This is a practice to shift your identity at the deepest level — not from logic or force but from divine remembrance.

1️⃣ Create space to connect: Close your eyes, slow your breath, and bring your attention inward. Place a hand on your heart or crown. Feel the presence of GUS (God, Universe, Spirit).

2️⃣ Ask the question: With full presence, ask...
 ✨ “How do you see me?”
 ✨ “What do you know to be true about me?”
 ✨ “What do you want me to know about myself right now?”

3️⃣ Write down what you receive: These answers might come as words, sensations, affirmations, or simple truths. Don’t overthink it. Let it flow. These are the Divine truths that get to replace the stories of fear.

Where we see failure, God sees potential
Where you see confusion, God sees clarity unfolding
Where you feel unworthy, the God sees a literal MIRACLE
