Ruben (Disney Magic Mentor): 0:06

Hi there and welcome to the very first episode of the Disney Magical Mindset Podcast. I'm Ruben, your Disney magic mentor and host, fellow Disney fan and someone who believes that the magic of Disney doesn't have to end when you leave the parks. If you're a Disney lover like me, you're in the right place. Thank you so much for being here. You know that feeling, don't you? Walking down Main Street hearing the Dapper Dan sing, or catching a glimpse of the beautiful castle as the music swells, it's pure magic. But what happens when you walk out of the park gates? That post-Disney blues can hit hard. Right, I know this does, because it hits me hard every single time I go to Disneyland and I never want to leave. You know what I'm talking about. But here's the good news the magic doesn't have to stay behind.

Ruben (Disney Magic Mentor): 1:03

This podcast is all about helping you carry the magic into your everyday life, because Disney isn't just a place, it's a mindset, and this is what I'm so passionate about. I want to help you discover, learn and realize that the magic you've been searching for all along is in you. Yes, it's great to go to Disneyland. Yes, it's awesome to go to Disney parks. Listen, if I could go and have access to all Disney parks all over the world. I'd do it in a heartbeat, but I want to show you and teach you that you don't have to be in a Disney park in order to experience the magic in your life. So what can you expect from this podcast? Together, we're going to dive into how to silence the villain in your mind. You know that voice of doubt and fear that holds you back, the voice that tells you you're not good enough, the voice that wants to remind you of your past. Yes, that's the villain we're going to crush that wants to remind you of your past. Yes, that's the villain we're going to crush, silence and conquer together. We're going to learn about becoming the hero of our own story, just like your favorite Disney characters do. You're going to become the hero of your story so that you can write, create, experience your happily ever after and how to conquer fears, overcome obstacles and make your dreams come true. And here's why I'm so excited, because I'm stepping into my dream and this dream that I've been having in my heart for the longest time. Listen, I'm telling you there are moments when I wanted to give up, moments when it was dormant, moments when I was just like I don't even know if I can do this, and here I am ready to help you do the same. I just want to encourage you Don't give up. You got this.

Ruben (Disney Magic Mentor): 2:54

Walt Disney started with a dream, sitting on a bench watching his girls riding the carousel, and this spark lit up his soul and his heart that he wanted to create a place where families, parents, children could have fun together and look at what we get to experience now. So, whatever you've been sitting on, whatever that thing is that you've been dreaming about, whatever you're hoping for in 2025, I'm here to help you experience that dream become a reality. I can't tell you how excited I am to be sharing with you lessons inspired by Disney Parks, walt Disney himself and the stories and characters we all love. Every episode will sprinkle in a bit of pixie dust and leave you feeling inspired, motivated and ready to take on the day with a magical mindset. Today, I want to leave you with this thought, a quote from Walt All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.

Ruben (Disney Magic Mentor): 4:01

That dream started as nothing more than an idea in Walt's mind, but he had the courage to bring it to life, even when all the odds were stacked against him, when everyone told him it couldn't be done, when it seemed like there was no money, when even his family said Walt, what are you doing? And now? Now, millions of people experience that dream every day. And this is what happens when you follow your dream. This is what happens when you silence the villain in your mind and become the hero of your story. So what dream are you holding on to? What's that big, bold idea in your heart that you've been afraid to pursue? I want you to remember this you have the courage to make it happen.

Ruben (Disney Magic Mentor): 4:51

Did you hear me? Let me say that one more time. You have the courage to make it happen. You have the ability to silence the doubts, face the fears and step into the role of the hero in your story and guess who that hero is. You are the hero of your story and you don't have to do it alone. That's what this podcast is here for and that's what I'm here for. Your Disney Magic Mentor.
