· Reflect on what fills you up and what drains you. Take inventory of the people, places, and habits in your life. Begin setting boundaries to create a life that supports your well-being and joy.
Prioritize your freedom and joy.
· The goal is not just to survive but to thrive. Give yourself permission to release what no longer serves you, lean into the things that bring you joy, and embrace the freedom of truly living.
