THE GUEST

Dr. Paul J. LeBlanc is a trailblazer in American higher education and the former president of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), where he led one of the most remarkable transformations in the sector—growing the institution from a struggling regional college with 2,800 students into one of the largest universities in the U.S., serving over 250,000 learners. A first-generation college student who grew up in poverty, Paul has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the most innovative people in education, named by Forbes as one of the most influential figures in the field, and awarded the prestigious TIAA Institute Theodore M. Hesburgh Award for Leadership Excellence. Since retiring from SNHU in 2023, he has co-founded Matter in Space, a new venture focused on reimagining human development for the age of artificial intelligence.
