1️⃣ Write a thank-you letter to yourself: Let this be a sacred moment to celebrate all the things you admire, love, and appreciate about who you are — your gifts, your growth, your energy, your essence... ALL OF IT!
You can write bullet points or a stream-of-consciousness love letter. You can write to yourself as “me” or “you.” You can write from the perspective of your higher self. There are no rules.
