Speaker 1:

Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, dear ones, Welcome to the Daily Transmissions Podcast. I love how that sounds. I love how that sounds. You know, I've honestly waited quite some time, to my friends' dismay, to say those words out loud. And so here we are, welcome. I am so over the moon, delighted, honored, tickled and grateful that you are To be in this conversation for yourself with me. And I start there because and you'll come to know this as we journey together I know you could be anywhere else doing a million other things, but you are choosing to be here, and this is time that you are never going to get back. So for me to know that you're spending it with me is, it's the greatest gift.

Speaker 1:

I will also say this in advance sometimes I will speak in leak. As my dear coach, jocelyn Herman-Saccio, once said and she's right I wear my heart on my sleeves and we will dive into very profound things and be silly. We'll probably traverse so much time in so many different spaces. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, the edges of my soul and everything in between for being here. I promise to make it worth your while. So, with that, I'll take a moment and introduce myself. So my name is Yelena and I am many things, but first and foremost I am a curious, playful tiki being that, you know, lives life full out and shows up for the hard and the joy and everything and in between, and lives life in pursuit of magic. So that is kind of the. I also really, really love butter pecan ice cream. So just going to put that out there, it is a thing, and I color code everything Kind of wild, but you know, at least the home edit will approve.

Speaker 1:

I am a sex, love and relationship coach guide that started off a career in sales when I was 14, actually, the first sales thing I ever did was I was selling my jewelry at summer camp and giving manicures when I was, like I don't know, seven or eight. I mean once an entrepreneur, I guess, always an entrepreneur, go figure, but in sales, fundraising, public speaking, for a very, very, very long time and I truly have to say that it's been a beautifully wild ride. I have spoken on stages for fundraisers, led fashion shows for charity, done weddings, funerals, you name it. The stage is definitely my home and I've been in the sales space for many, many years and in 2020, before the world completely changed. I started my business Communication Magic, and the rest is history.

Speaker 1:

It has been my favorite thing to guide beautiful souls into the next level of death for what they're up to and to support them in gamifying transformation. Life gets hard on its own and I don't believe that the only way to heal is through pain. No, thank you. So a little bit of detail construct for what brought this podcast to life. So my voice is my vehicle. It is my way to love on the people in my life and to really digest the world. One of my superpowers is guided visual meditation journeys. One of my superpowers is guided visual meditation journeys, which will be a really integral part of the conversation that we'll be having together.

Speaker 1:

I deeply desire that this set of conversations transmissions will serve as a daily invitation for you to slow down, to breathe Breathe deeply if you can and to reconnect and explore and play. I will share the things that are top of mind or that I'm working on with my clients and the conversations, the themes that we're having, and offer you perspectives to explore. I will never be offering the truth. I will be offering a truth or truths for you to explore and play with truths for you to explore and play with and try on like a pair of pants or a gown or a wingsuit, whatever feels most aligned for you, and give them a go, walk around in them, strut your stuff and see how this perspective or truth fits. What resonates Great. If any of it does, keep it, it'd be an honor to contribute to you, and if it doesn't, that's okay. I would like to invite you to just put it down, take it off, pay it forward, burn it whatever, whatever feels good, and to keep only what serves you and come back. Come back to the conversation if you want to revisit it, it'll always be here for you. To the conversation if you want to revisit it, it'll always be here for you.

Speaker 1:

So what you can expect is a set of conversations, musings, if you will, a space where I will share things that I've learned, that I've experienced firsthand. I will rarely be speaking in absolute theory. Generally, anything and everything that you will hear here will be shared from a space of having experienced it myself, having navigated clients, friends, family through it, and I underline that because I will never offer something that I'm not intimately acquainted with. You can expect constructs, home play, assignments that I give to my clients, I'm happy to share them here if they're relevant and will serve you. Please enjoy, and I hope that this space nourishes you, inspires you, leaves you giggling and that it feels like the love letter that I intended to be.

Speaker 1:

I also have been told that I'm the queen of stuff. Bring that in here, simply because I have no shame. In my game, I have the queen of hacks. I don't know if that's the best word for it, but if there's a smarter way to do something instead of doing it harder, yep, I've probably tried it. Yep, I've probably tried it. So I will likely share products or not because I have an affiliate, but because I truly genuinely use them, love them, find that they make a profound difference for me or have been moved by this writer or this topic or this book or this deck, this writer or this topic or this book or this deck. It is my honor and joy to share the things instead of gatekeeping them. That doesn't feel fun for me, so that's kind of what you can expect.

