say something is happening. The people who are listening, really listening, are being handed their next era, their next body of work. And maybe you're one of them. In fact, I'm sure you're one of them. This revolution isn't showing up on your newsfeed, but I see it every day in my work. Women who are listening deeply and building the future from the inside out. I'm in it too. I'm imagining what's next. There's a group program coming in the new year. And all of my work on storytelling, that's coalescing in a brand new way as well. So many things are happening. Things are taking new shapes, new rhythms, a new level of presence is required. I'm paying attention. I'm asking those same two questions every day. What do I want? And what's one step I can take? So if you've felt something stirring, this is your confirmation. You're not alone and you're right on time. Whatever you're building, birthing, dreaming, or circling, it matters. Not just because it's yours, but because the world needs what only you can bring through. So stay close to it, ask yourself what you want, take one small step toward it, and trust that that's enough for today. If this episode stirred something for you, I'd love to hear what's emerging. DM me on Instagram, send me a voice note, share the spark. I want to witness your magic. You can also leave a five-star review for this podcast.
