1️⃣ Use This Mantra All Day: Whenever you experience a moment of joy, beauty, love, abundance (big or small!), pause and say the mantra out loud or in your heart. This signals to GUS (God, Universe, Spirit) that you’re open and available for even more.
BONUS: Make a list of 5–10 moments that have made you feel alive, seen, connected, grateful or inspired. Apply the mantra to each one and let that energy expand in your body.