Speaker 1:

I will likely pull a card at the beginning of every single podcast and transmission and share the musings from there For those of you that are familiar or not if you use them. I share them. I host TN Tarot evenings in my home for the people in my community, in my world, to be able to connect and play with them, as you unfortunately cannot in most stores. And even before this conversation, I asked the cards what's the purpose? What's the focus of this podcast? Right, these daily transmissions? And the card that I got from the beautiful Wisdom of Hafez deck, which is an Oracle, renderings by Daniel Ladinsky, art by Silas Tobal and the oracle by Angie Sullins Um, I'll share it in the footnotes, but it is one of my favorites, um, I purchased it on my mom's uh, death anniversary some years ago and I love it. So the card stated that the purpose of this is a pause for reflection, to give you, me, everyone, a chance to just exhale in an overstimulated, really demanding world, to come here and to exhale and play, and so you can expect more of that from me. I hope that you enjoy it.

Speaker 1:

I find that these creators allow that these decks, tarot, oracle, that for me, in my world, they're communication prompts. They bring things out of my nervous system and my client's nervous system, so it doesn't have to be painful that we can engage with our body-mind from this sense of ease. I hope that helps and I will be sharing more. I also want to make it clear Hi, my name is Yelena and I suffer or am a reforming perfectionist. I will do my best to show up fully to render the perfectionist beast, keep it at bay, throw it as annex, whatever. So you can expect me to be modeling, showing up even when I don't feel perfect, even when all of that perfectionism is rearing its ugly head, and it is now Saying that truthfully. I have an outline for this podcast and I'm trusting that I can just love on you and it'll be perfect, and I don't have to do this 50 times and dysregulate myself from stress. No, I can trust that you all will take on what you enjoy. Skip what doesn't, come back to what does, and it'll be perfect.

Speaker 1:

Additionally, one thing I want to offer for you is to listen for the gold, and I'm going to say that again. I invite you to listen for the gold. Listen for that which is new or curious or just mmm, wow, really just moving or inspiring, or affirming or validating of your experience and really, if you can please, take on that this space is one that nourishes you. Where, when you are listening for the gold and just showing up, even if you're listening to it passively as you're doing other things, which is delicious, and then I can just be speaking to your body-mind like hypnosis, or if you're listening to it super actively and present and savoring it and taking notes. Yes, the gold is there for you, no matter how you interact. As long as you take that on as the construct right, that you will always get something nourishing and supportive from it. You will get some gold out of this space. That's lesson number one. Enjoy it really helps because you're conditioning your brain as you're doing these things. What do I want to say else about that? The other thing I want to say is if you decide or choose powerfully, this space will nourish you. You're setting that in motion already. So pick a construct that feels good and supportive and I'll be honored with whatever you choose. Furthermore, furthermore.

Speaker 1:

The inspiration for this conversation really stems from a number of different conversations I've had over the years where I've had friends really kindly say to me Please share this, please, like. I wish I could write this down, and yet the truth is that a lot of times they just things just come out of my mouth. I just know them to make sense or work, or they are transmissions, so to say, and I can't repeat them, and so I would like to use this space to be the container for wisdom where I get to process and share the things that are coming alive, and be the embodiment of generosity which feels really in alignment. Ah, to be human. I caught the perfectionist dragon rearing its head and just let it know I see it and honored my humanity and took a breath and came back to you. You'll probably hear me do that from time to time and I will do my best to invite you into my internal landscape so you have a context for what's happening and hopefully feel seen and validated in your own experience. And hopefully feel seen and validated in your own experience. Let's see. What else did I really want to make sure to cover. So I will leave it there for now and take a moment to transition into the meditation. Transition into the meditation Before I forget.

Speaker 1:

The other thing that is important to mention is most podcasts will be anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes each, just so short kind of bite size. If I have more to say on a topic that particular day, you'll know about it. Podcast will be longer, but I just wanted to give you a bit of a scope of what you can expect. All right With that said, all right with that said, if it feels good, I invite you to get into a comfortable seated position, or you can be lying down whatever feels more supportive at this time. In my notes, I will make sure that you know at what time point the meditation starts and when it finishes. So you are always welcome to interact with it when you're ready, or to rewind or fast forward as you see fit, all in your own perfect, divine time.

