1️⃣ TUNE IN: Before making any decisions today—big or small—pause, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Ask yourself, “Does this feel light or heavy?” Notice what happens in your body.
✅ A YES may feel expansive, energizing or like a forward pull
❌ A NO may feel heavy, tense, contracted or like a withdrawal
2️⃣ REFLECT: Are there places in your life where you’ve been saying yes when it’s actually a no—or vice versa? Are there decisions you’ve been putting off or commitments you want to clean up?
3️⃣ TAKE ALIGNED ACTION: Practice honoring your clearest truth today. If something needs to shift, trust that it’s safe to realign. You’re allowed to change your mind, honor your inner knowing, and move forward with love.