Speaker 1:

And so, once you are comfortable, taking that moment to really just land nowhere to be nothing to do as a quick safety note. Nowhere to be Nothing to do as a quick safety note. Please do not listen to this meditation while driving. I will try to make sure to create some that are safer for you to just listen and interact with as a background hypnosis track, but this one is not it yet. So come back to it at a time when you have spaciousness to just turn inward for a few moments, and safety first.

Speaker 1:

So, with that said, with that disclaimer clear, let's take a moment to just breathe and slow down, taking a moment to land here in this moment, in this space, somewhere entirely new. Hmm, everything that happened prior to this moment, allowing it to soften and slowly fade away, hmm, now we'll take some intentional time to let your body mind know, because it may have racing thoughts I know I have that very often. I have a very active, busy mind and it may have so much to tell you now that it knows that you're turning inward and ready to listen. So let's take a moment and you could say this to yourself, or just let my voice do the talking for you internally. Let your body mind know that we're going to take the next few moments and say the next minute to allow whatever is alive that wants to bubble up to the surface to do just that. And then, if you can see it in your mind eye or even just say it, you can imagine this visual or thought or memory or to-do list item to just float up to the surface and if it aligns this way, you can imagine it floating to the right through a door that says parking, garage or safe place or whatever. Whatever your mind constructs to let it know that it is safe. It can land there right, and you will absolutely come back to it. You are not going to forget about it. And as soon as this meditation is over, or at the end of this podcast, you will absolutely come back. Or at the end of this podcast, we will absolutely come back.

Speaker 1:

So these thoughts, these things, these needs, this inner chatter, in some ways treat it like a being. I know this may be abstract for a moment, but I promise, as we continue these transmissions, you'll understand deeper and deeper, but if you can take it on for a moment that they are all consciousness, living consciousness, and your thoughts have feelings and make themselves known. So let's be nice to them and offer them a safe, cozy space to land, letting them know we see them, we appreciate them and we will be absolutely back to take care of them soon. So I'm going to be silent and give you a minute to do just that, allowing anything and everything that wants to slow up. Excuse me, float up to the surface to do just that, allowing anything and everything that wants to slow up. Excuse me float up to the surface to do just that and kindly letting it know that you see it, you appreciate it, getting into connection, making itself known, and you'll be back with it in a little bit, giving it some love.

Speaker 1:

Okay, let's take a few moments to breathe and just do that, remembering that you are safe. Anything and everything that comes up is just a visual. It cannot hurt you. It is not happening in real time. It is just like a Netflix movie or series, just something you're watching on your inner screen. Thank you, remembering to keep breathing, gently Breathing, allowing yourself just soften on whatever surface you are seated or lying on, inhaling ease, exhaling any tension or heaviness. Mm Boom, ah, taking a moment to thank your body for supporting you throughout the day, allowing any and all gratitudes that want to come to the surface to float up as well. Thanking yourself for showing up for yourself today that is a feat of wonder and for what it's worth.

Speaker 1:

Wherever you are, however you are, whatever you've done, whatever you didn't have time for, you're doing great, I promise you. You are doing so much better. You are doing so much better. Then the itty-bitty-shitty committee, as my friend Maria calls it, then they would have you believe otherwise, right, our internal dialogue can be quite a treacherous place, and so I invite you into a few more breaths, just welcoming in the softness, the ease, the trust that everything is aligning and you're safe, you are loved, you are wanted and desired, and your truth and your voice is needed. I invite you to let my words wash over your body, to cover you in a soothing balm or to caress you gently like a knowing lover's hands. You are safe, you are loved and you are powerful beyond measure. In case you just needed the reminder, if it feels good bringing your hands to your body for some grounded squeezes or touch, if it feels good to caress your face, don't just squeeze your forearms or arms. You are your own greatest healer and in these set of meditations and transmissions, I will remind you, invite you back to your original essence and the magic that is you at your core. Again and again and again, hmm. And if you ever notice any resistance, come up to anything I share or say that's okay, it's all great data Illuminating what is the undercurrent?

Speaker 1:

What is the undercurrent? What is operating in the background of your operating system, the glitches in the matrix. Call it what you will, hmm. Call out what you will. Thank you for being here with me today and for any other day you choose to join. I appreciate you, hmm, and I'm truly, truly grateful that I can contribute to you in some way. It is an honor, way, it is an honor. So until we meet again. Stay delicious, dear loves, because you already are. Ciao, thank you.
